I was wondering if there were any jazz violinists out here, or any gypsy violinists?
I just wanna talk about the sytles.
Personally, I need instructions on jazz. Ive tried improvsing, and it sounds nothing like jazz. sweatdrop
And gypsy music....its so d**n fast. I dont think I'll ever be able to play that fast as them.
if youve never seen a gypsy violinist, search them up on youtube. They are...incrdibly fast eek

Roby Lakatos is a phenomenal gypsy violinist. His father was titled the "King of Gypsy Violinists". Google the name, he has a website (his plucking is insane eek ). Don't know any jazz violinists, sadly. Though there are plenty out there today, mostly doing jazz fusion.
I'm learning some gypsy music and technique-wise it is challenging. I'm just trying to get a handle on false-harmonic double stops. It's...coming sweatdrop
