Uematsu only worked on half of X, but it didn't affect me liking the soundtrack any less.
Besides, I think XIII has one of the best in my opinion.

l Serah Farron l I agree. I liked the soundtrack to VIII just as good. but it broke the uematsu being in every final fantasy st record >.<

Well, you can't expect a game series to be completely the same with every game. After many games. Sometimes creators feel need for change or sometimes there is a contract to the limit of uses. So, just because it wasn't used, wouldn't make me like it any less either.

I still don't see it as a big difference to the whole soundtrack though. Just because he did one song doesn't automatically make me love the entire soundtrack. XD
