Weapons

Custom Weapon #1: Hatake Destroyer:
This sword is a regular shaped katana. It has the ability to manipulate water as long as there is a body of water to manipulate. Obviously this sword has the ability to hold the hatake chakra of Kazuo though it is able to hold it without taking as much chakra as a normal blade and is a little stronger with the hatake chakra then a normal blade.

Custom Weapon #2: LoliPOP
The Range of the weapon: Senbon: 50 yards.
Weakness: Only holds two senbon
Description: This is a very unique weapon. In the picture below Kazuo has a lolipop in his mouth that looks completly normal, but in reality it isn't. In the stick part there is two senbon that can be shot from the end of the stick up to 50 yards. Finally the lolipop part has everlasting flavor to keep it tasting great.


Custom Weapon #3: Dual Hatake Slicers
Weakness: Can't deflect rocks larger then the length of the blades, can't deflect fire jutsu higher then chunin rank, can't deflect wind jutsu, can't deflect lighting jutsu, can't deflect water jutsu, aren't very sharp but aren't dull.
Description: These are dual blades that don't have a handle at the end of the sword and are very light. The handle is actually on the side of the blade and the blade continues over it, like a police night stick. These blades are very useful for a hatake chakra user. The user is able to use these blades for the obvious quick cutting, slashing, the works. But due to the shape of these blades there is something else they are able to do. With Kazuo's strength he is able to spin these blade fast enough to deflect small speeding rocks or small speeding metal that come towards him, though that is only without his hatake chakra. When surrounding the blades with his hatake chakra they glow white and when spun quickly make a barrier or shield type of tool. This can deflect larger rocks or metal and deflect the fire element up to chunin rank. These blades can also be used in conjunction with lightning jutsu or wind jutsu.

Samehada

Description: Samehada, a large unique sword of comparable size to Zabuza Momochi's Decapitating Carving Knife and wielded by Kisame Hoshigaki, one of the Mist 7 and an akatsuki member. Unlike a regular sword, Samehada is covered in large scales that shave instead of cut, much like a shark's skin (hence the name). It also has the ability to absorb any chakra around it, allowing Kisame to literally cut through his opponent's chakra. This sword seems to have a mind of it's own for the more chakra it absorbs the larger it becomes. After it absorbs enough chakra a mouth will form on the tip and the sword will begin to vibrate and make a zipping sound for it becomes excited and wants more of the chakra. The chakra it absorbs can then be used by the wielder for later use in combat. Samehada is also a sentient weapon and only allowed Kisame to wield it while he was alive. In the words of Kisame, "It acknowledges only me." When Might Guy attempted to hold Samehada and use it against Kisame, it responded with a flurry of spikes protruding from its handle and found its way back to Kisame. This weapon is also highly sought after by Team Hawk member Suigetsu Hozuki, and is stated to be the sole reason Suigetsu joined Sasuke in his hunt for Itachi Uchiha. Suigetsu believes that he will be able to wield Samehada if he kills Kisame, but it is unknown if this is actually true.


Abilites:
-Absorb Chakra from opponents
-Heals wounds up to large gashes if chakra is in the sword.

Weakness: Can be damaged and hurt though only by being submerged in powerful lava or frozen in immense temperatures. Due to it's size it is hard to swing and not very swift, it may only absorb chakra when it comes in contact with chakra. (i.e. Cannot hit someone's sword and absorb chakra out of there body))

Absorbtion Stats:

Normal Ninja:
One swing hitting/making contact with the opponent or their chakra takes a chunin jutsu away.

Demon/Angels (If they have their demonic forms activated):
If up against a demon or angel contact with the sword takes away a jounin jutsu from the user and adds it to the wielders jutsu.

*Extended contact with the sword either a foot away or touch will take however much away for every post.*

Fusing With Samehada:

Description: When the sword has absorbed 1 S-rank jutsu and 1 chunin amount of chakra and the user is in dire need the blade will wrap around the users arm and begin fusing itself with the user. When the fusing is finally complete the user will look like a totally different being. A human shark. This gives the user gills and the ability to breathe underwater and swim incredibly fast under water. The same ability of absorbing chakra is still active in this state, any contact the opponent makes with the users body will have their chakra absorbed. It also gives them a jutsu.

Suiton Daibakusui shoha (Water Element - Big Wave Explosion)
Description: The user makes handsigns and begins gathering chakra within the stomache and mouth. The user will then spew the water out of their mouth all at once filling up an entire area and forming in a dome shape on top of the earth 3 miles in radius. The user is able to swim in this dome at incredible speeds though the center of the dome stays on them causing the large mass of water to follow the user as they swim. This dome is hard to escape from since the user can usually swim faster then the opponent. Though if they move the opposite direction by some distraction one may be able to escape.

*Fusion takes a chunin amount of chakra, jutsu S-rank. Both get taken from the sword. Maintaining fusion takes 1 genin jutsu per post. Maintaining jutsu takes chunin jutsu per post. If the user does not have enough to maintain either of them then they will have to rely on their own chakra to maintain them. User may perform both techniques with their own chakra alone but it will take however much it costs*

Personality: Happy Person who want to be a ninja. Although he was orphaned at a young age he has a positive outlook on life. But due to his childhood alone he has a tendency to become a loner... very friendly though, Recently he had a Colder personality


Background/Story line:Orphaned when he was about 5, because of the Uchiha Masacer and that was the first time he activated his Sharingan, he feld to the Woods, there he lived alone striving on mostly fruits and learned to kill animals. Then he suddenly came to see the Hidden Village in the Cloud.Once there he saw ninja who seemed strong but friendly so he decided to go to the academy to inquire about the place and there he became an academy student and started his new life. After a few days of relentless search for a sensei Blood was ready to give up and leave the village but then he saw Hisashi and Zeno training, and he joined them so he trained and Zeno became his Sensei. He trained with him and is now a gennin under Zeno's squad.Was in moon training with Ami,Zeno,and Hisashi in the 5 year timeskip

Weakness: If you used the ranged attack of the blades it takes a while before you can reuse it(1 post to get the blades back on) or you cant use the blade for the duration of the battle and if it is dosed with water it wont work until you fix it meaning i would stay retracted or stay out
Description:
They are a pair of Retractable Wrist Blades that are infused with lightning element. They are used as a suprise attack to catch the opponent of guard.
If they touch you you get shocked and if they cut you you get burned, you put chakra in it to activate a special defencive mechanisim so that if anyone other than the user holds then they will be shocked. The weapon itself looks like an ordinary arm protectors but they are actually retractable blades. Also they could shoot out of the protectors like a bullet from a gun and it is connected to the protectors so you can reel it in (1 post) or disconect it so you can go on with the fight(oh yeah the blades are lightning infused so you can touch them either) so during a fight you have 2 shots and after that you have to reel them back in. the protector part of the weapon really is a protector and can be used as a guard(Whole forearm) and it can be conceled in clothes. And since there is chakra in it It is very durable and the easiest way to break it is to dose it with water making the chakra useless and the blade only to as strong as iron. The last of its features is that it can conduct electricity making it more powerful.(Note that this weapon should not be seen by others, i can only be revealed by the user)
1) It can zap someone on touch and burn someone on cut(except user)
2) The Blades of Both can fly out like a bullet but it takes 1 post to get the blade back by ways of string or cut it but you can not use the blades until you get them and reatach them
3)It servers as forearm protectors very durable because of the highgrade metal and chakra
4) Anyone who holds it other than user will be shocked
5) no one can also touch the blade itself cuz it is a blade and you will get shcoked touching it...
Weaknesses
1) It someone were to Dose it with water its virtually useless unless it is fixed.
2) Wires can be cut so he can disable my blade
3) Someone can steal it as long as they have lightning resistance or something.

He then bit his thumb, and wiping a bit of his own blood onto Blood's palm, he made a handsign and the symbol he drew in his palm transcripted into symbols. "Whenever you need me, summon me from that symbol. Goodbye, Blood." Sora nods and dissapeared in a gust of wind.

