Ok, you know how people say that they found a way to tap into their Wiccan powers(Ok, maybe you havent), is there even such a way?

With those psi balls, is it controlling the energy in your hands, compressing it into one and then releasing it or--how does it go?

As to Psi Balls. You control energy between your hands. Or well technically its just compressing energy anywhere into a ball. But most people compress between their hands. Using both your hands creates a sort of stress relation between the two points. Also usually people well develop the link between their hands and make a circuit before making an energy ball.
