Dear Student,
You have been invited to attend Sellaria, the world-renowned school of magic. Here you will learn about the mystic arts and the ways they are applied. Should you choose to join our prestigious school, you will have access to the best facilities for spellweaving and other magic arts. Some of the many subjects you will learn at this school include:
- Enchanting: Giving special properties to weapons and items
- Alchemy: Brewing potions and elixirs
- Summoning: Calling forth magical pets and familiars
- Spellweaving: Casting spells such as curses, jinxes, hexes, and charms
- And more

Included is the application for our school if you wish to join. We will review your application and decide whether you are right for this school. If you are accepted, you will attend classes immediately.

If you are to stay in this school, you will follow these rules:

1. Follow the Gaia ToC (This should be automatic... right?)
2. No cybering AT ALL. If you wanna do that stuff do it in real life.
3. No godmodding. This means that you cannot take over other people's players and play them.
4. No intense blood/gore. A little action is okay, but nobody wants to hear how you pulled out his innards, skinned his eyeballs, and drank his blood from a cup. At least, most people don't. stare
5. Don't kill off other people's players unless you've had a PM conversation with me and the other person about it and I say it's okay.
6. You may use a little bit of color, but keep it to one or two at most.
7. There is no limit to the number of characters you can have, but use your better judgement. If you can't roleplay 15 different characters, then don't apply as 15 different characters.
8. Keep your powers within reason. This means no godlike abilities like MegaDeath Bomb Summoning or Planet Armageddon. If all else fails, use common sense.
Finally, have fun! That's what RP'ing is about, right? Please don't flame on the forum. If you have an argument, take it to a PM and work it out.

Our school is in a secluded area in the European highlands. It is enchanted so only those with magic can find it. If you are having trouble locating it, the school looks like this:

- Christmas holiday, Zann almost dies of cold shock
- Several students join up after the first day razz
- Zann works more on controlling his power, Hana meets Shane for the first time
- Shane and Hana have a small exchange, Shane reveals his origins
- Zann nearly burns down the library when Lucien steps in
- Luke and Zann become fast friends, Shane and Hana start to move toward a relationship of some kind
- Professor Lesera helps Alyce find her way around the school
- Professors Faliecia and Aliyah join up, Lucien is caught sleeping yet again
- Faliecia has an encounter with Luke, Alyce meets Luke and they become friends
- Alyce and Faliecia have an exchange, Zann continues to hone his ability
- Shane reveals why he's at Sellaria, He and Hana move towards a closer relationship
- Zann challenges Shane to a duel, which ends up with Shane being burned horribly by Zann's fire, though Lucien arrives right on cue and brings Shane to the Healer's Quarter, where he is healed with the help of Hana, Professor Lesera, and the Sellaria Healers
- Luke and Alex visit Zann on the fields, and offer to make him a ring that would suppress his power, which Zann accepts
- Day breaks, the morning after the "night of flames"
- Lucien mistakes a new student for an intruder, and once they move past the misunderstanding, they begin to spar

- Professor Faliecia interrupts the duel between Lucien and Adrian
- Shane and Hana take the final step towards their relationship: a kiss
- Lucien attacks Faliecia and becomes uncharacteristically savage, which is broken by Faliecia's tiger
- Lucien forgives Faliecia and accepts her gift of a glowing blue cookie, which makes him extremely tired
- Lucien sets Zann to his punishment and begins his daily stroll through the grounds with Faliecia, but meets a student that Faliecia summons guides for
- Faliecia causes a bit of mischief towards Lucien, Shane shows Hana his secret grove
- Faliecia has a personality turn and takes Lucien flying
- Lucien builds a pool within a matter of minutes and makes a ceremony out of it

Personality: She is very childish and curious. She is usualy very nice.
Bio: Lian was exiled from her tribe when they learned she could use magic. While she was living in the woods she found an old man's body and he had a pamphlet for the school. She thought that if she learned to control her powers the tribe would let her return so she applied for the school.
Powers: Can morph into a wolf...Duh. She fights using a long sword she has enchanted.

