Overall: Rashida wears her uniform well, keeping it clean, crisp, and tidy with only a few personal touches
of silver cuffs, anklets, earrings, a few rings, and a choker, all in an Egyptian style and inlaid with turquoise

Appearance with non shinigami form
When not in her uniform, Rashida often dresses as she did when alive as an archaeologist,
wearing a tan, collared shirt under a darker brown, pocketed vest with the shirt tucked into a pair of desert camouflage cargo pants and hiking boots on her feet.
Though this look seems very different than her usual professional clothing, she still carries herself proudly and wears the same silver and turquoise jewelery.

Yinepu [another name for Anubis] is an Egyptian god-spirit, associated with the protection of the dead for their journey to the afterlife in Egyptian mythology.
He is proud, noble, and loyal and yet loves to relax and have fun. He appreciates respect for what and who he is, but he does not take kindly to worship or grovelling.
He is kind and patient, but when his patience reaches his limit, he is no doubt a force to be reckoned with.

Goshou no Yinepu
[Yinepu (Anubis) of the Afterlife]

Bankai Appearance:
Clothing: Mummy-like wrappings cover her body to her neck with pearly-white Egyptian wraps around her waist and chest.
She wears silver and turquoise jewelry on her wrists, upper arms, ankles neck and ears with similar rings on her middle fingers.

Weapon Manifestation: Though she keeps her scythe, five towering statues of Anubis rise from the ground in a circle around the immediate battlefield.

Bankai Ability / Attacks:
On the initialization of her Bankai, all of her current wounds are healed and any lost strength restored.
While her Bankai is activated, each time she reaches the point of death, a statue of Anubis sinks back into the ground and the wounds are erased.
Once all the statues have disappeared, her Bankai deactivates and any further injuries will remain.

River of Death: Water sprays from the mouths of the Anubis statues, which she manipulates with the motions of her scythe to assault her opponent.

Mummification: Bandages around her wrists and arms unravel and wrap around her opponent, binding them in place.

Living Rot: Scythe glows slightly with turquoise light; while in this state, if a cut is made in an opponent (no matter how small)
the opponent's skin around the area takes on a black and dead look, making the blackened portion numb.
Once a limb is encompassed due to multiple wounds, it becomes paralyzed and useless.
This state can be reversed and fixed through healing.


Other Abilities:
Scavenger Hunt: With a slice of her scythe, sends a 'pack' of jackals made of water after her opponent(s).

Heightened speed, agility, and stamina with the activation of Shikai and Bankai.

Personality:
Rashida is a very proud and rule-abiding shinigami. She always thinks carefully before she speaks and gives the proper respect where it is due.
She is loyal, duty-focused, and kind, though she does drive her subordinates to the bone in training and the like in an effort to make them the best they can be.
The only time she ever loosens up is when she is alone in her quarters painting or dancing, though if she is close to someone and trusts them, she will relax around them as well.

Rashida is a fairly good cook, and is extremely skilled in reproducing and renovating ancient Egyptian art.
She loves to paint, and the walls of her room are covered in authentic-looking Egyptian paintings and hieroglyphics.
Rashida is also an accomplished dancer, with grace in every movement that carries over to her smooth and elegant fighting style.

Bio History:


Biography
In life, Rashida was an archaeologist, gathering information from the past from the bare remains left behind.
Ancient history always fascinated her, and as an only child, her parents did everything in their power to make her happy -- including funding all of her archaeology digs.
Some say her death was the result of a tomb's curse, for she somehow fell and drowned in the Nile despite the calm waters and her swimming skills.

For a while, Rashida refused to believe she was dead, since she still felt such things as hunger and thirst,
but she eventually realized the truth when she was recruited into the Shinigami Academy.
At first, she was stunned and slightly overwhelmed by everything about her, but she soon regained her composure and drive.
Rashida threw everything she had into her studies, graduating with high marks and impressing those around her with her strong and stable personality.

Once a full-fledged Shinigami, Rashida took great pride in her work, taking up her task of guiding souls to the afterlife -- Soul Society -- with vigor.
She thought of herself and the others as servants of Anubis, helping to do his work in guarding the souls of the dead from Hollows and the like.
Thus, she was in for a shock when she learned the name of her Zanpactou and fully connected to him -- Yinepu -- Anubis.
For a time after first making full contact with him, Rashida locked herself up in her room, losing her usually-stoic composure as a result of the shock.
Yinepu was slowly able to bring her out of that slump, and when he did, she emerged stronger and more determined than ever to do her duty.
This strength and determination carried her up through the ranks to where she is today -- the Captain of Squad Two.
