Gaoling

Gaoling lies a valley with steep rock hillsides surrounding it. Most of the citizens inside the town are middle class people whose families have lived in the town for many generations. On the outskirts of the town are very large, expansive estates where the wealthiest families such as the Bei Fong's live.

Xian stared into the mountains of Gaoling as he began his journey away from his family's estate. "Cya fame and fortune. Where I'm going, no amount of money will bring any good." He walked off into the distance. "Today I begin my future as a True Root." A large sword was placed across his back as he stared into the engraved eye on his ring. Both were gifts from his deceased master, Ryuko Typhoon, better known as Zero.

He began his trip, away from home, to the Great Divide.