Personality: Nebiroth is quiet but gets along fine with others, if they actually talk to him that is.
Bio: Nebiroth was born with a gift over the powers of hellfire the powers of the underworld. He found this fact out at the age of 16 when in anger he blasted his friend with it, he then found that hellfire itself doesn;t burn like normal flame, it seems to burn through most things. These powers also gave him an associate in the form of an imp who never leaves his side. After travelling around the world to find someone who understands the power within him he heard of a school called Sellaria, who might be able to help him control his powers and even tell him of its origin.
Powers: Nebiroth has a demon companion linger around him always, despite its vulgar comments from time to time he can be handy. Like talking to demons and sensing the magic of others.

Race: Demon
Age: 15 years
Personality: Doesn't like to make new connections.
Bio: Zann was just a normal demon on the planet Lemito, when one day he discovered his fire magic ability by setting his school on fire. He was banished from Lemito, and when he heard of Sellaria, on the distant planet Earth, he just had to join.
Powers: Just like an ant, Zann is strong enough to lift two times his body weight.
Appearance: Wears A black with red stripes hoodie and black with red stripes jeans. Has blood red hair and blood red eyes. has wrappings on his hands and feet. also has fangs and talons.

Name: Hana Sakura
Race: humanoid
Age: 18
Personality: Usually quiet and reserved, Hana is an avid student, loves to help people. She doesn't like to be the center of attention - labeled 'shy' by some- but she is a very good friend, and a good listener. Others often come to her for advice. She does have a more flamboyant side tho, famous among those at home for being slow to catch a joke or underlying meaning.
Bio: Hana has always had a knack with animals and healing, and has been encouraged by others to explore her abilities. She is ready to take it to the next level, and has a good feeling that Sellaria can help her.
Powers: besides an innate talent for magic, animal, especially horses and cats, just naturally take to her.
Appearance: Hana is a pretty humanoid, standing at 5'6. She has a slim, but decidedly female build, and though she may look delicate she is not a stranger to heavy physical labor. Her skin is a pale, milky-blue color. Her hair is silver, worn long, hanging to the middle of her back. Her eyes are a deep violet, rare, even among her people.

Name: Melinni Jo Deluise
Race: Human
Age: 18
Personality: Melinni is very bubbly and outgoing. She is very stubborn and protective. Melinni hates mean people and the dark. She also doesn't like being alone. She loves to be herself and doesn't care what people think of her.
Bio: Melinni was born and raised in London, England. She lived a good life with two older sisters, two younger brothers, and her parents. But, everything changed when her father cheated on her mother. Melinni got so furious at him, that she made him explode. That was when she found out about her powers. She was so scared, that she accidentally made her home dissipate, and everything inside it. Including her family. She ran after that, and pretended to be an orphan. A couple weeks after she came to an orphanage, she got the letter to Sellaria. She was confused and scared, so she happily accepted.
Powers: Melinni can control molecular structures. Meaning, she can control density's of things with her mind, including herself.

Age: 40 (actually looks like he is 16)
Personality: Likes to act like a lone wolf, not much of a talker, likes to sit down and read, loves to look up at the stars
Bio: Been known as a dark magic user prodigy at a young age. This caused vampire hunters to see him as a threat early on. After a long period of time Luke got tried of running and hiding. He decided that going to a magic school was the next best thing to do, while he was on the run.
Powers: A user of Dark Magic

Name: Alexandra Harris (Ally or Alex)
Race: Witch
Age: 19
Personality: Kind,Silly Funny and a true loyal friend. She is really smart but can easily mess up a spell.
Bio: Alexandra was born from A Witch as a Mother and A Wizard as a Father but her parents put her up for adoption when she was 4. Her adopted parents were human but weren't used to her magic and hated her at first but soon learned to love her magic when she saved them. When she was 13 her and her parents were on their way to their new house when out of nowhere a car came zooming by and they were all about to die when She used a spell and saved all of their lives and that is when her parents let her go into the school of magic,The school she has always wanted to go.
Powers: Alexandra is a psychic as in she can read minds and move objects with her mind.

Other:She can fly on a broom and has a special broom from her real parents. It is black and is studded with blue gems.

