Erk... lost in the Whirl Islands

So I just defeated the Kimono Girls, and apparently I need to find them in the Whirl Islands before I can challenge the Elite Four. This wouldn't be a problem except for the fact that I just keep going in circles! gonk Does anyone know how to navigate the Whirl Islands effectively?

But have you tried using Serebii? or a GameFAQ walkthrough?

Serebii's maps were woefully incomplete and the page they were on didn't even say anything aside from which area the images related to.

When in doubt, use gamefaqs for walkthroughs.

I might be a little late in saying but the original g/s maps still work pretty well for most caves. so if all else fails you can try that.

If you still need help, go to the upper-right cave. After that, getting to Lugia is pretty straight forward. I was able to find him without Flash.

Soooooooooo it turns out I was getting "east" and "west" confused again. Found the right island, made it to Lugia, caught him first battle, first ball rofl
