Well, there isn't really fursuit stores, that I know of. But I know plenty of people who make fursuits as an occupation and basically live off of commissions.
The best fursuiters I have found are:
Beastcub Creations *Isn't Accepting Commissions for awhile(until about spring) because she is severly overbooked. However, I think she's worth the wait because her suits are amazing. Azure Cyote *Also very good. Able to do complex designs. New commissions open in February. Lion Of the Sun *Very good Realistic type suits. Also made a prototype for digigrade leg stilts that are really cool to check out. Furr Happens *Have made tons of really good suits. Very good with hooved animals. Don't Hug Cacti (DHC) *Cute, toony suits. Werevarment Productions *Not too bad, very toony. Whatever You PreFur *Just started making fullsuit commissions, they seem pretty good. White Wolf Creations *A cheaper option if you want a basic one color suit. (Starts at $1,200 rather than the usual $1,600) B3 Mascots Pretty good at making Cosplay fursuits, but also makes OC ones.
For more Fursuiters, there is a list in here: http://community.livejournal.com/fursuit/profile