Gaianame: Lord Malaroth
Name: Shane Kelreth Wolfken
Race: Demihuman
Age: Appears 19, but is actually 1,984 years old
Personality: Shane is a pretty easygoing guy. He doesn't let much bother him, and he takes life as it comes. Though, because of his demihuman nature, he is extremely bloodthirsty and loves a good fight. He is also protective of his loved ones, and he will defend them to the death.
Bio: Shane Wolfken was born in an unknown land long ago. Some wise men believe this is where the elves originated. Shane can confirm this, because he was enlisted in the war against the elves, who were enslaving and capturing those of his race. He still holds a burning hatred for the elves, and upon seeing one, will trigger a berserker rage that he has no control over. He believes this may be linked to magic, and has joined Sellaria in hopes of finding control over it. He knows nothing of his parents, being raised in foster care by his aunt and uncle. When he came of age, at 500 years old, he traveled overseas in hopes of finding Sellaria, his one last hope.
Powers: Due to his race, he can shapeshift into an animal form. There are many "species" of demihumans, just like the Human races. Shane is a Canine demihuman, and as such can shift into a wolf form or variation of said wolf form at will.

Name: Annalice Barbaneux
Race: Changeling
Age: 17
Personality: She's a rather sarcastic and loves to tease people. On the other hand, when she does befriend she's the most loyal friend you can have.
Bio: Never much for being alone or staying in one place for long, Anna is somewhat of a drifter, and for such a young age she's well versed in healing magics. She roams from school to school enlisting in any healing class she can.
Powers: Copying anyone's appearance, voice and abilities as long as she has seen them in action.

Personality: Bubbly and outgoing, sometims crazy, a little wild, but a very avid learner and an excellent friend.
Bio: At an early age, Alyce had advanced magical abilities. Her parents adn fellow Vampires banned her because of it. She just recently heard of Sellaria and decided to apply.
Powers: Not only does she have advanced vampire and magic skills, she can also control things with her mind.
Appearance: Alyce is a fairly pretty vampire, with long curly black hair, jade green eyes and pale skin. She is also rather short, standing at just 5'0".

Name: Donny Alice Turnabout (call me Don)
Race: A lovely Witch
Age: 17
Personality: Outgoing, Trouble maker, Annoying but sweet. Childish and loves to pull pranks.
Bio: Basically normal life style until a fire broke lose when Don was 12. Just then discovering her powers saved only herself as she watched the others burn, not knowing how to save them. Left to wander a Vampire came and took her in. Teaching her more of the dark arts and developing control Don then fled one night from her home after finding her friend dead on the floor..her "father" standing over them satisfied. Now with a hatred toward Vampires she stays to herself..until now. Shes decided to try and act seemingly normal and enroll in a school. Hopefully life will be peaceful now.
Powers: Elemental Control of Fire and Ice.

Age:20
Personality:Adrian was born a street rat and the 17 years of struggling to survive has him him cold, calulating, and distant. Although threw all of this he is usually seen helping others and doing selfish acts.
Bio:Adrian was born in a dark alley to a dieing mother. For most of his life he had to fight just to survive. While most kids like him grew up to be bad people, he found a different calling that consisted of many vigilante acts which got him a lot of respect from the towns people. When he got the letter of recommendation to go to Sellaria he was litterally pushed by the townfolk to do telling him that he deserved it. Slightly hesitent he agreed to go and in the next week he was on his way to the Academy.
Powers:While having unusually innate power when it comes to magic he is also a very competent swordsman which will, when he learns how to use magic, make him a very flexible individual.
Appearance:Adrian
Other:He wields two longswords(in pic) and his fighting style consists of holding the two swords in reverse grip(backwards), using them as if fighting with daggers. Adrian also doesn't know that his father was once one of the most powerful sorcerors to ever be known. This sorceror was destroyed after a long bloody war with himself and the Academy this sorceror was Adrain's father, and his name was Orion.

Name: Rae
Race: Human
Age: 16
Personality: Rae has the personality of an 8 year-old child ... She doesn't like sitting still for long periods of time, likes sweets and games, and is almost always smiling. She likes making new friends and enjoys playing pranks. She does act mature when it is needed, as in the time of death for example.
Bio: Rae was raised in an orphanage a few miles away from Sellaria. She was often teased for being weak, therefore she vowed to herself to become stronger to prove the other children wrong. Rae was too weak to wield any weapons, so she chose to learn the art of magic. When she was 13, she had come across the school of Sellaria and had promised herself to enroll when she came of age.
Powers: Although Rae doesn't have brawn or brains, she is very fast and agile as she is very small.
Appearance: Rae has shoulder-length messy layered light-brown hair with black streaks. She is petite, her height being only 5 feet. She has big chocolate brown eyes and fair skin.

