Her eyes look a bit loppy. Is she looking up or down? Also, I think she needs more of a hip on her left side. It looks curved only by a little bit. As for the arms, practice makes perfect! ^^

The head's not bad, though the eyes are uneven. When you start drawing, you should make some guidelines to make sure the eyes are on the same level.
The arms and hips are both very thin. It may help you to look at real people and see how thick there arms are compared to their body, and how long. Also, women tend to have fairly wide hips.
Anyway, little problems like that can be solved with practice and work. Studying anatomy would help to make your improvement faster.
