This is the area where I'll post all accepted Shinigami Profiles of the 9th Division of the Gotei 13. I, being the Captain of the 9th Division. Captain Veltryn.

Zanpakuto Info.: Vantestsu is a very old and uncommon Zanpakuto. It will only be weilded by a ture warrior because of it’s bloodlust. It was a perfect sword for the new Kenpachi, but accepted King as it’s wielder. Vantestsu has the ability to manipulate it's opponents shadows, making it a very dangerous Zanpakuto. King has never used his Bankai in battle yet, so few have actually seen Ki-Tau-Vantestsu.

Bankai Appearance: The Black Sword in my Shinigami Form


Bankai Ability/ Attacks:
Capture: Ki-Tau-Vantestsu sends it's opponents shadow up from beneath them and envelops them. They begin to get crushed by their own spiritual pressure if they cannot escape.

Scream: Ki-Tau-Vantestsu sends a burst of black spirit pressure from it's opponents shadow.

Dream: Ki-Tau-Vantestsu creates an alternate dimension in which the two opponents will battle.

Abilities: King is a master of Flash Step. Skilled in Kido arts.


Extra Skills: Shadow Sweep- A combination of kickboxing and ju-jetsu King made himself. He combines his hand to hand combat with his spirit pressure to be able to harm his opponent by fighting their shadow. This fighting style was created to compliment his Vantestsu, by being able to use similar abilities without having to release his Zanpakuto. To his knowledge, King is the only one to be able to use such a fighting style.



Personality: King is very calm, and very loyal. He never questions those ranked higher than him, at least not out loud. He spends his time contemplating his existence and his reason for being a soul reaper. He is very gentle outside of battle, but when he is fighting, as long as he can stand he will continue to fight until he has defeated his opponent. Thus his nickname the Young Slayer.



Hobbies/ and likes: King enjoys cloud gazing when he can, and enjoys to spar with other members of his Division. He finds it a bonding experience when two Shinigami meet in combat, and both leave.


Personal Skills and Abilites: King is a well skilled Boxer and Kick-boxer from his time alive in the world of the living. He learned the styles from people he would work with in the coal mines. Since many different races worked in the mines, he had many opportunities to practice. They would hold fighting tournaments every weekend. King only won once.


Favorite Drink/Food: Kings favorite drink is plain orange juice, preferably fresh squeezed. He has always been a fan of Italian cuisine, and loves pasta. Wether it be spaghetti or lasagna he will eat it with great enthusiasm.


Hates: Cowards, and those who abandon their responsibilities. He finds them to be weak in character, and in need of enlightenment. Kings father taught him a saying to live by, "The weak run, and cowards hide. The brave and the strong will take their place, and they will live. Inspiring awe in the cowards that left."



Bio History: King was the second son to a factory worker. His father worked long hours to support King and his older brother. Unfortunately, his mother died shortly after giving birth to him. His youth was spent doing small jobs around his home. Cutting firewood, pulling rocks from farm ground, and favors for the neighbors. As he grew older his brother taught him to read and write, but King just wanted to help support his loved ones. King worked many jobs, such as laying down railroads, and mining. His father died of heart problems shortly after King turned 16. He lived happily with his brother, who went to school was working as a doctor. He spent almost no time courting any girls, except for one. He took a specific young girl out by the name of Emily almost every night. He deeply loved her and worked in a coal mine to save for a ring to purpose with. Unknown to him though she was promised to marry another man. This broke Kings heart, and drove him to work long hours like his father did when he was a child. He learned many things in the mines, and soon stopped living with his brother. He met his death prematurely in a mine collapse.

After he died and came to the Soul Society King lived alone in the Rukon district for a few years, scavenging and learning how to use his spirit energy. He learned minimal control, enough to cover his body with his spiritual pressure, and this he learned by accident. He had stolen from a fruit vendor and was being chased. The man started to insult him so he became angry, focusing his spiritual pressure around his body. He used this ability to help fight, and became his main battle technique. One day though, he accidentally stole from a student of the Shinigami Academy. The student challenged King to a hand to hand battle after seeing that King was unarmed. He accepted and beat the Shinigami after a long battle, and after receiving many scars along his torso. He enrolled in the Shinigami Academy soon after besting the Student, feeling that he could be a better Shinigami than the weakling ever could. He made a few close friends at the Academy, but spent most of his time in the library learning how to become a captain. He spent many long hours training, striving for perfection. His training had paid off. After he graduated he was appointed Captain of Squad 9.