Gaianame: Knikels
Name: Arianya Lumierea
Race: Half elf
Age: 18
Personality: Ari is very quiet and reserved, she usually is apprehensive about people and socializing. If provoked enough she can have a dangerous temper but this is a rarity. Having a knack for reading, Ari is always eager to learn even if her outward appearance says otherwise.
Bio: Ari is an illegitimate child of a Noble and an air elf slave, once she was born the noble then murdered her mother and took possession of her. Throughout her life Ari was treated as a servant rather than a daughter. When she was Six the noble married and and because he was abusive toward her, she found sanctuary in the books she read. She soon learned that she had the ability to control shadows and talk to spirits that were unseen to the normal eye. Try as she may to hide this ability it became apparent on her 18th birthday. Rather than deal with the child he didn't really care for anymore, He decided to ship Ari off to Sellaria.
Powers: Ari can Control the shadows using them as minions or even sometimes friends. The rarity of this ability is that she can conjure them without actually needing a shadow to begin with and they can come into the physical world rather than just on walls. She also has the ability to speak with spirits, or the dead.
Appearance: Ari is Fair skinned and slender just like her mother, she has ice blue eyes and golden hair like her father. Standing at 5'5 ari is considered petite for her elvish race but her ears give it away. She also has two scars on her back where her wings were ripped out by her father. ( The air elf race are known for these.)

Gaianame: iilolli
Name: Lottie Valentine
Race: Fire Elf
Age: 15
Personality: Lottie is an enthusiastic person, taking no time to hesitate or to fight. She is strong and loud, and very optimistic, always leading the way. She never backs down from a challenge or leave her friends behind.
But Lottie can also be really cruel, when she gets worked up, and only cares for herself.
All around, Lottie is a good person with a tender heart.
Her keen sense of humor cheers people up, but she tends to be slightly "in the clouds". Her imagination is impeccable, which usually creeps people out, but not exactly anymore.
Bio: Most people's bios start out with, ____'s parents died when they were a baby, blah blah blah. And my eyes glaze over.
Lottie's parents did not die, nor are they dying.
On the other hand, her parents are missing.
A bump in the road for Lottie, but got over it.
After she found out her parents were gone, she was sent away to Sellaria, and didn't make friends fast.
She hopes to soon become friends with everyone, though.
Lottie is fully British, and talks like a Brit, so don't mind her language sometimes.
Powers: Lottie, being a fire elf, has advantages, because her mother was a fire elf goddess, and her being gone, makes Lottie the fire elf goddess. Being a goddess, she gets special powers; she can control minds, use transfiguration, and controls fire.
Lottie doesn't take her powers for granted, though, she rarely uses them.
Appearance: Lottie (that is her hair, not ears! XD)

Gaianame: Kid Whiz
Name: Veral'De Viz Vlasti
Race: Xixiti
Age: 19
Personality: Is very honest and tends to say things other people are too scared to say. Also is very loyal to friends who he sees to be good people. His sense of justice can sometime seem a little extreme. Very loud and boisterious.
Bio: Veral'De comes from a family of high wealth his bloodline traces back to that of royal heritage. All his family is high class and consider themselves above a lot of other people. Veral'De though doesn't have that same thought and his family thought they would send him off when he was young to train as a knight. That in the end didn't work so they decided to take a different tact to make him learn some ettiquet and sent him to school instead. Unknown to his family who thought they were punishing him Veral'De was excited to get out of the castle and away from all the pressure.
Powers: Xixiti all have the special racial ability to hold items in a demensional pocket. His families bloodline have the rare "large" pocket that allow them to hold a large amount of items. At will they can materialize those items and "equip" them to use in combat. Veral'De also has the rare "Archive" magic where he is able to download and upload a multitude of information about different things. From cooking recipes to battle plans.
Appearance: Veral'De Viz Vlasti
Other: You can always tell a Xixiti apart from other races from the Gold in their Iris and the black where the white of the eyes should be. They also have slightly longer canines then normal.