Zeus the Greek god of gods, the master of lightning and earth itself. The king of the gods, the ruler of Mount Olympus and the god of the sky and thunder. His symbols are the thunderbolt, eagle. He was a master among everything, but he decided to give his humans something more. Something in the time of war that they would use forever. The people of the Takahashi clan of the village hidden in the clouds, before the village was sent up was given a special and advanced power. The people of The Takahashi clan was given the power of the gods, the power of zeus. The power of lightning itself. The blood of the clan was replaced, with pure electricity. Giving the clan a lot more of a charismatic feel to them. They are never dull, bored or scared. You are able to tell the Takahashi clan from others because of the blue glowing eyes. When the bloodline is active, lightning is emitted from the eyes. Making it glow more.

Rules.
Lightning is emitted through out the body without hand signs.

Other lightning attacks that come from other people are absorbed ( as long as the rank of the jutsu is less than your own, if equal it is weakened, lightning from weaker people can not harm you. Unless its from demons, if from demons it is more blocked then absorbed.(only wish shields on jutsu list.)

The body is fast but sadly because of the speed of the movements, strength is weaker then it could be.

You are able to learn other lightning moves from other jutsu, but learning them comes easier then most people.

Your electricity can be conducted but you also can be stopped, this bloodline is not meant to be over used.

You have to have Lightning as one of your elements.

Over use of bloodline jutsu will cause injuries after battles.
muscles may tear beyond use, lactic acid would build up, nerves may become desensitized and cease to function. These effects are not permanent but can last days

This means, as time goes on in a battle, the effectiveness of this super-speed ability would go down due to damage to the body,


One can channel a small amount of electricity into someone's nervous system, causing them to have a small fit, which would basically paralyze them for a few seconds (more accurately, they'd have a small seizure.) must keep touch constant for atleast one post for this to happen

A shield of lightning comes around the body to protect it from some jutsu and from taijutsu. It gives off a small stun to whom touches the user as this jutsu is going on. This is a weaker version of the jutsu so it will only last for a while. (five posts) This move is able to stop up to three kunai coming at the user. It zaps the kunai melting them from the intensive of it.

Kamigami's Fundo (Gods Anger) D-ranked~
From the hand of the user of the bloodline comes a single bolt of lightning. It moves from the chest of the person along the arm to the hand to release a single lightning bolt. Since this move is still low ranked and must be learned through practice, it will burn the person if connected. It is strong enough to shoot down any projectile thrown, slicing it in half in a clean shoot.

Karasu Zekkyou (Raven's Scream) C-ranked~
This is a higher jutsu level then the Kamigami's Fundo (Gods Anger). This move allows for lightning come come out from both hands now. One lightning bolt can to be block an attack and the other one could be used to counter attack. or both attacks can be used to stop a large attack. As if 20-40 kunai was released in a single moment.

Oozora's Sakeme (Heaven's Tears) B-ranked~
This move allows for static energy to move outside of his body into the area around them. concreting the energy in the clouds to make it begin to rain. This energy then releases the built up pressure being conducted in the clouds letting off a short thunderstorm. Lightning coming down hitting random spots along the battle. This jutsu will last up to as (10 post and beyond) After ten posts, the user has to move for it to stop. After the move is stopped, it no longer is thundering, just raining.

Uxingusu's Hekireki(Wings of Thunder) A-ranked~
This move is best described as giving the user the ability to fly, either lightning is force out from the feet to give a push off the ground and propel them into the air. Either to dodge an attack or just the element of flight. The user can do that or, if he wishes can have wings of pure electricity come out his back. But the shoulder blades are burned. Not badly, but enough to turn that into a weak spot for attack.

Shishou's yougo (Masters Protection) S-ranked~
This is the final stage of the lightning shield. Your body is a conductor now, any lightning is gathered up is force outside your body as a protective shield. Allowing for the user to be protected for five posts, no matter what jutsu is used. (unless Demon jutsu) After this jutsu, no bloodline jutsu can be used for about four posts. This jutsu is gift that zeus gave the clan. Having it so that they may live through an intense fight and see another day.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to grow a tail made completely out of their hardest bone. As it is an extension of the user's spine, the ligaments are binded with type of flexible black bone, making the tail as flexible as their spine weapon. However, the type of tail that is produced seems to differ according to the user's class. If the user is of the taijutsu class, then it will be the shortest length of 1 yard and 3 inches total reach. However, it is a bit thicker than the other tails, making it slightly harder to destroy. Larger amounts of bone gather at the end of it to give it a hammer/mace-like end, giving it a strong crushing power. It is the slowest and shortest, but it has the most durability and power. The next type of tail is given to those who specialize in weapons. These tails physically look like they're about a foot longer than the taijutsu tail, but in actuality the black flexible bone can give it a lashing reach of almost triple that, giving this type the longest reach by far. At the end of the tail, long scythe blades stick out along one side, making it extremely difficult to block its swings without being cut. The user can control how many blades stick out, but the maximum amount is six. The last type of tails goes to the fast assassin types, as well as any other classes. These tails can reach a full length of a little less than two yards, making them longer than the taijutsu but shorter than the weapons. They are also slightly thinner than the previous tails, making them easier to break. Long and thin, however, these tails are the fastest strikers and its end is bladed like the end of a knife, giving it strong piercing abilities. All in all, these tails give an extra sense of balance to the user, and are as easily controled as their own limbs, making it a useful addition to the Kaguya's armory.
Rp Sample Fenrir crossed his arms a small group of genin pulled out their kunais against him. A long tail suddenly formed from his lower back, and it rose above his head to wave at the enemies with its three scythe blades sticking out along its end. It rose higher above him to dangle its blades at the genin like a scorpion's tail. The genin then threw shuriken at him. The tail suddenly lashed out behind Fenrir to stick itself into a thick tree branch, which then pulled Fenrir out the way. He landed on the branch with a soft thud and the tail unlatched itself to suddenly zip towards one of the genin. The young boy jumped out of what he thought was the scythe's range, but then the scythe extended farther and in one fell swoop took off his leg. He didn't have to suffer long though, as the scythe whiplashed itself almost immediately to sink its scythe blade down through the top of the genin's head. The other genin looked horrified as the scythe squirmed around their teammates head for a moment before the scythe took it off completely, the head sticking through one of the blade. The tail then retracted back to Fenrir, who pulled the head from the blade. He glanced down at the genin and dropped the head to the forest floor below. "Now, who's next?"

Description: First the user must keep their eyes on an opponent for two posts, or look them directly in the eyes to initiate the genjutsu. After that, the user projects the illusion that he has the power to control his enemy's bones just as easily as his own. This can be a very brutal torturing technique as well as an excellent distractor as the victim feels their bones break apart or stab into them. In the event that the user projects the victim's death through the bones, the pain and shock will be so great that they will pass out for a few moments, leaving them open to attack. Passing out also dispells the genjutsu. This technique will not work on players who do not have bones to manipulate (ex. human puppets).

Description: User uses his animal-like nature to appeal to the surrounding animals and have them come to his aid. The type of animal that may come depends on the environment. In other words, in a city street I won't be expecting to call a group of tigers to my aid, but possibly a group of stray dogs and cats. This could also be used to sway other ninja's animals who use them in combat, but their animals won't attack their owners. In other words, if an Inuzuka sicks his dog on a user, the user can use this jutsu to calm the dog and have it not attack him, but that dog will not attack its master either (so long as the animal and master like each other).

