What's up with guilds?

Spacing is buggy, random dots on buttons, and worst of all when I go to my own guild's editing section, the writing fields are horrendously small making it a nightmare to edit. WTF gaia?

I've noticed the random dots, but I haven't seen anything else. Maybe it's related to that server issue they had.