Gaianame: BlackSanor
Name: Zelos Weith
Race: Half Demon/ Half Vampire
Age: 18
Personality: Freesoul and carefree. He likes what ever he wants and whenever he wants. His carefree act is still mainly just a bluff. He's really wary towards people and rarely trusts anyone, though he doesn't show it. He also values honor above all, but not the kind of honor knights acknowledge. He might lie and steal, but he would never kill or attack the innocent or defenseless.
Bio: Zelos mainly lived in the streets, fighting and doing other similar things for money. He also had several jobs. He was in another school before this, but it was kinda crappy, so he decided to try to get into Sellaria in order to put together a little better life
Powers: Has great demonic powers and the characteristic speed, strength, and reflexes of a vampire, as well as the weaknesses, though he caries an amulet that negates most of them.
Appearance: Zelos.

Teachers

Gaianame: Lord Malaroth
Name: Lucien van Elroth
Race: Half Elf
Age: 27
Personality: Lucien is a tough person, and can be a little stern, but is usually easygoing. He makes jokes, but beware if you make him the butt of your joke. You might just end up with all of your clothing mysteriously gone. He's a laid-back guy who enjoys his food (think Goku from DragonBall Z), and loves the occasional prank. Sleeps a lot.
Bio: Lucien was born in this land as a Half-Elf, or an elf-human hybrid. Due to this, the proud elves and the untrusting humans shunned him. Forced to wander the land, he has become exceptionally tough. He discovered his magical talents when he was 16. He also found out about others who have this talent, but have trouble focusing it. Taking pity on those poor folk, Lucien founded Sellaria, the School of Magic to help young mages hone their skills. Though he is the headmaster, he teaches his own class as well.
Powers: Has telepathic abilities (read minds and speak through thoughts).

Name: Shayne Donner, but has his students call him Shay for short.
Race: Human
Age: 25
Personality: Kind, thoughtful, energetic, practical and logical, stubborn at times, loyal, and caring.
Bio: At the age of 14, Shayne discovered his powers. He was always a scrawny kid, and because of that he was always picked on by the bullies. One day, when the bullies were beating him up, he lashed out at one of them and punched them in the stomach. The bully was blasted back nearly 20 feet, the others ran away screaming. After that day, he started to practice with the strange ability, and after months of trial and error, he found his trigger. Some time after that, he started to notice other strange things taking place around him, things that he couldn't explain or understand. That was when an official from Sellaria came and recruited Shayne into their group. From that point on, he learned how to control his magic and leaded about his lineage and everything else. Just the same as any other school, there were bullies there too, and they were worse because they could do much more damage. Wanting to prevent this, Shayne applied to become the Magical Combat teacher, so that he could teach kids how to defend themselves and have restraint at the same time.
Powers: Able to manipulate the energy within his body and around him into various forces: energy balls, shields, telekinesis, energy beams, energy constructs.

Name: Strum Tyran
Race: Demon
Age: 48
Personality: Harsh, demanding, calculating
Bio: Strum was born a wanderer. He never stayed in a place for too long and eventually he came upon the school. By then though he was too old to be a student but saw the school as an opportunity to settle down. He took up teaching the spell casting class.
Powers: Able to fly, and see things out of the eyes on his hands.

Age: 25
Personality: Nice, Can get grumpy but not usually, pretty care-free.
Bio: Ever since Aliyah was a teenager she has been wanting to to teach dark magic. She has traveled to many different schools but none let her in because she was to young and didn't know enough so for years she traveled and trained. After a few years she found Sellaria and handed in her application to teach and they said yes.
Powers: Aliyah can see through other peoples eyes

Name: Uriel Amaini
Race: sky folk
Age: 62 (looks to be 18 )
Personality: He is kind and caring, but if provoked enough he is likely to cause serious injuries. Likes to flirt with the younger ladies.
Bio: Uriel has been a certified weapons master sence a very young age. In fact, when he was taken on to be an apprentance to his village's chief authority in weaponry and was quickly raised to the level of best in is village. Soon afterwords his village became concerned dwith his ability to control weapons as if they were part of him and banned him in fear of a chance he may overthrow the cheiftain. He drifted and soon came upon this school where he now teaches weaponry and advance classes of the like.