Description: This jutsu forces the user to take on the characteristics and split personality of a being known as "Cheshire" (based off of the mischievious cat from Alice in Wonderland). This is usually noted by how the user will seemingly grin all the time combined with other physical changes such as hair turning a shade of purple, eyes becoming cat-like, or even growing a purple-furred tail. During this transformation the user can not be killed but like-wise can not kill anybody else. Cheshire also has the ability to willingly turn invisible or alter any other physical sense of being one might recieve from him such as sound, touch, or smell. This cannot be done instantly however and the process usually takes a few seconds to fully perform. What this means is that if Cheshire were to become invisible to somebody, for example, the person would see Cheshire's legs disappear, then his chest and arms, then his head, ect. Along with this, Cheshire has the ability to willingly dismember himself as well, allowing him to perform deranged and crazy feats such as taking off his head and then standing on it. If anything, Cheshire is more along the lines of something like a poltergeist than anything else. Though his abilities to cause physical harm to others is relatively weak (capable of only performing things a normal human could do such as tripping and definitely NOT any other jutsu), Cheshire instead uses trickery, mischief, and misdirection to toy with enemies and get them to perhaps hurt themselves. Performing the jutsu doesn't require any handsigns, but takes an entire post to complete the transformation since otherwise a user could misuse the jutsu to make an easy escape at any sign of danger. Because of how using this jutsu makes the real user lose all sense of himself in replacement for Cheshire, the jutsu isn't well liked among the users. However, what it does do is serve a very important escape function. Since Cheshire can also manipulate other's ability to sense him, Cheshire can also easily make an escape for the host to save their life. Since escaping is its main purpose and it is a being different from the user, turning into Cheshire instantly dispells any genjutsu or other disabling affects such as poison. The number of posts a user can maintain the transformation depends on their rank. Chuunin=5 posts. Jounin=8 posts. Sannin/Kage=12 posts. (must wait five posts before becoming completely invisible. must wait at least one post between jutsu activation and escape)

Description: Strong bone covers user's entire arm with a long and sharp end. Following it are several tendrils made with elastic bone that wrap themselves over each other so tightly around the user's arm that it literally twists the user's arm completely around several times. After maximum rotations and buildup are completed, the user can release the massive buildup all at once. This causes the tendrils to lash out in a fury of widespread, windmill shaped, insanely fast rotating blasts (something like a man-made helicopter blade). Because of the order and legth of tendril release, the attack forms a large cone-like shape capable of obliterating anything in its range. (can't be fired)

Description: A fairly simple wind jutsu in which the user uses wind to crash objects to the ground. It's pretty much the opposite of "Levitating Winds" where the user uses wind to toss an object into the ground. This jutsu can mainly be used to dodge attacks while they're suspended in the air, using a fierce wind above them to blow them back to ground very quickly. Likewise this jutsu can be used to send projectiles down upon their enemy at a faster rate. This jutsu can be used to crash down multiple smaller objects. However, it can only be used on one person at a time, or likewise any object equal to or greater than their weight and/or size.

Description: This is a taijutsu attack that focuses highly on quickness for the first blow, similar to Rock Lee's lotus. The user uses lightning chakra to accelerate and strengthen their movements and then blast off their feet to deliver a strong flying knee strike to either the opponents face of sternum. The lightning energy will momentarily stun the opponent as well, giving the user an better opening to continue the assault. Then while the opponent's balance is thrown off by the strike the user twists in the air to both land a foot on the ground and to wrap their arm around the opponents neck. Once the neck has been grabbed the user twists their feet on the ground and throws the opponent from their hip, where the opponent will crash into the ground headfirst. As if this combo isn't devastating enough the user continues to use the momentum they've gained to front flip and land a crushing axe kick into the opponent's chest and/or head, causing a small crater from the physical power.

Special abilities: Can talk, shifts between three forms: speed, power, and skill; all of which possess their own special ability. Speed form (first pic and usual form) is insanely quick and if attacking the opponent must roll a two-sided die. If the roll isn't 1, and they don't have some kind of barrier or other ability that would defend them otherwise, the attack will hit. With his small size and level of power, however, the hit will never be fatal, and instead usually serves as a good distraction in battle. The second form-Power (second pic) is where his speed decreases to the extent that the opponent doesn't have to roll to defend themselves from him, but is still equally fast as his owner. In return, he gains Sakura/Tsunade-like power behind his hits and his skin hardens to the extent that most normal weapons will glance off of him. His last and third form-skill (last pic) is only accessible when the owner uses the beast-man clone jutsu. Perhaps it is because he is not a dog or wolf like other clan members have, but unlike normal cases when the beast-man clone jutsu is used Yajuu does not gain identical looks to his owner. He does, however, retain stage 2's physical attributes. A large sword often appears on his back while in this form, that although doesn't seem to possess any special powers, is very light and yet denser than kaguya bone. He must also stand perfectly still in order to shift between forms, and must wait at least three posts before shifting again.
Description: Yajuu (Japanese translation for "Beast") is a talkitive and rather cocky and insulting animal that appeared to Fenrir during training. After a strange first encounter which ended in a race to which Fenrir won, Yajuu swore that as a prize he would serve Fenrir on his adventures. Nobody really knows what animal Yajuu is, but despite his youthful appearance he appears to have lived for quite a long time. When not residing in Fenrir's jacket pocket, Yajuu tends to use wind chakra to zoom around on a kunai, and carries a tiny katana at his side. When not traveling with Fenrir his hobby is to play pranks on people, often using his super-speed to trip people or escape.

Katon: San (Fire Release: Three)
Description: At this stage of learning, users of this technique are expected to be quite adept at controlling the flow of chakra in their body. It is by this that they are now able to both create ample amounts of chakra and distribute to both hands (still only two fingers per hand). The actual heat effect of this technique, though, still hasn’t changed much from Katon: Ni. Also, awkwardly enough, the user is still unable to have the technique travel throughout one whole hand.

Katon Ryuuka no Jutsu (Fire Release: Dragon Fire Technique)
Description: A jutsu that sends a stream of fire towards the opponent, originating from the users mouth. In some cases it has been seen to take on the form of a dragon. Capable of being used like a flamethrower, prolonged exposure has been known to transform boulders and cliff side’s into molten piles of magma.
Note: Genin can use the technique for up to two posts, Chuunin for three, and Jounin for five. As mentioned before, strength of the flame and prolonged exposure can prove devastating.

Katon: Kyuuka no Jutsu (Fire Release: Flame Sphere Technique)
Description: Quite different from the other various other Katons in Leaf’s arsenal, this one instead is a defensive jutsu. Quite easy to learn, it is also performed much differently from other jutsus. Using the body as a heat source, the user molds chakra to amplify it and make it entirely visible. Then the user expands it, using more chakra, and takes on a red, spherical shape. This shield is used as a defense against both ninjutsus and taijutsus. It isn’t very powerful, though, and can only parry at most one technique before deactivating. A drawback to this jutsu, though, is based on the body’s temperature. If the user performs this technique late in a fight they risk fainting due to both a drastic change in body temperature and already stressed body levels.
Note: The user must remain still while using this technique.

Katon: Shouidan no Jutsu (Fire Release: Incendiary Technique)
Description: Recently developed, this technique is much akin to the Katon Ryuuka no Jutsu in a few ways. Using almost the identical set of seals, the user instead coughs out globs of what looks to be silver-tinged mucous. These flammable, gelatinous balls can be scattered along any area and even on other people and are highly combustible. Anything from the slightest spark can ignite them and set off variable explosions based on the level of the shinobi as well is leave a lasting flame going.
Note: Genin gifted enough to perform this jutsu can only create explosions that range from 1m – 2m in radius. Chuunin can set a 4m – 5m radius ablaze. And Jounin are capable of kindling an area of approximately 5m – 10m.

Katon: Hidoko no Jutsu (Fire Release: Bed of Fire Technique)
Description: Defensive or offensive, this just is simple enough to have many uses. Heaving a mighty breath, a shinobi will spew an oily substance in front or even around them. It will rush forth like liquid and ignite as soon as the user wills it. The effect is obvious enough, resulting in a carpet of flame in whatever manner the user provided. It could be in a cone laid out in front of them as an opponent is rushing forth, or it could be scattered across a weapon.

Katon: Kita no Jutsu (Fire Release: Aerial Explosion Technique)
Description: A different version of the Katon: Hidoko no Jutsu, this jutsu releases a gas into the air. This is an odorless, colorless gas that can be ignited with any spark or flame. This gas will rapidly ignite, causing it to expand and create a strong wind in all directions. The outer gas is shot out, and ignites when it has expanded at a range of around 20 feet. Anyone within the range of this jutsu will be seriously injured and probably suffer at least a first degree burn. It also evaporates all water in the range of this jutsu.

Katon: Shi (Fire Release: Four)
Description: Much unchanged from Katon: San, the most noticeable change here is the strength of the heat effect set off by the user’s fingers. Now able to melt through various objects of higher density than glass (not including metals), the only drawback is that this intensity is only attainable through one hand at the moment. One could compare the effect of this technique to being stabbed with a searing hot kunai. Essentially, this is just a much more combat effective version of Katon: Ni.
Note: This technique cannot be stacked with Katon: San wherein both hands can be used at the same time with one hand stronger than the other.

Katon Goukakyuu no Jutsu (Fire Release: Powerful Fireball Technique)
Description: Uses a high amount of chakra which allows the user to breath out a large portion of flame. Extremely powerful, this Katon seems to possess a denser mass than most Katons. This would explain its intense potency and explosive nature.

