This is What's Been Written so Far: Monika wasn't always a gorgeous model. She was just a small-town girl who passionately wanted to model. Luckily, her mother got her started off at an early age, sparking her career in an instant. She loved Hollywood, but the fame got to her head a little bit. The only one she's ever had is her mother, because when Monika was very young, her father abandoned them in search of a new job. No one in their family knows if he actually got a job, died, or was just a desperate runaway. She hasn't had the best history with guys, either.
