Mizukage Palace (Luo Vs Kai)

1. Every battle must take place in a seperate thread.
2. Each thread can only hold three people from each team.
3. Threads must contain the name of the thread it started in and where it is taking place. (this helps make sure we don't clog up main threads with excessive bad mouthed OOC)
4. Once one ninja dies the spot for him is close, no back up!
5. If you surrender you put your fate in the hands of the victor.
6. If you leave the battle pre-maturely your RPC may not enter it again.
7. When a battle moves places in that village, it maust have a Document styled post explaining where it is now, and who is still in, along with a description of the area. (Desc can be taken from the main thread it belongs to.)

These are the rules of engagement created by the crew. The battlefield is the ruins of the Mizukage Palace since it has been destroyed. The bridge that leads to land is destroyed as well.

As the shuriken flew up oout the water Ty was hit by several before he jumpped up with a kunai in his hand as he started to deflect every other shuriken.Since he had his sharingan activated he was able to see the shuriken a moment earlier then he normally would causing him to react faster.AS the shuriken stopped Ty landed back down on the water as he turned around making hand signs.Ty used his sharingan to find Luo in the water as his puppet appeared in the water as it rushed at Luo with unbeleviable speeds.Ty held his hands together to make the hand signs incase anything were to happen.Ty was bleeding all over his arms and legs along with a few gashes to his face,but nothing to serious.

Seeing the puppet in the water, Luo sighed as he formed hand seals. Just above him, the area would fill with a thick mist which distorted sound, and severely hampered sight unless you were trained to see through it. He then flew through a second set as the shark got inches from him as he performed the water transportation technique, jumping out of the water. The distance from him to the boy was about fifteen feet, just enough for him to get there in one horizontal leap. Taking out two shuriken, he threw them towards the boy's left and right to confuse him before leaping forward as he formed seals quickly. Next to him in mid-air a water clone appeared forming seals quickly before holding it's hand out. The water clone attempted the water prison jutsu to trap and drown the boy from the inside. Luo had taken into account the boy's sharingan which was why he created the mist. He took into account the boy's hearing although distorted, which is why he distracted his ears. Sliding to a halt behind the boy some five feet, he hoped his clone would accomplish its goal.

Kirigakure no Jutsu (Hidden Mist Technique)
Description: A highly effective cover technique which blankets an area in a thick mist, confusing the senses of the enemy. Unless the user is trained to fight without the use of his vision, or has learned the technique to see through the mist, this doesn't not provide a significant combat advantage. The mist swirls about, confusing vision and distorting sound. Visibility is cut down to three feet. The mist lasts for 3 posts, plus an additional post for every 10 points in Reserves the user has. It is important to note that this mist is non-natural, and obstructs the view of even those using low level techniques (stage 3 or lower) to attempt to see through it.

Suirou no Jutsu (Water Prison Technique)
Description: A move used to trap the victim inside a prison of water; it is very difficult to escape. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep one hand against the prison at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This is considered one of the strongest water trapping jutsus, simply because it has no inherent duration; the technique can be held indefinitely as long as the user keeps a hand in place, and the prison cannot be escaped or broken from the inside.

Mizutamari Yusuo no Jutsu (Water Puddle Transportation)
Requirements: Mizutamari no Jutsu
Description: The normal Mizutamari Technique must be learned before you can use this technique, since it requires Mizutamari to be used in conjunction with it. If a user uses the Mizutamari while standing on top of a lake or river or any other water source, he/she can materialize himself/herself back anywhere he/she wants within the area of the water source (maximum range, 1/2 a mile.) That way the user can surprise the enemy from behind or even from below.

As Ty caught hold of the mans chakra as he heard the kunai he dove to the right as his arm was cut slightly from the kunai.As he dove Ty watched the man slide to a stop so he quickly adjusted his body as Rain,Sir and Rain Storm appeared around Ty.At the same time Tysumi flew out the water and attempted to grip the mans arm.Rain Stom quickly removed the unbrella from his back and threw it into the air as 50 senbon needles rained down around Ty and his puppets.Rain lifted his right arm as Ty made some hand signs.A seal appeared on the puppets palm and a thousand puppet arms shot out at the real Luo and the clone.

