And we're not talking Wily/Light here. This is an amazingly in-depth look at the inspirations that lead up to Megaman. I'm sure most of you are thinking "oh yeah astro boy aderrrr" but it goes WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY before that and it's a pretty awesome look.

That was pretty interesting.
I kinda expected more Megaman origins, though. There was a major focus on the origin of robots and I know he's a robot
But still, it's fairly obvious that robots were an influence for the ROBOT masters and Megaman.
But holy s**t, the da Vinci part was cool. Jeez, he was badass.

That is actually way cooler than I thought it was gonna be. I've always made the Astro Boy connection, but cassahern is one I wouldn't have thought about.

the connection i always made was Iron man, to be honest at the time i hadn't heard of astro boy.
