Name of Jutsu: Hatake Earth Splitter

Range of Jutsu: 50 yards in length, 10 feet in height
Jutsu's Element: Earth and Hatake Chakra
Description: This jutsu combines the earth element and hatake chakra and one may only perform this jutsu if they are taught by Kazuo and have these two things. The user performs the handsigns required then focuses their hatake chakra into their arms. Then using earth element they bend over and slap their hands onto the ground both hands flat and facing outward. This causes the earth to split/crack across the surface allowing the user to then quickly blast the hatake chakra from their arms through the splits in the earth sending chakra up and at a forward angle from the user through the cracks which if sent towards an opponent would cut and burn them up when it would rise from underneath them or come towards them. The chakra can also deflect weapon projectiles if sent above the blasts.
Rp Sample Kazuo walks out into a large open and grassy field. The wind didn't blow and the sun was just coming up from the horizon. This would be a perfect chance to train his new jutsu. He makes a handsign and a lightning clone forms next to him then runs across the area about 30 yards away. Kazuo bending into a fighting stance as well as his clone. Then his clone sprints towards him and sends 3 kunai speeding towards Kazuo. Kazuo quickly makes handsigns and slaps his hands onto the ground. The earth splits like cracked glass speeding out towards his opponent which surrounded the clone since the cracks continued another 20 yards away. Suddenly a large blast of white chakra is sent forth from Kazuo's arms moving through the cracks and blasting forward at an angle sending any grass around it out of the ground. The kunai are immidiately sent flying back away from Kazuo and the blast hits the clone sending it flying back a little before it dispurses from the cuts and burns. The chakra eventually dies down and Kazuo stands up and walks off pretty confident in his training.

Jutsu's Element: Hatake Chakra
Description: The user makes handsigns and their white hatake chakra seeps out of their body and surrounds them on the ground. It then quickly forms into a dome around the user that is see through. This dome protects the user from ninjutsu elements up to jounin rank. Though twice hit it dispurses. The user may not run or walk around while in the dome, the dome is grounded once made and it drains a jounin amount of chakra for every post it is being used.
Rp Sample Kazuo in another open training ground area sees his opponent standing across from him. The opponent makes handsigns and sends two fire balls hurtling towards Kazuo. Kazuo makes handsigns and around him hatake chakra forms on the ground around him then rises around him. The dome then blocks the two fire balls. The man suddenly dies of shock and begins convulsing on the ground. Kazuo walks over to him and kicks him in the side and the man stops moving. He smiles then Kazuo walks away.

Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu
Description: This is a jutsu that Kazuo uses just to transport around his village easier so getting places around the village is much easier and faster. He simply focuses and his entire body transforms into a lightning bolt which shoots straight up into the sky. It then hits the Clouds which he then transports across since clouds are made up of water then shoots back down to the earth when he gets above his location in a lightning bolt. When going up in a lighting bolt it doesn't affect the ground he stands on it just causes wisps of electricity to spread out, though when landing in his destination electricity flashes and spreads out around him making it a flashy entrance. This jutsu can only be used in Cloud or Rain village since they are really the only two villages with Clouds. This jutsu cannot be used to escape combat if the person is attacking Kazuo. (Like lightning instantaneous, it is pretty much just a jutsu to get around and make it all flashy. lol)
Rp Sample Kazuo climbes onto the roof of his office and sits back and enjoys the clouds. He smiles glad that today was such a cloudy day since he enjoyed the clouds. He then decides he needs to get to the training grounds because he forgot he had training to do. He focuses and his entire body turns in to lightning and blasts up into the sky. The bolt reaches the clouds and travels across them until he reaches above the training grounds. Once he reaches the training grounds the bolt of lightning strikes the ground and Kazuo appears after the bolt fades quickly. Kazuo then begins training.

Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu
Description: Kazuo gives his samehada an SS-rank amount of chakra which is absorbs and contains. He then using this jutsu he creates a perfect replica of himself from the samahada. This "clone" is like any shadow clone except it has an SS-rank amount of chakra within it so it can last without performing any jutsu for 15 posts. It can only perform 2 jounin level jutsu and cannot be used in battle and the jutsu gets canceled after 2 direct hits and the samehada returns back to normal. This whole transformation deal is only for the samehada clone to run the village as if Kazuo were there while Kazuo actually goes off and does akatsuki things.
Rp Sample In his office Kazuo holds his samehada in his hand and looks down at it. He smiles an evil smile like he never has before. It was time for the real adventure to begin. He makes handsigns and the samehada goes up in smoke and before him now stood himself. This was a stronger then normal clone and it would be perfect to watch over the village while Kazuo went off and did his akatsuki things he needed to do. He smiles as the clone sits down at his desk and turns to looks at him also smiling the same way. "Perfect." He says before disappearing leaving things up to his clone and Leo. Things would start to get VERY interesting.
