	After spending the last 5 weeks at my sister's place taking care of her after her hand surgery, and having very limited internet access, I have finally returned and I must say it is wonderful to be back

	she had surgery to relieve the joint behind her left thumb that was rubbing bone on bone- they actually took some tendon from further up her arm, pulled it down, rolled it up and stuck in where the bone they removed . She can't work but she can be on her own again, she can even drive.
