what is the best you can give for a fairly skinney person who likes to were tight clothing but is'nt sure what persona to go for? what looks the best?

not much to say, because skinny is able to wear most things.
i would say avoid wearing something that bulges out in the thighs (if they are girl's pants), because it'll make you look shorter.
assuming you are a guy, don't wear something too tight or too baggy. if it's too tight you'll look like a stick (especially pants). maybe wear a looser "skinny" jean instead of the skin tight ones.