Katon: Nenshou Tosshin (Fire Release: Burning Rush)
Description: A two-part technique that acts much like the Katon: Kyuuka no Jutsu. With the same seal sequence as the aforementioned jutsu, the dragon, ox and hare are added at the end and the technique changes from defensive to offensive. As the customary sphere surrounding the user appears to fade out, it instead sweeps back and wraps itself around the user in the elemental shape of flames at the arms and shoulders. At this, the user finds themselves temporarily invigorated.
Note: This jutsu is both defensive and offensive, both blocking attacks and acting as one itself. The secondary effect here is that the user is able to move at a slightly more increased speed than usual alongside the actual flame effects that obviously harm opponents upon contact.

Katon: Taika no Jutsu (Fire Release: Fireproof Technique)
Description: At this point in time, the user has developed a natural resilience to flame and has come to know the pros and cons of their own techniques. With this knowledge in hand, they are able to not only guard themselves against fire and high temperatures but also anything around them. Expelling chakra at a constant rate, it acts a shield or buffer against all forms of heat, completely preventing them from harm. But by freely imparting this chakra onto a person or thing, they are able to pass on that very same shield. There are, however, limitations.

Katon: Myaku Hitofuki no Jutsu (Fire Release: Pulse Blast Technique)
Description: An extremely useful jutsu, this one has the effect of flushing out or separating multiple opponents. Hurling a fireball about the size of a basketball, it is meant to be dodged in order to be effective. For at center of this fireball is a gaseous core which, when the spherical attack finally makes contact with something, will explode and this gas will expand rapidly in a loud bang. The bang is simply a precursor though, as instantly afterwards a sharp concussive force will issue out all around the center of the blast. Though the explosion of the attack itself is not very strong, the force it sends out is enough to knock anyone who is within a certain radius of it flying.

Katon: Kaen Hisame no Jutsu (Fire Release: Incinerating Hail Technique)
Description: By focusing their chakra into their hands, the user can then lift them skyward and create a salvo of small fireballs that will rain down all around them, incinerating anything they touch. Since the fireballs have no solid state, they can only do damage by burning things. These fireballs are about half the size of one's closed fist.

Katon: Gouka Hataka no Jutsu (Fire Release: Hellfire Clap)
Description: A jutsu of catastrophic might, it draws upon the unwieldiness that is flame. Calling forth chakra from their deepest reserves, the user will perform the trademark techniques that signal the beginning of a Katon. Yet rather than ending in the Tora seal, as most would, it instead ends in the Ram seal as the user’s hands clap together loudly. At that moment a wave of destructive fire flies forth around the user, engulfing all around them. Spread about in a circle, this technique also has the nasty side-effect of searing through anything it comes into contact with. If in its path lay a boulder it would be hewn in two, for example. Defensive jutsu are defeated by this technique as well, for its intensity is beyond measure.
Note: The diameter of this wave is 15 meters. Defensive jutsu of this stage or any below are instantly nullified by this technique, though the attack itself does not carry through the defense and to the opponent. It only serves to break it in this case, and no more.

Katon: Karyuu Endan (Fire Release: Fire Dragon Blast)
Description: A jutsu that sends a stream of fire towards the opponent in the shape of a large dragon from the users mouth. The intensity of the flame is enough to completely melt stone and the end result of this techniques rampage is an explosion enough to send an entire mountain aquiver.
Katon: Go (Fire Release: Five)
Description: This is where the technique evolves into one of the most deadly techniques within the Leaf. This is the stage before Kaseiken, the only move of comparable strength to the Chidori within the Leaf’s arsenal. In this building block, however, the user mimics the hand movement and effect of Chidori, replacing lightning with flame. Here, unlike the techniques leading up to this, flames now spring forth from the user’s entire hand. If the user balls their hand into a fist, however, the flames immediately disperse and the jutsu is cancelled. In this way, only spear-handed attacks can be made and their potency is increased so that most defenses can now be pierced

Katon: Hibashira no Jutsu (Fire Release: Blazing Column Technique)
Description: A Katon with a power exceeding that of Katon Goukakyu, but not nearly as powerful as the Karyuu Endan, this technique can clear entire forests when used correctly. Creating a circular, burning tower by breathing out a large fireball at first (much like Katon Goukakyu) the person who uses this technique is able to guide it with their chakra. The tower, or column, itself ranges from 4-5m in height and possesses a radius of at most 2m. The user guides its path with chakra, but it is very limited. If at all, the user is only capable of leading the flaming tower in a general direction. This tower can last up to 3 minutes (2 posts) before its roaring destruction lets up.

Katon Hidora no Jutsu (Fire Release: Hydra Technique)
Description: A variant of the Katon Ryuuka no jutsu, this one has the same function, only tripled. Instead of one stream of fire that advances towards the opponent, the user is capable of exhaling three at the same time, although all still vary from each other at only a slight degree (meaning that they can only be used against enemies that stand close to each other and not at different directions). The 3 streams look like 3 snakes, and that's where the jutsu got its name.

Kaseiken (Flame Fist)
Description: Kaiseken, essentially, is an attack that causes an intense explosion by transferring all heat from the user’s hand into the object it makes contact with. From the outside, it looks like the flame enveloping the user’s hand is also enveloping the object in question and it is the force of the punch that causes the explosion. If this were the case, this technique would clearly be much more taijutsu-oriented than ninjutsu. But it’s not so simple, really. There are obvious drawbacks to this transfer of chakra-gone-flame, such as being so close to explosion itself. Although the technique is easily able to destroy massive boulders and cliff sides upon contact, the danger presents itself in the rubble and shock to the arm from such devastation. Because of this, the technique can only be used twice a day for even the most gifted jounin. If used any more, the bones of the user’s arm will shatter from internal pressures caused by the technique.

Katon: Kudakasei no Jutsu (Fire Release: Shatterforce Technique)
Descriptions: Built upon the principles of Katon: Myaku Hitofuki no Jutsu, this technique instead acts as a much more powerful, centralized version. Gathering heat in between both hands the user focuses it until it cannot be condensed further. Manifested as a sphere of raw, glowing energy it is at first held at bay as if only for show. Then, given any cue, the user slams the sphere into the ground, causing it to explode with the power of pure heat behind it. The user is unaffected by this burst of power, but anyone within the radius of the blast suffers some unsettling consequences alongside the devastating concussive force it sends forth. This technique, by sheer strength alone, has even been known to crack boulders.
Note: The base radius of this attack is 5 meters. Separate effects of the jutsu are that the intense heat dehydrates any opponents caught within the radius of the blast, drawing them closer to fatigue, blurring their vision and causing mild headaches all the while. Minor, first-degree burns may also result from this technique.

Katon: Neshou Bunshin (Fire Release: Burning Clone)
Description: Welling chakra up, the user releases it into the air around them after a series of hand-seals. This creates clones of fire, disguised to look exactly like the user. The clones have the user’s stats. When destroyed, the clones burst into flame, capable of creating first degree burns and lighting clothing/leaves/paper/etc on fire.
Moushou Kaseiken (Fierce Flame Fist)
Description: A fabled level of mastery, this version of the Kaseiken almost completely revolutionizes the previous. Rather than flames wrapping around a users fist, the fire instead engulfs the user completely and generally makes the user look imposing, even demonic. But these flames are much more than show. Now that the flame that was previously surrounding only the fist is available in such large amounts through the entire body, the destruction of the attack is also multiplied five-fold. However, this is a make or break technique. At this stage of mastery, the explosion itself can be controlled enough so that the user is not harmed, but the amount of chakra it takes to both control and create such force immediately user to fight at his limits.

Katon: Oorashi no Ryu (Fire Release: Raging Storm of the Dragon)
Description: An extremely powerful technique that tests the physical limits of the user, it is the mark of a true Katon Master. Using all methods of heat creation and transferal, the user channels chakra all over their body and dramatically bends forward, their back hunched and aimed upward. Then, slamming their crossed arms onto the ground in from of them, firmly planting both palms on the ground, the user erupts in a blazing column of impenetrable flame. What the result is what can only be described as a funnel of pure fire. Designed to be used defensively over all else, the fire as well takes different form as floods of chakra meant to reinforce the technique discolor it. Purple, blue and red all at once, this funnel surrounds the user completely and has obvious effects: anything that makes contact with the user during this technique becomes instantly enflamed, and such force by the chakra launches it back.