Zanpakuto Released Appearance:
Dokubutsu turns into a rusted like Katana as this happens. A thin dark blue aura surrounds Okami as well as it'self(Dokubutsu). (Aura is two inch's from body)

Shikai Ability/ Attacks:
Okami's touch becomes -dangerous- if he touches something such as a wall it will breakdown into spirit particles which he can use to increase the strength of his strikes, his speed, or endurance for a a few minutes (two post).But he can also use it to recover reiatsu and stamina though if done this way he will only recover half of what was lost. If he touches an opponent, any part he touches will simply go numb for a little(Two post min, four post max) but it will feel like they are being burned internally.

Bankai Appearance:
The aura surrounding Okami will grow larger. (Five inch's, from how loarge it was in shikai)



Bankai Ability/ Attacks:
The aura surrounding Okami will be able to extend almost limitlessly and extend from Okami in the form of parts of his body and even upper and lower halfs as well as in the form of his zanpakto(while he is holding it). The aura, when extending like this can be chopped off or attacked as if it were an actual body part. If Okami or the aura touches his enemy, the part touched will go numb for a little(three post) but they will feel an intense burning feeling for a few minutes(Six post).If Okami touches something such as a wall(etc)effect from shikai stands.

Multiple attackers: The aura around Okami will form poisonous -clones- of Okami. These clones can not physically harm the opponent but if contact is made to them then they will explode into a cloud of poison smoke. When used it will not take much reaitsu as it is formed by the aura but it will take some none the less. As the aura is needed to make the clones only about two can be made. But once the -clones- explode, the clouds can return back to the aura.

Massive view: The aura around Okami stretches into the sky. Okami's view then changes to that from an above look allowing Okami to see the surrounding area.

Equality poison aura dome: The aura around Okami will become as strong/weak as Okami when he executed the move. Which means that both Okami and his opponent will be on equal level, almost as starting a new round of the fight. If the opponent enters the cloud and they do not have anything that would give them a -boost- in power activated then once activated in the cloud they will gain that boost but will start from the power Okami had when they entered the cloud.

Escape: Okami actually -mixes- with the aura allowing him to not be attacked nor attack. He can escape when like this without harm being caused to him though he won't be able to fight against his opponent.

Personality:
Okami is usually a pretty cool person, he -may- talk about poisons and antidotes and speak outloud when thinking of new ones to make. He likes to stay up so he can constantly think and not lose track of what he was thinking about. When around others he dosn't -know- he may keep to himself but when with others that he has meet before and has gotten to know him he'll be -wide open-. Sometime's he may joke around but it's not an all time thing

Biography
After Death:
When Okami arrived to soul society he didn't know exactly what was going on. He remembered seeing someone in black clothing that told him he was going to a "nice place were he could live in peace" before hitting him with something and then suddenly dissapearing. When Okami started walking around he started becoming apparent that the place was opposite of what the person said it would be. He saw people get attacked, mugged, and other things that he tried to get out of his mind. He figured the first thing to do was to find a stable home so he searched for one until he found a little shack. He new he was gonna need a way to defend himself so he continued his work on making poisons and antidotes. Eventually he started expanding the shack to make more room for all the poisons and antidotes he was making. At first he was able to do this in secracy but soon people started finding out and began to make their way to the shack to try and mug/ask Okami for the things he had. Things went like this for about 65 years until one day a man came to the shack to see what people had been talking about and once he witnessed Okami's skill in poison making he told him about Sereitei and also about the -academy-. The next day Okami shipped off towards Sereitei but not before taking his poisons and destroying the shack.

During the Academy:
When Okami first entered the academt he was shocked. He saw people doing things he only saw in Manga and Anime. People shooting fire from their hands and saying chants before doing them like they were some kind of magic spell. When he actually got to try to do some of the spell like things, he didn't do so well. But he later on got some help and was able to just barely pass. When it came to hand to hand combat though, Okami did better then even he himself thought he would, passing, while being the top person in that area of combat. Once it came down to the written parts of the exams Okami passed with flying colors, except for when it came down to a question about Kidou as that was sort of his weak area. When he finally graduated the academy he wasn't sure what to do. He hadn't really been placed in a squad and he didn't think he was allowed to just leave so he simply began working on his poisons again. Soon the captain of squad nine came up to him, impressed with his fighting skills or something about him Okami guessed, he had accepted him into his squad and this would be were his journey would start.
