My Poor Attempts at Art

All you have to do is see one image to see why I turned to computer graphics instead of hand drawn art:



This was an attempt to draw my fancharacter, Alexandrite, in a realistic style rather than Anime style... It, obviously, failed.

I've considered trying this again, now that I've gotten anatomy lessons from my boyfriend and have had the time to study anime disciplines. Maybe I'll put up a new piece soon.

That's my one thing I liked about the picture... I did really good eyballs. 3nodding Shaded the whites just right and everything... It's just not an anime style, which makes it look wrong to me since it's an anime character.... mebbe I just too picky of my own art? ninja