Kouseitan Kawa (Element Skin)
Description: A jutsu that allows the user to transform their skin into one of the users elements. The user takes a fourth of their elemental chakra and stores it all over there body. However, this must be the useres main element inorder to do it.

Doton: Kyuu Tsuchi dageki (Earth Release: Sudden earth strike)
Description: A much more advanced version of the Tsuchi Shouaku, a Jounin can cause the earth to rise up at a much faster pace than the Tsuchi Shouaku, in fact in a very sudden manner fast enough to catch most shinobis off guard. Also, instead of just grabbing an opponent’s leg, this technique can cause the earth to rise up and form an ‘arm’ to strike the opponent from behind. Alternatively, one can also control it upon the earth mass the opponent stands on to suddenly spring up such that it acts something like an ejector or catapult to suddenly launch the opponent into the air by suddenly jerking up with a tremendous force. The durability of the earth risen is nearly as thick as rock, meaning that now, even taijutsu specialists would encounter difficulty in breaking out of it. However, like the Tsuchi Shouaku, the disadvantage of this technique is the fact that it can only be used with natural earth.

Doton: Kazangan Doryuudan no Jutsu (Earth Release: Volcanic Dragon Blast)
Description: Creating the same bronze dragon head from the ground, but a lot larger than before, this jutsu however summons up lava from within the planet's centre, and blasts it towards the target.

Doton: Shindoryuudan no Jutsu (Earth Release: Earth Dragon God Blast)
Description: In this more advanced jutsu, the user slaps their open palm into the ground and it begins to shake. A large, bronze dragon head peaks out of the ground and roars to reveal its lengthy stone body. Then it dives back under, traveling to the opponent through the ground. When it finally reaches the opponent it shoots up in full dragon form and smashes into them with an enormous force, exploding on contact. The explosion causes the dragon's bronze body to move outward with immense force.

Doton: Shinjū Zanshu no Jutsu(Earth Style: Headhunter Jutsu)
Description: The user, emerging from the ground below the target area, pulls down (or possibly swaps places with) the opponent so that only their head is above ground.

Kage Bunshin No Jutsu (Shadow Clone Technique)
Description: A forbidden jutsu that creates clones - which are not just plain illusions (like the normal Bunshin no Jutsu). Each clone is an exact replica of the user, capable of attacking. A direct hit causes the clone to disappear. Chakra is divided evenly between every clone and the original, so creating three clones would leave the user with one-fourth of his remaining chakra. These kage bunshin are also capable of using any jutsu the original shinobi knows (except Kuchiyose and bunshin jutsu), and each kage bunshin may use one jutsu.

Tenkuu Hokou no Gyou (The Art of Walking on Air)
Description: The art of walking on water and trees has long been known to many shinobi. However, although many have aspired to walk on the last frontier, the air itself, all but a handful of ninja have failed at doing such a thing. The first recorded instance of Tenkuu Hokou no Gyou was recorded long ago, in the Country of Wind, ironically. There, a famous ninja had discovered that by focusing his chakra into his feet and propelling it outward with utmost control, he could perform a sort of double-jump while airborne. This enabled him to jump almost twice as high as he normally could and in addition, it gave him utmost control of his body while airborne, making him a superb fighter. The technique was passed down through that fighter's family for years. The secret was well-kept and guarded carefully. However, the family's devotion with which they protected this secret ultimately led to their downfall. They were captured by a rival country and tortured endlessly in order to attain the secret technique. Nobody spoke and they were killed; their assailants figured that if they couldn't have the secret technique, nobody could. For awhile, the art of Tenkuu Hokou no Gyou was lost. Just recently, a resurgence of this forgotten art has been seen. A few grandmaster shinobi, having remembered stories of the ancient art, have learned to perform the art on their own. In addition, two scrolls containing information on the art have been dug up and been in circulation on the black market for several months, although most who have read the scrolls have been unable to learn the art. As of now, there are very few who know anything about the art and even fewer who can use it effectively. While airborne, the user can focus his chakra into his feet in order to make a sort of invisible stepping stone to push off of again. This can be used as a sort of double-jump commonly seen from, say, Mario, or be used to push off and change directions in midair. This technique can only be used once per jump, and the strength of the second jump is no greater than the strength of a normal jump. For instance, if your character has a five foot vertical leap, using this technique he could conceivably jump ten feet into the air.

Bakuretsu Kage Bunshin No Jutsu (Exploding Shadow Clone Technique)
Prerequisites: Kage Bunshin
Description: A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja creates a suicidal Kage Bunshin (shadow clone). After creating it, the ninja can cause the clone to remotely detonate and explode in combat, taking anyone immediately surrounding it out. When used in close combat, without the enemy noticing, this technique can be quite deadly. This technique requires the user not just to evenly distribute his chakra, but to give a chakra edge to the exploding clone. For almost everybody, this costs so much it puts the user in a dangerous situation, so that one hit to them can be lethal if chakra isn't molded to perfection...

Chidori (Thousand Birds)
Description: The only original technique of Konoha’s legendary Hatake Kakashi, the user focuses an enormous amount of chakra into one hand, so much that it becomes visible and emits a chirping noise like the sound of a thousand birds. The shinobi runs towards his enemy and thrusts quickly to cut through him, and the jutsu is indeed so powerful that it is rumored to be able to halve even a lightning bolt. However, because the user is moving so fast to attack, he is unable to detect any counterattacks executed by the enemy, so it is ideal to use Chidori in tandem with another technique that can alert the user to counters, such as a doujutsu.

Chidori Nagashi(One Thousand Birds Current)
Prerquistisites: Chidori(One Thousand Birds)
Description: A variation on a regular One Thousand Birds developed by Sasuke during his two-and-a-half year training with Orochimaru, this jutsu allows the user to cover himself in electricity, instead of just concentrating it in his hand. The electricity can be channeled anywhere, allowing the user to enhance his attacks with it. Because it is channeled throughout his entire body and not concentrated, the electricity will only cause temporary paralysis instead of killing an opponent. While this is not a problem in one-on-one battles, it does allow others to save their comrade if Sasuke is outnumbered. the user can also channel the electricity through a sword that they have, increasing its overall strength and cutting power.

Ōdama Rasengan(Great Ball Spiraling Sphere)
Prerequisites: Kage Bunshin no jutsu(Shadow Clone Jutsu, Rasengan(Spiraling Sphere)
Description: This is simply a larger and more powerful version of the Spiraling Sphere, but also more unstable. The user needs a clone to form and control the energy.

Doton: Kekkai Doroudomu (Earth Release: Clay Barrier Prison)
Description: Technique which completely surrounds an opponent in a prison made of clay or earth. The user then is able to absorb the enemy’s chakra through the walls. This absorption of chakra, however, only causes the victims to feel a bit weaker. Once the opponent leaves the prison, he feels like normal again. Since the walls of the prison are infused with a user's chakra, any damage taken by the prison is capable of being repaired/regenerated by that chakra.

Ikiumeru no Jutsu (Alive Burial Technique)
Description: By performing a series of hand seals, the user can make the ground underneath the target come alive, and split open. The earth will swallow the target like quick sand, while a large gap is made to pull the target into. When the entire target is underground, the ground grows solid again; leaving the target buried alive underground

Doton: Retsudo Tenshou (Earth Release: Splitting earth force)
Description: This causes a violent earth rift to be sent towards an opponent by slamming one’s open palms on the ground and sending chakra deep in. The earth rifting force can cause unstable grounds to completely collapse, and basically crack open the ground ahead and causes changes to the landscape as well as cause some severe damage. Best used along with other shinobis to cause a large scale destructive force.

Doton: Yomi Numa (Earth Release: Swamp of the Underworld)
Description: A technique which creates a large viscous swamp underneath an opponent. The enemy is unable to move once trapped within the swamp, also it has the distinct ability to subdue any chakra effect, hence one cannot walk on it using chakra

Dosekiryuu no Jutsu (Rock Avalanche Technique)
Description: The user must be near the side of a mountain. A powerful technique, the user molds his chakra to cause an avalanche off the side of a mountain, destroying everything in its path. There is the chance that the user can get caught in the avalanche as well.

