i have always wanted to learn spanish but no one would help me nor teach me

what does entonce (spell right?) mean.

cause my teacher says it so much ( in in spanish 3 and we cant speak english in the class)

and i understand what she kinda says, but some words still confuse me like

entonces
ahora

and how do you say boobs >.> im just curious
