The walls and ceiling of Mari's rooms are covered in mirrors, which can be very disorienting, for if you look in one direction, you seem to see in all directions, viewing almost everything from almost every angle. The floors are covered in lush, blood-red carpet, and all of the furniture upholstery is likewise colored and designed for comfort -- an over-sized couch and set of lounge chairs for starters in the living-room area.

If one manages to make it back to her bedroom despite the confusion caused by the mirrors, they see that it is dominated by a large, four-poster bed with vibrant red curtains and almost overflowing with pillows. Here, instead of chairs, there are large bean-bag-like pillows clustered in the corners for someone to collapse into and relax. The walls and ceiling are mirrored here as well.

With a sigh, Mari rolled over onto her back and stared up at her reflection through the open top of her four-poster bed. With a faint scowl, she blew at the longer part of her bangs, which had fallen into her face. When the blow did not do much good, she grunted and lifted her arm to flick it aside. There. Much better. Mari blinked her blood red eyes up at herself and grinned. Another day, hopefully one in which she could shed some blood. The prospect sent chills down her spine and she stretched languidly before kicking off the covers and sliding out of bed.

After taking a moment to wiggle her toes in the carpet, Mari padded to her bathroom to freshen up before getting dressed. Though she loved a good fight, she also loved to sleep. Some might call her lazy, but nap time was a natural thing to her. It was so refreshing to rest in the middle of the day, though she had to be careful not to sleep too long or she would be up all night. "What should we do today, hmm?" she asked her own reflection as she strode lightly from her bedroom to her living area. Her reflection, of course, did not answer.

Though most had trouble navigating her mirror-lined quarters, Mari knew it by heart and never bumped into a sharp corner or wall. She could walk it with her eyes closed if need be. Humming cheerily to herself, Mari twirled to her small kitchenette and started making some ramen. There was nothing like a steaming hot bowl of ramen to wake her up after a nap. As she finished stirring in the flavor, she decided what it was she wanted to do. Snatching up a pair of wooden chopsticks, Mari took the bowl and swept smoothly from the room. She would not eat it herself. Oh no. This bowl of ramen was to be a gift. Yes, indeedily.
