Aki sat at her desk at school, staring dazily out the window.
It was raining, and She wanted so bad to jump out the window and dance in the falling drops. She sighed heavily and day dreamed of walzting in the dim rain with a figure of a man. Oh, how she wished she could have man to fill that unknown figure. But for now, she would stick to her day dreams.

Slap!
The teacher slapped his ruler on her desk, making her yelp to his attention. "Aki! Day dreaming again?! I swear.." And he mumbled something she couldn't hear, "Pay attention!" He yelled before turning back and heading to the front of the class. Aki stuck her tongue out at him as heis back was turned, and continued her transe.

She was interupted once more by her friend Jesse tapping her from the seat behind her, "Hey, Aki," He whispered, "I hear theres gonna be a new kid coming in today," He started in a low whisper, "Wonder what they'll be like." Aki nodded in agreement, not turning to face him. A new kid? I'm only lucky enough that it'll be a boy. Oh jeesh...

Thanks to Jesse, Aki's mind was now swept with thoughts of what this new kid would be like. Her thoughts crowded her breain, and in a short period of 5 minutes, she was exhausted. She sighed and rested her head on her folded arms. Not even 10 minutes later, she heard the class door creak open, and slightly heavy footsteps come into the room. Half asleep, Aki disregarded it. Or at least, she tried to, until Jesse was rapidly tapping her shoulder, "Aki! Aki look! There he is!" She heard sounds of amazement from the classroom as she slowly looked up. Her vision was hazy for a few moment before there in her vision was indeed the new kid.

Maybe it was his haunting atmosphere, or the way he towered over everyone in the classroom, but something in his sped up Aki's heartrate and drew a light blush across her cheeks as she stared, the only silent personel in the class, as everyone else was attempting to start conversations with him. "Class! Settle down! Yes, this is the new student, Mr. Kai Rieker, and I hope you will all accept him kindly into our classroom." Then he mumbled something inaudibly. Damn, he had a badd habbit of that. The class hardly settled down, and Aki continued to stare silently, as her heart felt like it was about to burst form her chest and flop onto her desk.

"Class, Kai is from Russia," The teacher started attempting to raise his voice over the student's, "So please make him feel welcome in our cozy home of Japan." And there he went mumbling something again.

As Kai took his seat, I realized that he was jsut 2 seats behind me! Right behind Jesse! Oh, gawd, this was too much. The rain continued to pad at the glass of the window, but now my focus was distracted on the mental image of Kai that was burned in my brain. I sighed heavily, and flushed it away. I promised myself I wouldn't be like everyone else, I would control myself at sight of him., ANd try to play it cool. Who knows? Maybe he'll like that about me.
For the rest of the class, as usual, I spaced. Staring out at the rain, and counting down the last 15 minutes of class. Then, an idea struck me. I would do just as Mr. Sullivan said, I'll show Kai around the city some! Or at least, walk him home. Maybe even to the ice cream parlor...*Day dreaming* Oh, yes I love Vanilla! How'd you know? *Mental smack* Aki! Get ahold of yourself. I glanced up at the clock, 10 minutes left. This was in the bag fersure.

I sighed as I heard the slut of the school, Yuiko Harashi, ask him out. Jeesh! Did she have NO decency whatsoever? I mean he's only been in the room for what, 30 minutes and now Yuiko's trapping him in her rusty claws? Damn that girl works fast! But...could I blame her? He IS gorgeous...and his aura is intoxicating...and his eyes are breath taking...and his body-WAIT! Slow down there self, you haven't even talked to him yet. Save those thoughts for later. Taking advantage of the fact Mr.Sullivan was sulking at his desk, sad about the fact he's lost ocntrol fo his own class, I pulled my cell phone out of my pocket and got it ready to enter a new contact. Oh, lord, if I ever need you, it's now. He'll either take the phone and enter his info, or throw it back in my face and laugh T^T. Am I willing ot take the risk? I stared at my phone a minute...yes. I swallowed hard and prepared myself for the worst as I turned in my seat, outstreching my phone to Kai; forcing a smile on my lips. I'm guessing it looked really awkward considering how much effort I put in it. The sorrounding girls quieted down, and some ticked off as we all waited for Kai's reaction.

My breath caught in my throat as I heard Kai's dark chuckle. If there is any way a chuckle could be sexy, he's done it. My heart just about dropped as he handed his phone out to me. OH...MY...GOSH....the life a teenage girl who can't keep a steady heartrate. Once upon a time, I entered my number and name into his phone, and handed it back to him with a newly aquired fliratious grin. The end. Cool kept right? Yea, I'm good like that. I sighed in relief as I took my phone back, and saw al 7 digits. Ah, what a good day. Then, the stupid bell rang and students filed out, leaving me to collect my knocked over books. Wait, when did that happen?

Narrator POV- Muwahahahahahahaha Chuckled Yuiko as she saw Aki collecting her things. That's only the frist step of sufferage you phone whore!

I softly giggled when Yuiko fell on her face, not catching how, but I saw her on the floor and that was humor enough for me. I shook my head and reached for my biology book when I touched someone's hand. I looked up to see Kai! And better, he was helping me pick up my books! Ahh!!! I blushed slightly but put away my overreactive thoughts and played cool. Of course I had to play because I'm just not cool at all. Oh, exibit A, my hand was still on his! >.< I blushed and quickly pulled it away, "Uh-um, thanks.." I stammered. Yea, this 'cool' plan wasn't working so well. I gathered what I could and put them in my Nightmare Before Christmas tote bag, and took what Kai collected and placed them in as well. I smiled sweetly at him. Okay, heres goes. "So, um, since you're new and everything, I could walk you home and show you the best ice cream in the world if you want. Japan is secretly the number one ice cream brewers in the world." I softly giggled at my own joke. LAME. I swung my tote over my shoulder, "How bout it?" I smiled wide. I wonder if I looked as nervous as I felt.

I grinned, I could show him around the world if he asked! My knees trembled when he large hand slid through his glossy hair, and what made me even more weak-kneed was his thick russian accent. Damn, he was...an orgasm wating to happen. "It'd be my pleasure, and I'm Aki. Nice to meet you Kai." She smiled, her blush deepening. Then she slowly walked out of the classroom at Kai'ss side and walked through the halls, happily enjoying the rude stares from the girls. "So what's it like in Russia?" She asked softly.
