Physical appearance: About 5'10.5", his hair is always messy, and changes from black in spring/summer to white in autumn/winter. He usually wears a long white Duster coat with black pants. He rarely wears an actual shirt, so when he dresses formal, he buttons the coat up. There is a long scar cut diagonally down his chest, and he wears a mask over his face, hiding his facial features. Under the mask, his face is scarred from multitudes of battles, and his eyes are a deep grey that seem to peirce all the way you your soul. He also wears a cowboy-styled hat, and has pointed ears.
Personality: He is calm in most situations, and is somewhat skeptical about suspicious activity. He is kind unless given reason otherwise. He shows mercy in battle, unless you hurt his wife.
Occupation: Leader of an organization called the Outcasts, which is made up of his his friends who are powerful elementals.
Biography: Kasark is an Elemental who travelled for a long time, and studied different styles of combat, from ancient greek to modern day martial arts. However, he prefers to use Japanese style. He continued to travel until he wound up America. There, he met his wife, and most of his friends. With them, he brought up the Outcasts, which eventually grew. With the help of his closest friends, he's kept it going. His birthplace of origin is a mystery, however.

Description: A long sleek blade that crackles with electrical energy, when drawn, it glows as it releases it's stored energy surrounding it. If it gets near someone, the electrical energy can make your hair stand on end. It is breakable, however very difficult to do so.

Description of ability: His self-regeneration is involuntary and excruciatingly painful. If a limb or part of him is cut off, it will dissolve into water vapor and gathers at the would, first forming his bone, them nerves, then muscle and finally skin. During regeneration, he is immobilized from its torturous pain, meaning he is a sitting duck for any attack. It is a usefull ability, but it is a major flaw. His regeneration is also at a mild pace. If he ends up regenerating repeadedly, it gets slower and slower.

Description of element: As Kas lunges at his opponent, he spins rapidly, generating electicity, storing it until close enough before releasing it in a high voltage lightning strick. It has a 10% chance of paralysis.
Combination attacks: Kasark will sheath his sword(if drawn) and strike at his opponent with quick japs, releasing palm-sized electrical impulses into his enemy on contact, the amount of contact, if successful, will range from 2 - 24 hits, after the 25th jab, we spins, drawing the katana and slash at his opponent at high speed.
