What the hell is its purpose? To satisfy the needs of those who love the iPod but always wanted to pay more for it? I guess the device itself is cool enough, but it's just way too expensive to be taken seriously.

I'm good with my 30GB Classic Zune, thank you very much.

It does an adequate enough job with the purpose I got it for...blasting heavy metal (and various other types of music) into my eardrums.

@Trenn: MOST of these new music playing devices that Apple comes out with are too expensive to be taken seriously.

Brushes has ben completely reworked. (And they're still gonna rework it, they just updated it in 3 weeks time for the conference)
I feel that bussiness-types will like it because of the 10 bucks each iWork apps.
Also, iBooks can replace Kindle! (Maybe)

It is just a big iTouch. Same OS, no pen function.

Why the ******** would you want an Apple tablet that's not really a tablet? The point of an apple tablet would be that you could have an awesome art computer, to go. ******** you, Apple. ******** you.