Yougan Eisha no Jutsu (Lava Swimmer Technique)
Description: The Shinobi is able to swim through lava unharmed, though they can not do so for extended periods of time.

Doton: Kukan no Sekkai Senshi (Earth Release: Body of the Stone Warrior)
Description: The shinobi immerses themself within the earth and then rises out of it again covered in earth. The earth form a giant body of stone made to be formidable and defensible. It is almost as if the Stone-nin has gained another body. The body is usually at least 10 feet tall and comes complete with a large shield in one hand and a sword, spear, or pike in the other. Only the face of the Stone-nin can be seen. Other stone jutsus can be used after the performance of this jutsu from the stone of the warrior itself. As it stands on the ground it automatically replenishes its supply of stone. The shinobi cannot move, however, and the stone body can be destroyed by continuous attacks.

Doton: Iwa Guntai Tate (Earth Release: Rock Army Shield)
Description: A flat defensive slab of earth shoots out of the ground and forms walls that guards each member of your team. The maximum number of people that can be protected are four. The user of the technique decides which side of his/her allies the wall will be formed on. For every rank, the user can create shields in a 40 foot diameter.

Yougan Gou (Lava Moat)
Description: Similar to the Mud Moat, this jutsu converts the area immediately surrounding the performer of it into a shallow moat full of lava. Due to the nature of the moat, water walking can not be performed on it. Only an area of 1½ feet in diameter remains of solid, dry land for the user to stand on. For every rank, the moat is 3 feet deep and 20 feet diameter.

Yougan no Tate (Lava Shield)
Description: The user of this jutsu summons lava from the center of the earth and creates a shield from it, surrounding him in a diameter of up to 2 meters. This jutsu defends against most fire, water and grass based attacks, though it consumes a great deal of chakra.

Koudo Supaiku (Earth Spikes)
Description: The user is able to use their chakra and then lift it upward to form a spike. Which would be just as sharp as any sword or spear. If used right it could be stronger

Yama Souken (Mountain Creation)
Description: A technique that literally changes a landscape incredibly, the user creates a small mountain, about 750 ft high. The mountain is made entirely of rock, dirt, and earth. When the mountain is created, it can totally destroy the area around it, ripping out trees and buildings from underneath. This may only be used once in a while and only when the jounin is at full strength, without having used any other jutsu. Afterward, the jounin cannot use any other jutsu due to sheer exhaustion.

Yougan Kabe (Lava Wall)
Description: Summoning lava from the depths of the earth, a large protective wall of lava is created. The wall is 60 feet across and 40 feet high.

Kougo Hada (Earth Body)
Description: An add on to the Limbs of Earth Skill. The user will be able to add on anything that their body doesn’t already have such as Wings, Tails, Claws, ect.

Seibai no Shinigami (Death God’s Judgement)

Description: A technique that can literally scare an opponent to death. First everything becomes black around the victim and he/she can only see his/her own body. Suddenly a large spirit emerges in front of him/her… the Death God himself! The sight of the God of Death paralyzes most victims in fear. The Death God moves his clawed arm into the chest of the victim without causing any physical wounds and starts to slowly pull out the victim’s soul. The victim does not feel any physical pain, but still screams as the very essence of life leaves him/her and then has to watch as the Death God devours the soul. The technique can leave psychological damage on the victim and can only be restored by a skilled jounin healer.

Fuuton (Wind Release):

Fuuton: Tei Hakusha (Wind Release: Air Riding)
Description: As wind ninjutsu is typically more focused on ranged combat rather than close combat such as what taijutsu specialists favour, it was necessary to create jutsu’s that made them as hard to hit as possible, as a result, the wind riding technique was created. The technique in essence has the user form a ball of rapidly swirling air beneath their feet, upon which they typically sit (some with exceptional balance may choose to stand). As a result the user is left hovering several feet above the ground, and is able to control the ball to move quickly in any direction, essentially allowing the user a high degree of speed and agility while they remain on the ball, and due to the hovering nature of the ball combined with its speed, it is quite natural for users of this technique to move across walls and ceilings. All of this makes this an excellent jutsu for wind ninjutsu users when forced into a corner, or even can be used when scouting is necessary. Additionally the user can use a platform of sorts to help keep their balance, such as a large fan.

Okuridashi Kaze (Propelling Winds)
Description: Loosing a short blast of air from their hands, the user is able to propel themselves in the opposite direction with considerable force. This jutsu is ideally suited to Wind ninjutsu specialists, who often tend to favour avoidance of attacks rather than powerful defences, and can be used to either move very quickly to the side, or even propel themselves quite high into the air.

Kaze Fuuchuufuyuu (Wind Levitation)
Description: Utilising and controlling the wind, the user is able to force the wind beneath an object in order to force it to rise up from the ground. The effectiveness of this jutsu is very much dependant upon the weight of the object in question, so large objects will take longer to lift, while lighter objects can be quickly lifted. Additionally, as the jutsu works by forcing wind beneath the targeted object, the higher the object gets, the harder it is to raise it any higher. The users control affects the speed at which they may raise an object, so while a person with only 5 control would be slow to raise a rock the size of a persons head, someone with a control of 40 could lift enormous boulders without showing significant sign of slowing. Only inanimate objects can be levitated.

Kaze no Yaiba (Wind Sword)
Description: The user summons a violent gust of wind, moving so fast that if caught within the blast an enemy will suffer blade like wounds from the wind slashing them so strongly. Due to it’s nature it’s difficult to block but can be avoided. The injuries look very much like that of a sword wound, which is where the name originated.

Hikui Tenkuu Assaku no Jutsu (Low Air Pressure Technique)
Description: This technique makes the air pressure in a room drop dramatically, causing anyone inside to fall asleep. It can only work in an enclosed area like a building or room.

Fuuton: Furyuu no Jutsu (Wind Release: Wind Dragon)
Description: Creates a dragon formed from wind. The dragon looks like a large serpent, a traditional Chinese dragon that is twenty feet long. The dragon has a red mane and the rest of his body borders light blue. The colour is not distinct because the wind manipulates it from its colour to transparency. The dragon can shoot Kaze Bakuhatsu from its mouth.


Kazy Gyorai no jutsu (Wind Torpedo)
Description: The user gathers a large amount of wind into his lungs and expels it in a single blow, similar to the projectile deflection blast. This version however is significantly more devastating as the wind forms a torpedo that is near invisible that launches towards the opponent. Upon contact it explodes with the force of two exploding tags.

Fuuton: Kanketsusen Souzou (Wind Release: Geyser Creation)
Description: Placing their hand against a flat surface, such as the ground the user can create a large hole in the ground about ten feet across and wide. At any time the user can cause it to erupt and send a colossal blast of steam and air shooting in the sky, sending anything caught within the blast flying high up in the air. Additionally the steam is quite hot in temperature, causing severe burns to anyone affected in the blast. The geyser has enough strength to break a building apart upon blasting, save for those made out of very strong materials. A good destructive jutsu, but hard to control.

Raikou Bunshin no Jutsu (Lightning Clone Technique)
Description: This technique makes a simple clone of the shinobi however unlike the standard bunshin, which is a genjutsu, this bunshin takes an actual physical form through the use of electrically charged chakra. One
can easily touch and hold this clone like it was in fact an actual person, however when it is attacked it quickly disperses into smoky, hot air. It is also able to attack using taijutsu, however it's ability to attack is around 1/10 in perspective to the user, in return for this weakness it's attacks deliver shocks of electricity to the opponent's body

Raiton: Raikou Boruto no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Bolt Technique)
Description: A simple technique in concept and execution, in which the user performs the necessary handseals and then emits a short bolt of lightning from his or her hand. This is a simple bolt, akin to a fireball, as opposed to being a continuous stream. On impact, the target will suffer minor electric shocks.


Dendou Bakuhatsu no Jutsu (Electric Detonation Technique)
Descriptions: Flashing a number of Hand seals the user causes all lightning bunshins that are under his specific control to explods in a burst of electricity, shocking anyone who happens to be near them.

