In order to begin the run, the team captain or vice captain will contact Bo_Bannan a week before, or look to see which judge is most likely online at the given time using this chart. We will then randomly select a judge available to oversee the run. We will do our best to arrange for judges, if no judges are available, a different time may need to be arranged. The Judges will time the run from when the team starts, and stop when the team finishes. In addition, they will record an audio file of the run and take screenies of anyone in the null.
Point System:
Each team competes for the best time. Once they have their time, we rank it in order from least to greatest, least being the best, greatest being the worst. After you are ranked, we may deduct points from other categories.
- 1st place receives 100
2nd place receives 95
3rd place receives 90
4th place receives 85
5th place receives 80
And so on…
Things NOT to do!
Contribution:
•5 person crew of members -0 points deducted
•A substitute came -2 points deducted
•4 people in the crew -7 points deducted
•3 or less people in the crew -20 points deducted
Punctuality:
•Completed the event on time -0 points deducted
•Completed event a day late -5 points deducted
•Completed event two days late -10 points deducted
•Completed the event three days late -15 points deducted
•Completed the event four or more days late -20 points deducted
Deaths:
•Nobody awakened to the null -0 points deducted
•1 person awakened to the null -5 points deducted
• 2 people awakened to the null -10 points deducted
•3 people awakened to the null -20 points deducted
Fees:
- •The entry fee is 150k per team
•If your team wants to redo a smaller instanced event before the deadline, (to try for a better score or time), a fee of 5k will be paid. For a bigger instance like SS or hive to be redone, a fee of 10k will be paid.
All fees go to the prize pool. You are not allowed more than three redos. Understand that judges must be there for these events so please try to minimize redos and put forth your best effort on official runs. Redos due to technical difficulties on the judge's part or server changes will not be charged. No redos may be done after the teams' scores are posted.
Disqualifications:
Any crew members that participate in illegal activity will be disqualified. We will choose a permanent substitute to replace disqualified members.
A warning will be given the first time the rules are broken. 10 points will be deducted and the team must redo the run. The second time will result in disqualification.

•Surpassing the CL limit
•Rudeness to judges
•Cheating or any action that will give the team an unfair advantage
•Crew must go into an instanced area with no buffs
•Crew members may not leave the instanced area (for example by leaving the crew) during the run
•Using Sweetheart Ring or Fortune's Favor
