I AM.
Italian cuisine's always been my favourite. All of my favourite foods have been pastas (spaghetti, lasagna, ravioli, tortellini, etc.) and I work at a pizza place. biggrin

The Italians' use of herbs and spices is just flawless! <3

tho i've hurd that pizza was infact American brought about by low previsions during some war.. and that spaghetti (the noodle) was Chinese origanly but thx to the silk roads became popular among the nations. not sure if these are true facts or not; its just what i've hurd about the food =/

Ever try Italian Pizza covered with traditional,Italian ingredients? They are hard to find and re-create for practical cooking unless you know where to look.

Yes...... Love the traditional Italian stuff...so tasty and filling. I know what you mean about the difficulty thing; my mom tried it once, didn't work out. I have a italian pizza place near my house, so I eat it alot...never gets old.

That is sooooo nice!! The nearest Italian Pizzeria is in Central/Downtown Chicago