Raiton: Yaiba no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Blade Technique)
Description: This skill allows the user to charge chakra in the form of electricity in the palm. Then, the chakra eventually works up to the fingers, where a blade of electricity is formed between the index and middle finger. The blade is very thin, and depending on the user's chakra, anywhere from 8 inches to a foot long. It is around 2 to 3 inches wide, and it lacks a hilt. The blade is held between the fingers, but as soon as it is let go, the blade vanishes into thin air. The strength of this blade isn't as strong as a normal blade, as it is nowhere as dense or as heavy. But because the blade is very thin, it is capable of doing some major damage, if used properly. However, this blade can also hurt the user, anywhere except for the fingers where the blade is held.

Denki Hifu no Jutsu (Electric Skin Technique)
Description: making a simple couple of handsigns the user makes sparks travel along their skin to power up lightning type jutsu's for 5 minutes (posts) (7 for jounin)(10 for Kage/sannin) this move also makes it very difficult to make contact with the user for the danger of being severly electricuted

Sai Sen no Jutsu (Rewire Technique)
Description: Making physical contact with an enemy shinobi the Cloud-Nin shoves Static Strings into his opponent and himself, by hotwiring the electrical impulses of the target's brain he disables the target and assumes control of the opponent's body. While in this state the shinobi can only control the target body and has little control over his own body which will remain standing in place. Major problems with this technique is that by severing the strings you break the connection between the target and the Cloud-nin, also the maximum range the controlled body can move from the original body is 50 feet, otherwise the strings will break.

Raiton: Raikou Hitofuki no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Blast Technique)
Description: An upgraded version of Lightning Bolt, this jutsu works the same way except now it is a continuous blast of electricity. The blast can be ended prematurely by the user. A target hit by this technique will experience quite painful electric shocks, however they are still relatively minor.

Teikou no Kuntou (Electricity Resistance Training)
Description: While not necessarily a technique that must be taken, most Cloud-nin are taught this at the Academy. As most know electricity in general is a deadly and somewhat scarce element, generally one could only collect the necessary electricity necessary to perform techniques if they were fighting in the middle of a thunderstorm, or near an electrical source. However current training standards in the academy show how a cloud-nin tends to make electricity through the use of chakra, turning most Cloud-nin in to human capacitors, technically. The process is generally quite painful and requires about 5 months of mental and physical conditioning to resist the charges you activate onto your body. As it is written, this technique is optional. A person who doesn't take this skill will generally feel pain when even performing their own electricity based techniques, also one who tends to take this ability tends to notice that minor shocks generally do not hurt them as badly.
Note: This skill is passive.

Raiton: Jiten Rakou Dangan (Lightning Release: Spinning Lightning Shot)
Description: Bring forth lightning that is compressed into a ball that sends forth shots of lightning, that spin through the air that has slight drill qualities, allowing the shot to partially get into the opponents body, giving them a powerful shock to the system, that can render the closest organ it attacks paralyzed for a few moments.


Kouten no Saiketsu (Heaven's Judgement)
Description: A technique that causes overall destruction and chaos, performing a number of seals a large spinning tube of lightning launches itself out of the user's body and speeds away in the direction that the Cloud-Nin was facing. Going at a particularly high speed this tube begins to tear up all peices of land it touch and bores large holes through anything that has the horrible chance of being in front of it and then explodes in a huge burst of electricity essentially electrocuting anyone within close proximity of the explosion.

Custom Lightning:
Peircing Arrows:
This jutsu was created by Yokai Hasamoto. This technique requires a minimum of 10 seconds (1 posts) to charge, which gives the enemy time to charge the opponent before the jutsu is done. Making several handsigns, the user must then form 2 fingers in each hand, pouring chakra into the fingers. While these 20 seconds, the user cannot move, if he does, the jutsu will be dispelled, and he shall be paralyzed for another 10 seconds (1 post). If the jutsu is successful in charging, and the user is finally able to shoot it out of his fingers. Concentrating on the his two fingers, he will aim his fingers at the opponent, and release the chakra from his fingers, creating 2 devastating arrows of light. This jutsu is highly destructable and can destroy a small forest. This jutsu, uses a lot of chakra, and drains most of his strength, so this jutsu is a one way ticket to victory or death. The user may be able to use another jutsu, but it should be only a C or lower. If he uses an A rank jutsu, he may be paralyzed until he regains strength

Taijutsu:

Sennen Goroshi [One Thousand Years of Pain]
Description: An end-all Taijutsu maneuver involving just the first two fingers of each hand extended together and then driven into the a** of the ninja's opponent. Surprising and painful, this technique not only inflicts damage, but also thoroughly humiliates the ninja's opponent. Anyone with fingers and no morals can use this technique. A variation of this jutsu is also used with a kunai and explosive tags.

Dainamikku-Entori [Dynamic Entry]
Description: This is simply a flying jump kick straight at the enemy. Usually used as an opening or surprise attack.

Youjitsuba [Spitting Toothpick]
Description: A Taijutsu technique where the ninja spits a toothpick out of their mouth. Attacking in this manner, while the enemy is normally focusing on your hands, provides a small element of surprise, but with much more effectiveness when used following a distraction.

Asshou [Pressure Palm]
Description: This is a taijutsu technique where the ninja drives their fist into their opponent while they are on the ground, crushing and grinding them into the earth. With impressive strength, this technique could be quite devastating.

Konoha Daisenpu [Leaf Great Whirlwind]
Description: A powerful leap forward, using the extra momentum to perform a powerful spinning kick with both legs in mid air, the second kick often being aimed lower in case the intended planned ducks. The technique is most effective at ranges of 2-3 meters, because if you miss or they dodge, you have at least made it past your opponent and have a chance to react before they can mount a significant counter-attack.


Hayabusa Otoshi [Peregrine Falcon Drop]
Description: The attacker grabs a falling opponent by their ankles, wraps his legs around their waist, and drives them head first into the ground.

Houshou [Crushing Fist]
Description: A taijutsu technique where the ninja palm strikes their enemy, hurling them away. With impressive strength, this technique could be quite devastating. This move is capable of knocking an opponent approximately 30-40 feet back.

Konoha Shofu [Leaf Rising Wind]
Description: Using quickness and agility, the user will do a swift upwards kick at his opponent or at a weapon his opponent is wielding thus knocking it out of their hand or grip.

Midare Senbu [Chaos Fan Dance]
Requirement's A fan
The user attacks the enemy with their fan, thus launching them into the air. They then throw their fan behind the enemy and disappear, reappearing behind the enemy. Finally, they grab the fan and strike the enemy headfirst into the ground.

Asa Kujaku [Morning Peacock]
Requirements: The Ability To Open The Sixth Of The Eight Celestial Gates
Description: Asa Kujaku is a taijutsu technique which is without any doubt the strongest Taijutsu attack. The user first opens the sixth gate Keimon, or possibly the first six gates, which gives him access to an enormous amount of chakra. Using this tremendous burst of power and speed, he will approach his opponent in a distinctive stance. When near enough, he will kick his opponent and launch them into the air. He will then strike them multiple times, causing the distinctive peacock fan to develop. His opponent will then fall back to the earth, covered in the strike's aura.

Isshi Resshin [One-fingered Earthquake]
Description: A taijutsu technique that only the strongest ninjas can accomplish. With just one finger, the ninja can merely tap the ground and create an enormous split in the earth before them. Of course, with this strength, one finger could do more to the enemy directly, but this incorporates physical power and range into an attack.

Human Form

The Shadow Wolf is used for rescue, assassination and stealth. For this wolf can not be seen at night except for it's glowing white eyes, its fangs are covered with a deadly poison, though he is dangerous it is also scared, the wolf cannot enter light other then lamp or match, the wolf is also docile and only attacks on command.
Sky Wolf

Human Form

The Sky Wolf is a Blazing White and Silver Wolf with Sky Blue Eyes. The wolf is friendly and used for evactuation and Ariel attacks, it can shoot arrows of light and disease down onto the enemy, she is just as docile as the Shadow Wolf, though the two if summoned together will get into a never ending bloodly battle. The Sky Wolf can be seen easily at night.
Flame Wolf

Human Form

The Flame Wolf is the center of the two other wolves, he is much more aggresive though he is also afraid to be left alone, he will constantly protect the user, this Wolf is mainly used for destruction and multi enemy attacks, he can cahrge towards the enemy and shoot flames from his fur when surrounded, though when he does this he cannot attack as swiftly for a while. He is perfectly friendly with both Shadow, and Sky wolves.

