The shower water runs down my face like tears,
And I realize my worst fears.
You come to me with a clenched fist,
And I knew this moment was it.

I had to tell you
This is what I had to do,
I know you might not believe this,
But what I have to tell you is sweet bliss.

I can't believe what I'm saying,
But my heart is paying.
All these scars and cuts on my wrist,
The blood dropping into the frost.

You hold me close as I cry into your shoulder,
And I really know now gone is the boulder,
And you whisper into my hair,
Everything will be alright there.

But when I say this,
I really really mean this,
It has already come to,
That I love you.