Luo grinned as he muttered, "Hmph." Jumping back a few feet, Luo removed the umbrella on his back and opened it holding it hover his head and holding the release latch to prevent his own senbon from shooting out. As the senbon clanged on the frame of his metal umbrella, he watched as multiple hands rushed towards him. Once the rain of senbon ended and his clone burst into water after being hit, Luo jumped into the air towards the boy as the hands rushed at him. Luo flipped through the air dodging some of the hands, and blocking the rest with the metallic shade of his umbrella. His muscle reaction was a full 2.5 seconds faster than any taijutsu specialist of even his own rank, as well as the eyes of the Ranmaru clan aiding his prediction in the movement of the fists. As he finally neared the boy, Luo threw his umbrella upwards releasing the latch as 100 senbon flew out above the both of them. He simultaneously yanked the wire attached to the handle of the umbrella as a katana unsheathed. Holding it, Luo punched through the first puppet as it splintered and shattered, using the cover of the wood to stab at the boy's rib-cage. He would take minor damage from his own senbon, but that was irrelavent as his training in the rain weapon style made the pain barely noticeable. He had the boy covered from above and hopefully below.

Fifth stage of Hidden Mist Stance Style

Ty watched as Rain shattered. As the man approached Ty side stepped and jumpped back, but he pulled the broken puppet body of Rain above him self to block the senbons, as Sir quickly spun and threw a kick at the mans face.At the same time Rain Stom stepped back as a giant flame shot from his hand straight at the man.Since Sir was standing at Tys side his kick would be pretty hard to dodge. Rain Stom was standing 1 foot away from Ty at the start so now that he stepped back the flame would most likling burn the man from a foot away.

((So this basically says i moved out the way as Sir threw a kick at your face from a foot or two away and at the same time Rain Storm started to shot flames in an instant so iits kinda hard to dodge.Also i will let you get away with breaking Rain but he was coated in metal and i dont like that you broke my puppet))

((I would let it slide and get burned if I didn't have an added delay of 2.5 seconds between your attacks and my reflexes, the ability to predict movement half as well as the sharingan, and Ranmaru's bloodline which further's my ability to predict movement. Oh, and didn't realize it was coated in metal.))

Luo's movement was fluid as he watched the two attacks. Grabbing the leg by the ankle the moment before it connected with his face, he pulled the puppet in front of him as it's thigh was charred by the flames. At that moment was when Luo jumped back a foot to avoid the rest of the fire, spinning his katana above his head to block the senbon which rained on him. As his umbrella landed, Luo grabbed it, placing it on his back. He then shot towards the boy, using the Flash Forward technique to cause his body to flicker for a moment before he appeared in front of the puppet which launched the flame attack at him. He sliced diagonally through the entire puppet's body using the cutting technique's of the mist sword style, allowing him to even slice through steel with his level of swordsmanship. As the slice went through, Luo followed up in the same motion by rotating his body into a side-kick, kicking through the puppet's head and hopefully into Ty's.


Flash Foward:
This is the basic attack move for the fighting style by focusing chakra to the users feet they may charge foward with more speed and confuse an enemy with the burst of speed.

Ty quickly was replaced with a log at the moment Luo slashed Rain Storm and Sir vanished with Ty.Rain Storm was filled with thousands of exploding tags.Since the bombs went off as it was slashed and that Luo went for a punch after the slice he would be blow to pieces.After the explosion Ty made 2 sets of hand signs.He was surrounded by fire and then it moved to his arms.Also chakra started to form in Tys hands.He stood there and waited with his sharingan focused on all chakra in the area.

((Umm i would say that you are either blow to pieces or badly burned to where it hurts o move.Since the bombs went off the moment you sliced and then you followed up with a punch your reaction time is used up and you should be hit and hurt badly))

((Unless the fire proof stuff is in your profile...which by the way it isn't, then no, your puppet does not have fire proof clothing. so it's charred and done for. Also, your puppets would need to be listed with their capabilities. You just can't add explosive tags. Also, because the tags weren't active they were just sitting in his chest, no, they didn't go off. So you either need to show me a link to a list of your puppets and what they have and can do, or that post needs to be severely edited. And don't edit your profile because the mods can tell when you do that.))
