I know some of them do free lobbies where you can be 10th prestige for free but you have to be really lucky to get in on their game. Other then that you have to pay for it. which they charge 20 - 25 dollars to do the hack for you. The reason why they charge that is because it costs $50.00 to open up a modded lobby that is legal.
