If it's anything like 12, which it seems to be, I'd say you should just pick up tactics A2.
I just finally picked up 12. 10 bucks.
Pretty good, too.
Voice acting is a little underwhelming. What the hell is Balthier supposed to sound like?

Aleady have Tactics Advance 2. Thing is, I've been saving up for it for a while, yet I just didn't make any money. Been halfway there for months.
