Hiring crew

State why you would like to be crew, and here are tips for hiring 50 members a week:

1. It takes like 10 minutes, so it's not hard if you do it as I say.

2. Open up a new tab on gaia, pick a good forum, and start copy/pasting names in the moderator panel for inviting new members. It's easy when you get used to it.

3. You can invite absolutely anyone, as long as you're doing your job.

I can see all the activity in the guild. I have the ultimate logbook! No seriously the guild captain has a logbook to watch every single activity in the guild, so I know when you invite the 50 people or not.