Gaianame: Painters Brush
Name: Eegan Carter Lesera
Race: Black Blood
Age: Appears 25, yet is about 2030
Personality: Eegan is a very interesting teacher, she loves to teach with many visual. All though she may not be the sweetest and kindest teacher, she usually is very fun to be around. Eegan overall is a very outgoing, protective, but quiet teacher. She is very knowledgeable about her subject, and even though her position is very high in society, she prefers teaching.
Bio: To start off, a Black Blood is considered a royal from where Eegan comes from. Black Blood is a ancient race that has almost died out, it is a cross mix of a Grim and a Dark Ghost, yet there is also an unknown part of the Black Blood. As said, Eegan was born into a Royalty, in the Black Blood community the Bloods where put into different classes, and Eegan's happened to be the most important. Her father was the keeper of Order in the Black Blood race, he was the highest thing to a king that they ever had. Her childhood as a Black Blood was interesting, yet most often she was shunned from other races. Black Bloods were usually so dangerous that barely anyone wanted anything to do with them. Eegan started to show her Black Blood gifts when she was just Seven, and that was when her father gave her the family crest, which she wears around her neck to this day. It was said to keep her abilities under control, due to the fact that her 'magic' was exceptionally strong for such a young age. As Eegan got older, she became wiser, and had so much power running through her veins. She was suppose to become the next suitor for the position of her father but exiled herself from the family, because she did not want such a job. Instead, Eegan ran away to a school where she was accepted. She spent her time there, and soon decided to become a teacher. Eegan loved teaching others and has been for the past 2000 years.
Powers: Black Blood gifts are similar to Ghosts, for instance being able to disappear, haunt others, and curse others as well. Yet Eegan received something more, she is able to create any dark magic she pleases.

Race: Winged Summoner (basically a hybrid between a summoner and one of the winged races)
Age: about 258 but she looks like a kid.
Personality: shes cold sometimes, but if your her friend or a struggling tudent shes warm, encouraging, and kind. she gets really hyper and clumsy around guys she has a crush on.
Bio: She traveled around alot, neither of her parents cared about her so she left when she was ten, she explored alot of the world, perfecting her Summoning abilities.she heard of this chool and was drawn to it, to old to be a student she decided to teach others the things she has learned. She also picked up and immortal tiger on her travels, it can transform into a normal kitten or a girl. but typically its just a tiger that gaurds Faliecia... the cat also things shes some kind of queen... or something.
Powers: She can hyponatise people when she plays music, its like magic but shes not sure if it is she just thinks shes really good.

Personality: Ase is Kind and considerate. Surprising due to the fact that his last job required him to kill for a living.
Bio: Ase used to be a mercenary. His reputation was known throughout the mercenary world. He never did a contract half way or incomplete. One day he accepted a job that was almost impossible. Ase accepted it without a question. Ase ended up almost dead with half his body unusable. Ase called out for help from anyone. His answer came from a chaos god. The demon lord bound his soul to the armor he was wearing. Ase's literal body was left behind. Ase was only given one request for his life. The Chaos God told him to become a teacher and use his immortality to teach for the rest of his days. Ase was give a special blade named Deathwatch and left to go learn how to teach…..
Powers: Ase can not be killed. You can destroy the armor he is in but you can’t destroy Ase himself. The sword, Deathwatch, can open a portal to another dimension. In this dimension, thoughts and feelings bring about change in the surroundings.

Lucien was leaning back in his chair with his feet on his desk, sleeping. He was in his office, which was adjacent to his classroom, but was magically hidden so only he could get in. His office was more like a study, with personal touches such as posters, figurines, etc. His desk was cluttered with papers, quills, and empty ink bottles that he forgot to throw out. He could have easily magicked them into the trash bin, but he didn't feel like doing it anyway. He liked the cluttered look, it made him seem busy. But the fact of the matter is that he is, in fact, not so busy most of the time. He usually sleeps before class starts for the day, seeing as nobody sees him in the mornings anyway.

