First, if Im not mistaken, you have to use an image host like
Photobucket. Then, once you've uploaded the picture there, you just click on the 3rd set of codes underneath the pic. it should say "IMG" between a pair of brackets. Then, just copy and paste that to where ever you want the pic to be displayed (Make sure it has BB code enabled). And there ya go!
