I dont want to offend anyone by posting this here, but it seems like the best place. Since its a place for things...non-concrete...persay.
Do any of you identify as "otherkin"?
Quite a broad term, so please feel free to elaborate :3

i in fact associate as a Fae-kin. ^_^ i have explained what i mean numerous times, and can reiterate if you like.
i also acknowledge apast-life of mine to be an Elf, and another that i assume to be a descendant of the Nephilim.

A good friend of mine identifies as Otherkin, she is more...Elven type. When we were 15, she said this stuff to me. She thought she was crazy >< And uhh..I'm interested in a lot of strange things by Islamic standards xD

Call Me Apple Chieftain Twilight ah, i didn't know you were interested in the subject Apple. biggrin i in fact associate as a Fae-kin. ^_^ i have explained what i mean numerous times, and can reiterate if you like. i also acknowledge apast-life of mine to be an Elf, and another that i assume to be a descendant of the Nephilim. She thought she was crazy >< And uhh..I'm interested in a lot of strange things by Islamic standards xD that's ok. i tend to find Monotheistic religions to be the most stuck-up institutions in general, as far as it come sto lifestyles and hobbies. but i have to say, Islam is at least respectfull, and trie sto be undestanding. smile i like that. besides which, i enjoy the ironic fact that i can hate, or even just dislike or disagree with, a religion, and still like a great number of it's believers. xd because religion =/= people. it equals institution. plain and simple.

Chieftain Twilight xd that's ok. i tend to find Monotheistic religions to be the most stuck-up institutions in general, as far as it come sto lifestyles and hobbies. but i have to say, Islam is at least respectfull, and trie sto be undestanding. smile i like that. besides which, i enjoy the ironic fact that i can hate, or even just dislike or disagree with, a religion, and still like a great number of it's believers. xd because religion =/= people. it equals institution. plain and simple. I was a Christian before, and i think Muslims are WAY more open minded than Christians, even though most Middle Eastern muslims are played off as being total barbarians. Does therianthropy fall into the category of Otherkin? Also, if you have time, what major change did you have in mind with the guild?

As a therian (did my avatar give me away? sweatdrop ) I suppose I am an otherkin, though I've always felt abit 'fae', and have spectral wings which don't mesh with my being a cat. I also like to wear wings, I did so to my 7th form ball, and I'm planning to for my weddening...I just need to sort out a colour scheme proper.
Someone once suggested I was Cat Sidhe, which would be nifty, but I like to think I'm secretly a bumblebee, and the cat bit is another past life trying to make itself heard.

We're getting a distant cousin to be our minister, and a friend in California is sorting my wings and bridesmaids dressies biggrin . But thankies for the offer, I think it would cost abit more than that for everyone, seeing as though I'm in New Zealand. It's fun here, and apparently a 4,000 pound wedding budget goes alot further too. My mum has been running around with paint swatches trying to find napkins the right colour, it's quite entertaining.

I am a Mountian Lion Therian, and a sang./psi vampire.
I've also taught many otherkin, and once held a high position in the OVC and OKC.
In short, i'm a teacher of otherkin, from awakening, and beyond. If anyone has any questions involving vampires, ( real ones) or Otherkin, feel free to get ahold of me and i will be more than happy to help. I will also, be posting up articles that many, will find useful
