Bro: You're right Memorial day is just for us U.S.A. people though really anyone can celebrate it. It is just a day to remember those that have fallen whether in battle or any other way really. So it can be celebrated by any or none and whenever.

Well, except I couldn't even remember what day I was born at all, even when I tried to think about it.
