What Do Game Developers Do On Their Spare Time?

This has been driving me nuts all day, I mean people invent stuff to make the world better, but they also invent stuff to make their life better. So what do game developers, sound technicians, etc, do on their spare time? Do they create their own private game for their own use, like a Super Mario Porno? The Legend of Zelda: Misadventures of Navi? Fellow members,share your ideas on what do you think they do on their spare time.

The probably do average things like the rest of us.

Just imagine, walking into a convenience store in Japan on one fateful day, and you realize the guy checking out the snacks is Miyamoto himself!

..Well, while that's not likely, I'm just saying, the probably do average things, outside of the awesomeness they they create.

I agree with T, I think that they just do normal stuff (hehe, imagine seeing them at a concert or church or somethin.., actually, that's how I spotted the actor who plays Dante from Clerks this one time lol)

But anyways, (a wild guess) Maybe some of them hang out with each other and throw parties or go to a sports bar or somethin... (-3-)

In fact that's how Wii Fit started, the creators had nothing to do so they started to exercise and they needed to make a game soon, so...

Well from my standpoint; I program Flash, and I enjoy it.

If you're in game design, chances are it's because you want to be there. I'm sure that the line between work and play is blurred for the most part.

LULZ!!! I agree 100%! But all the other developers design even more games! The life and times of a game developer are filled with debugs and coding. It's a living hell!
