The Si Wong Desert is the largest desert in the world. It is known as the driest and hottest place in the world, and is almost impossible to successfully navigate. It is sparsely inhabited by Sandbender tribes.

Over the last few years Ivy has setup a small hut constructed of granite from the area she bent herself. The hut is visible along side the road leading into the dessert. She has developed a reputation to traders to be less than hospitable , though willing to trade. Most travelers have learned to give the cabin a wide berth. Ivy is currently asleep inside. There are no windows or doors to be seen on the cabin.

[It seems to be time for a...TIME SKIP!]

Zero walked through the desert. The heat fueling him with energy but his legs were tired. Not being an airbender or earthbender, he couldn't move through the desert at high agility or have strong legs, instead he could only walk until his slightly agile legs gave up. "Why was I born into the most pained benders of all?" He stared into the sun. "Well maybe it's not all that bad. Would suck to be a waterbender right now."

Zero focused his firebender on a 2x4 slab of sand, melting it into a sturdy, 3 inch thick, curved sheet of glass and rock. It somewhat resembled a snowboard Using Jet Propulsion, Zero sped across the hot, arid grains of death. "Now where's that darn library?"

Zero quickly returned the way he came. But instead of using Jet Propulsion, he sped through the desert sprinting at incredible speeds. He happened to pass by Ivy's Cabin.

Looking out across the vast sandy wasteland, Ann lost some of her nerve. It was absolutely huge, not to mention hot enough to fry anyone who wasn't careful. Looking back over her shoulder at the Kolau mountains, she decided that she couldn't turn back now.

Attempting to earthbend, she came to the startling realization that her bending was useless there. The sun beat down on her making it hard to think. She wiped the sweat off her brow, deciding to rest until night, when she could travel somewhat safely.

"Four flasks of water should be enough to survive, right?" She said to herself, nodding.Walking back to the giant rock she rode down the mountain, she placed her hands on it and pounded on it. In no time she had a tent that she could rest in. Setting her pack in first, she crawled in and laid her bedroll out. She laid down and pulled a fan out of her bag, using it in a vain attempt to cool herself off.

There is a loud crack that echos across a couple hundred yards of desert. The roof on the shack splits wide open and begans to turn to sand. Ivy stands as the sand cascades around her yawning and sqinting in the morning light. She stretchs and groans audibly. Thinking to herself who replaced the sun with a gaint ball of pain aimed at my retinas...GahShe walked to a nearby boulder and lifted the thing with a bit of simple bending. She took a water jug from under the massive rock and drank about a liter of water. She replaced the jug when she was finished and settled the rock back into its possition. in the sand. As she walked back to where her house was earlier that night, she determined that it was unavoidable. She would have to return to the city. She took a small compact mirrior out of the pouch on her side and looked at her face criticly. Sand started to swirl around her and crawl up her body molding to a skin tight layer. She discolored the sand by changing the molecular structre a bit shaping her face into a different person. This person had more tanned skin then she normaly did and was not smiling. Once she was done she hardened the sand so it would stay on her person. Checking her appearance she was sure no one would recognise her by looking at her. She gathered her effects and her spear from where her hut used to be and began to walk at a normal pace towards the larger city nearby.
