On this day, I hereby swear that by the end of this, my 11th grade school year, my parents will know my identity as a furry. I have realized that if I wait for them to ask about it, then I'll never tell them, so I will make it known to them myself.

I am happy to announce that my parents now know of my identity as a furry. It feels so good to get that out.
They just listened to me explain a few things about the community, and then asked me a few questions about my art and such. I now don't have to hide my identity from them.

I admire you.
Lately, I've really wanted to tell them, but I can't bring myself to do it.
Mostly because I don't think they would really listen to me anyhow.
But, occasionally when I tell them that I'm heading to a convention, it's gotten pretty hard to not spout out where I'm going.
I rather just tell them and get it over with, since I've never been that good of a liar, and lately, I've not been so convincing.

Heh. My parents have known for a long time....as my mom is a furry. helps to have a parent who is. my dad thinks we're both nuts, but what the hell..... so I never really had a issue.