Sound Wolf Pup



The Sound Wolf Pup is the son of the Sky wolf and the Flame wolf, He is rambunchious and happy but easily frightened. Usually used in suprise attacks and as distractions the pup is able to generate hundreds of different loud noises, even able to copy another person's voice. The sound pup is the only Ookami summon that was born as a summon and not as a soul that inhabits the shape of a wolf, there for he is more justified as living in literal terms.

The flash wolf with the special ability to teleport is mainly used for get aways and emergancies, as she is the oldest and most vulnerable wolf, as she has no claws and her fangs have been dulled down from constant battle. Hakkeshou Kaiten (Eight Divination Palms of the Hand, Heavenly Spin)
Description: Hakkeshou Kaiten is a Taijutsu technique unique to the Hyuuga bloodline using the Jyuuken. Kaiten is a special technique passed down through the main family line. Kaiten takes advantage of several of the unique abilities of the Byakugan eye. Byakugan gives the clan member an almost complete 360 degree view of their surroundings. Description: The Jinsei Tengoku was a weapon meant to disarm or subdue, rather than kill, as well as make good use of a strong chakra control. This staff itself is about eight feet long, two and a half inches thick. The staff's design allows the user to use the melee tactic commonly used by medical nin. This means that the user can channel chakra into the weapon and use that chakra to add a little more 'umph' to the attack; think of it as a chakra blade, but a little more. This ability, when used, general eats up about half the chakra used when using a ninjutsu. A powerful attack can eat up as much as a B or even A ranked ninjutsu if the user is of equal rank or greater. This means Chunnins can't use chakra equal to an A ranked ninjutsu for an attack. Call it a... 'limiter'. If the chakra is poured into the staff enough, it can even be used to ward off incoming physical attacks, but this ability is only usable when standing still and the user can focus deeply.

As an added bonus, the staff, to its owner, feels extremely light compared to the length. Everyone else who attempts to use it will find that it actually weighs as much as an elephant, or more.

The second aspect of the staff is that this isn't really.. a staff. It's a full-body sheath. The top part of the staff can separate from the rest to reveal a Nodachi, which's blade is about 4 /12 feet long. This blade is only to be used against very strong opponents, as it consumes much more chakra per attack if the ability is used (The chakra consumption is to the point where one attack is suicidal for a fresh gennin without a high chakra pool, maybe a half warn out chunnin.). This is due to the fact that it attacks with pure, raw chakra, which can also be used to block against enemy ninjutsus or taijutsus. (Call it the Sword and Shield method).

The blade feels as light as a feather to the user, but impossible to wield for anyone else, no matter how buff they are.

In Takeo's case, the Nodachi form is only used against enemies who he wants to kill, and seeing as how he hates killing, these enemies are few and rare.

Katon Style: Spinning Pillar of Flames: The user weaves handsigns together and shoots out a stream of concentrated blue flames onto the ground which erupts into a spinning pillar of flames. The pillar remains for a number of posts varying on the rank of the user.

The pillar is spinning and shoots out a storm of fireballs in random areas. 4o% chance of being it. So you roll a dice 1-10. 1-6 you are not hit, 7-10 your struck and burnt, lite on fire as well.

Katon Style: Azure Spears: The user concentrates chakra in the air around their hand and molds it into a spear of condensed blue fire. The user then throws the spear at the opponent when it breaks off into four smaller spears making it harder to avoid. The spears are so hot one can get burned by it from being 2ft away.


--B Rank Techniques--

Katon Style: Spinning Azure Dance: The user concentrates on the chakra around them and spins around like a top, blue fire forming and spins around them like a protective dome similar to neji's rotation. All projectiles are deflected and most jutsus are cancelled out if same rank and higher. Lower rank has no effect on it. Water weakens it and higher ranked water style breaks through. Katon or fuuton jutsu that hits it makes it expand.

Katon Style: Azure Afterimage Dance: The user glows with chakra as it takes on the appearance of blue flames dancing aorund the body. The user then at high speed strikes the target up to five times, or it seems to be so. The user instead misses them but from their speed an afterimage is created. The afterimage is created by fire and will strike the target the way the user intended, leaving bad burn marks and if all five strikes land death ensues. If a weapon is used with this the technique is alot more deadly

--A Rank Techniques--

Katon Style: Exploding Azure Rain: The user holds out his hand(s) and concentrate on their chakra into the hand. A ball of blue fire concentrated forms about the size of a basketball. The user then throws it towards the opponent where it explodes into a shower of blue fireballs. If two are used the tw hits each other exploding with even more force and a storm of blue fire flies towards the target.

Katon Style: Azure Warzone: The user channels his chakra into his arms and hands then slams them into the ground, sending a powerful burst of chakra and fire. Throughout the field geysers form and erupt with blue flames. The attacks starts off as one, then two, then four, then seven explosions. Being hit is a 3o% chance ((roll dice 1-10. 1-7 is a miss and 8-10 is a hit)) If hit directly the victim's skin melts off and they are left with vicious burns and possible death if medical attention isn't sought. This goes on for two posts

Katon Style: Azure Wildflower: The user strings handsigns together and molds the chakra and fire into two firey stars. The firey stars spin around the user then the user catches them and throws them at the target, which they then home in towards the target. Even if they hit they fly away and return to striek again. This happens three times. If hit the opponent is caught in a spiraling vortex of fire. This doesn't burn thatr badly but being pure chakra and fire they cut like a weapon.


--S Rank Techniques--

Katon Style: Azure Rejuvination Techique: One of the forbidden techniques used by the clan. The user raises his or her hand and manipulates chakra. The fire created by this clan that is arround them spirals around them and engulfs their body. Within moments the fire vanish and the member is left completely healed. This can only be used once a week and if used again within that time period the user will die, and their body and soul is desintigrated into nothing, no chances of returning

Katon Style: Azure Meteor of Devestation: The user leaps into the air and then channels a mass amount of chakra into the air, and rotates it. Mixing it with katon the sky explodes as a massive fireball falls down upon the ground shrouded with blue fire. The single meteor if it hits creates a massive explosion with the force enough to destroy half of a village. If the meteor is struck by another technique with the same rank it explodes into a massive shower of fireballs, however with less destructive power.

Description: Inari is sort of an oddity. Her personality is like a little girl seeing the world for the first time. Every time she turns a corner, she has a question. As for the shapeshifting and preforming jutsu, she has a fondness for chakra, and with the aid of Takeo, has learned to use it, though her chakra pool is quite low compared to the normal shinobi.

Character Description
Personality: Takeo is very funny person, or that's what he would like to think. Generally, he's a very sociable, sympathetic, kind person. He's never turned down a cry for help, no matter if they be friend or foe. This is even more so when he drinks... which is most of the time. Though he never gets 'drunk', it's rare to see an absence of a gourd containing sake, or two, on his person.
Background: Takeo was found on the side of the road leading into Cloud's gates. He was passed out, ill-nurished, and obviously hadn't been in contact with another person, if not with enemies, for a while. A small merchant couple took him in, fed him, gave him shelter, and overall looked after him. So, in return, Takeo helped out around the neighborhood (Woot, spelt it right my first try... and my spelling sucks). The area he lived in wasn't the wealthiest, but it was a safe part to be in. This was where it's suggested he made it his goal to go out of his way to help people. After all, he didn't even have an actual home, and these people accepted him without even knowing who he was.

As for his life prior to being found in Cloud, not even Takeo knows. He doesn't remember, or doesn't want to. Either way, he's been searching through archives and only has a steel band with the Waterfall's insignia and 'MATSUDA' etched on it to go by. When he checked there, no one knew anyone with the last name Matsuda.

He's not another 'emo story'. No eternal rivalries (Excluding Mr.Wiggles), no dead lovers, no nothing like that. He's just an average kid with above average traits.

Background: Hachi lived with his dad in a small village in the wave country. One day while Hachi was helping out in his dads sashimi restaurant, a few bandits came in trying to steal the money they kept in the back. He and his father both tried to fight them off, and were able to kill them off with some oh his dads ninjutsu but not before they set the place on fire on fire and gave his father a mortal wound. Hachi pulled his dad from burning building onto the grass across the street. His dad didn't have enough strength to say anything but just enough to take out his steel mask and give it to him. Later on the next day, Hachi gave his father a proper burial. When that was done, he put on the mask and set off to find a ninja village, so that next time he would become strong enough to be able stop the same sort of thing from happening again.
