Description: The Hamon-Tegotae jutsu is a passive one, in that it activates when the user is in or on a body of water, and does not consume chakra. The jutsu allows the user to identify a disturbance in the water, whether it be the surface or the body of water below. When a disturbance, such as a ripple, is created, the user will be able to pinpoint its exact location to the nearest centimeter, as well as the weight, and size of the object that created it. If the disturbance occurs in the water, the user will be able to identify the shape as well. The object or person that caused the disturbance must be in/on the same body of water as the user for the user to distinguish it.

Ryuuki scanned the surrounding area. He had just flooded the forest with the Water Surge Technique, which explained the approximate ten feet of water that covered it. His opponent however, decided to take the low road and hid behind on of the many trees that littered the area. Although this frustrated Ryuuki, it didn't bother him as much as it should have.
He stood still for a few seconds, trying to zero in on his opponents location. Got him. he thought to himself as he turned around. Approximately 21.45 meters further ahead, and 3.5 meters to the left. he thought to himself, as he sunk down into the water.
Ryuuki swam towards his opponent, being sure to swim as low as possible. The dirt that had mixed with the water would help conceal him as he went closer and closer to the unsuspecting foe. When he was behind the opponent, and out of his line of sight, he started to rise upward, trying to create as little noise possible.
When he was fully emerged at the surface of the water, he grabbed the opponent by the head, and snapped his neck with a fast but simple movement. The opponent instantly dropped, and started sinking into the murky water. Ryuuki grabbed the carcass and slung it over his shoulder. Mission complete. he thought to himself as he walked towards Konoha to deliver the body. The Anbu would then take it from there.

Hamon-Tegotae Jutsu (Ripple Effect Technique)
Description: The Hamon-Tegotae jutsu is a passive one, in that it activates when the user is in or on a body of water, and does not consume chakra. Description: A very strange but useful genjutsu. The user yells out a taunt at their opponent, triggering the genjutsu. When the opponent hears the taunt, they immediately get angered and agitated, despite whatever personality they have. The genjutsu causes the target to want to fight, using up a jutsu every turn. The user generates a number between 1-5, to determine what jutsu rank the opponent will use on their next turn. (1=E; 2=D; 3=C; 4=B; 5=A/S). The opponent would be forced against their will to use a jutsu of the rank generated on their turn, but they may use another jutsu of their choice on the turn as well. The forced jutsu may not be a defensive or enhancing one, since the genjutsu causes an urge to attack in the target. The genjutsu affects the target's brain pattern, making them more aggressive, and so therefore can only be nulled or kaied through medical help. An added effect of the genjutsu is that every five posts that the user misses in a row, he/she gets angered even more, and will end up adding another genjutsu that is used every turn from that point on. ]

Ryuuki had been fighting for a while now. The opponent was extremely aggravated due to the genjutsu he had cast earlier, and was charging up to Ryuuki. He performed a few handsigns, shooting out a blast of water from his mouth. Ryuuki simply dodged the technique by moving off to the side. The anger that overcame the man made him very irrational, and his attacks would often miss. Every time that the man had missed, which happened quite often, he would get more angry, and therefore more irrational. The man prepared a few more handsigns, getting ready for another attack. as soon as the handsigns were complete he pointed his finger at Ryuuki, expecting a large blast or electricity to shoot forward. Nothing happened.
"End of the line buddy." Ryuuki said smirking. The man had used up all of his chakra in the attacks, and had run out of attacking methods. "That's what you think you F****r!!!" the man yelled as he pulled out a kunai. He charged at Ryuuki, weapon in hand. Ryuuki quickly sidestepped him, tripping him as well. He grabbed the mans kunai and slit his throat in one quick movement, ending the fight.