He awoke with a start, for no reason at all. He grumbled as he stood up and stretched, then moved his hand across a bare stretch of wall and muttered an incantation. The section of wall sunk into the floor and, after he stepped into his classroom, rose back up. "Lucien, old boy, you've done well there." he said to himself with a smirk. He strode over to his desk and sat down, but not before picking up his nameplate and polishing it a little on his sleeve. He folded his hands on the desk and waited for this morning's class of Weapons Enchantment.

Shayne looked around at the empty sparring field, all of the students had gone inside to eat lunch, thus leaving him time to enjoy himself. He created some straw dummies with a simple incantation, then readied himself. The dummy moved and acted like a person, and could use Shayne's own magic against him, thus making it a better opponent. After only ten minutes, Shayne had destroyed all the dummies and decided to head off the field. He entered the main building of the school, then deciding to stop by a friends office, took a different route instead of the one that lead to his class room. Arriving at the office, Shayne knocked on the door and poked his head inside. "Hello? Lucien? You awake?" Shayne asked, a joking tone in his voice.

Lucien, who had fallen asleep again with his head on the desk, had jumped at the sound of the man's voice and fell over. "Of course I'm awake. Why wouldn't I be?" he said as he pulled himself back up to a standing position. "Ah, Shayne. Glad to see you old friend." he said as he walked over to the man at the door. "Shouldn't you be in your classroom?" he asked jokingly. He knew, of course, that class didn't start for a few hours. Still, Lucien should be preparing for the opening of the school for this term. "Did you need anything?" he asked.

Zann walked up to Sellaria, dropped his backpack, and gasped. Even after looking at the pamphlet, the school was breath taking. A tiny spout of flames came out of his open mouth. Zann quickly closed his mouth. That's why he had came here. To learn to control his powers.

Shayne chuckled for a moment, then stood straight. "No, just anxious for the start of class. It will be an interesting year, that is for sure. Are you ready for it?" Shayne asked. He looked at the desk, and smiled, it looked like he had been hard at work recently Hahah naw that ain't it Shayne thought, but he kept his thoughts to himself. "Do we have any dangerous students again this year?" Shayne asked, he was partially in charge of keeping the dangerous students stable with their minds and especially their powers.

Lucien grinned and said, "Of course I'm ready, my friend. When haven't I been?" He laughed a second and went back to Shayne's other question. "Dangerous students? Hrmm.. let me see..." he said in a serious tone as he walked back to his desk. He picked up a sheaf of papers and flipped through them until he pulled one out. "Ah! Here he is." he said as he pulled out a file on someone called "Zann". He showed Shayne the student's file. "Apparently, he has trouble controlling his fiery powers. It says in the application that he comes here to learn that control." "Hmm.. I wonder if he's... nah, can't be. Too young..." he thought. He pushed the thought away and asked "Well, Shayne? What do you think?"

Shayne took the paper and looked it over. He has a demonic servant? This...might be fun. Shayne thought, at Lucien's question, Shayne snapped his attention to the Head Master. Shayne grinned and nodded. "He might be dangerous, but we can train him. That i know for sure." Shayne said, laughing and placing the paper back on the desk. He clapped his friend on the shoulder and Headed towards the door. "Well, I am not ready, still a few things to take care of. Take it easy mate." Shayne said, turning around and flashing a smile before heading out into the hall and down towards his class room.

"You too, good sir." Lucien said in response. "Actually, I should be in my office preparing the school for opening." he added as he ran towards his office door and slammed into the wall before opening it with his incantation. Rubbing his face, Lucien put his hand to a glowing purple orb in the back of his office. "Begin start-of-term preparations." he said solemnly to the orb, and it started pulsing. He removed his hand and went back into the classroom. He then walked through a new door that just materialized and into another room. This was a giant room, full of tables and chairs that were in a circular formation around an elevated platform with a rounded podium on it. Lucien took his place in the center of the podium and waited for the students to follow the welcome banners to the Lecture Hall.

((By the way, the office and the classroom are two separate rooms.))
((Also, the orb is supposed to put banners and welcome posters and stuff of that nature all over the castle, as well as 'conjuring' a lecture hall where the Headmaster [Lucien] will welcome the students. Just clearing that up smile ))
