[Xellane]

Alright guys this is nothing fancy. Just for all the people out there who write poems, or are doing it for one time only or whatever, this is for you. Just post the title of it first (if there is one), then the poem, then anything you wanna add at the end of it. I'll go first ^^  

[Xellane]

No Title!

I am king
The one and only
Praised by all
Yet sad and lonely

Rushing soldiers
Battle cries
This is why
My life has thrived

I fought
I cried
I slaughtered many
I stand alone
Weapon out and ready

The last one standing
Was why I was crowned
They came and told me
They were proud

So here I sit
Upon my throne
Cursing all
Through my endless drone

The price for this
Was high indeed
For the last skin my blade touched
Was of my brother, Steve.


So that's it. That is the first poem I ever did, I was fourteen at the time. And no, Naru, Steve isn't referring to you or anyone else, just the first name that came to mind. Although if it is any consolation your like the brother I always wanted :p

Into Your Arms



This one I wrote after reading a fanfiction. Aslo I made the background

I have tons of lyrics, which are poems essentially, but I'll just post a couple at a time for now. Feedback is welcome, I could always use criticism.

This one is called "The Cycle Continues":

Rain come and wash away these tears
That haunted me for all these years
Beside me like a specter calling
Into the abyss where I am falling
Earth slow me down as you will
Even through contact I’m not still
For a greater demon I have yet to face
That I must yet put in its place


Chorus:
So down I descend
Wait for the end
Time cannot mend
Only I can ascend


Through the light that tries to blind me
Already I’m going weakly
I’ll carry on through hell or other
Without a companion, without another
I’ll watch others succeed with no trouble
While I myself go through with the struggle
And so when I think I’ve reached the end
Only then do I find I must start again

Woven mischief lies through the ashes
As I sift through with each day that passes
Beasts await for me to call master
With each I slay, they become faster
A vendetta is placed, yet unplacated
Continuing forth even when hated
And just when I find my work is done
Another job is placed, newly begun

The beast I’ve created, the one which I hate
And so my slayer does appear
With no second glances as it draws near
I gather my will and charge forth with a call
Here I come creature, now you will fall
But as it lays bare and dead over there
I hear another but do not know where

Emotions struck with maces

Impurity's Of Perfection

Chaos wraps its claws around the blackened heart
of beauty, making scars of sickening desires,
Desires full of hazy lies, decrepit souls of the accursed
covered in the wounds of war that never
forget, it's a dull cold night with a full moon it
stares wickedly into the desires who lurk in
the shadows to hide from it.

Shadows grab the heart of chaos to resurrect
shadows of infinity, that claim ignorance as does
mankind thinking it will all go away, but when it all
come down on them they choose another version of truth,
which could be the truth or a lie,
it depends on the person telling them.

The shattered past bleed for the truth
by words of confusion, the
beckoning call of the flames claim the souls of desires
and devour them to progress their inner sorrow,
you are caught in the shadows of time,
now there's nothing but a decaying memory.

Shadows of time blacken the heart of
twilight to taint the purity of unperfected
beauty that paralyses the mind,
it takes the long road to ruin that intertwines
with the other doomed souls.

Boredom equals me writing seasonal sets of haiku. Unfortunately I haven't finished the set yet, so they'll be added as inspiration strikes.

Crisp air, golden leaves.
The world shifts from green to,
Red. Autumn spectrums.

Snow drops fall. Winter.
Moonlight glistens on bare trees,
Frozen silhouettes.
