Well this look like my teritory , so lets begin.
First , you want to make sure you have the basics
1. a wok or pot you can heat oil in
2. a cutting board and sharp knife * a shrap knife is a safe knife*
3 a bowl and mixing spoon also a small glass for water.
4 a table spoon
5 always make sure to wash your hands food poisoning is no joke !
You'll need these ingredents
1 block of cream or neufatel cheese
1 package of artifical crab meat of about 2 cups of real crab.
you could also possibly replace with shrimp if desired.
2 fresh green onions wash them well.
1 package of azumaya egg roll wraps
1 Bottle of canola or peanut oil.
Directions
First before you touch the food wash your hands !
perepare your cutting area and wash your onions.
then cut your crabmeat into about 1/4 inch chunks.
Next the onions cut them to roughly the same size if not finer personal preferance really.
Now unwrap the cream cheese and put in the bowl and mix it with all the ingredent you just cut. mix them untill very well combined but still chunky.
now with that done pour the oil in in the pan/wok and turn the stove on to about medium
now prepare your wraping area , it must be completly dry or the egg roll wraps will stick to what ever is wet.
lob a table spoon of the creamcheese mix into the center or each wrap.
next dab your fingers in the water glas and wipe a little water onto the egg roll wrap follow the folding instructions and makesure it is sealed well.
dip them into the hot oil untill golden brown then let some of the excess oil drip off on a plate with papper towel on it
after a minute serve with sweet and sour sauce or sweet thai chilli sauce
