Biography: I grew up in the Norther Water Tribe.I had many friends,but my best friend,who i charished dearly,was a Girl named Kairi.We were inseperable.But when i turned 10,I was forced to go study under the Leader of th tribe,while she studied Healing with the other girls.I was horrible at Offencive water bending and was the laughing stock of the other students.I requested to learn healing instead,But the leader strongly refused,saying it went against tradition.and from that day,I was bullied non stop by the other boys.Angerly i dropped out of the classes and pleaded with Kairi to teach me how to heal with water.I was surprsingly good at it.But one day,The tribe Leader found out and we were punished severly for it.I tried to fight him,but lost in nearly an instent.Due to that insident I was seen as a trador and exhiled from the Tribe.As the years went by i practiced my water bending,and got better day by day.And even discovered a new technique to be used with it called Oil bending.As the name says it can be used to bend oil and use as a weapon against others.I normally soak them in oil then they get lite on fire by my Fire Bending Partner.I practice my fighting techniques in the hopes of one day getting revenge on the Northern Water Tribe for how I and my friend were treated.A group of Rouge Benders found him and saw his skill with Oil Bending,So he joined and was partnered up with a Fire Jutsu user.We travel around the lands working as mercenaries for hire and as undercover spies for the group.

Water Manipulation: Manipulates liquids
Snow Manipulation:manipulates Snow and ice
Healing: the user can heal injurys with waterbending
Water Jets:High pressure jets can be used to force opponents back or even blast clean through a target if focused enough
Waves: the user can make waves of any size by the movement of their hands.
Water Walls/Shield: the user can make a wall of water in front of them or around them,creating a wall of water or a shield of water.
Water Temp Manipulation: altering the physical state of water making it a liquid,gas,or a solid at their will.
Water Pressure Manipulation:manipulate water pressure, allowing their techniques to grasp other objects or cutting through without simply parting around them. Since water is incompressible, it can be used as a semi-solid while being able to move and flow like a liquid. Water can be pressurized to such a level where it can slice through metal
Ice Spikes:shoot small shards of ice at their opponent, or cause a giant spike to protrude from a body of water
Ice Spear:freezing a stream of water and then sending the frozen result flying at the target
Ice Shield: freeze an amount of water in front of them, creating a shield of ice
Water Blade: surrounds the blade with water increasing its cutting capability when cutting something
Ice Paw(s): while minupulating snow,The user can lift the snow and ice syckles making resemble a polor bears claw and strike the opponent.
Ice Fangs:The user manipulates Ice syckles,they will resemble an animal's Jaw, lifting them in the air and making them fall on the opponent while more ice syckles will rise from benieth the opponent.
Oil Bending:the ability to manipulate Oil,Only one bender has been seen to do this.
Ice Blade: while a katana is covered in water.The user can freeze it,and change its shape into anything they wish.
Water Slash: while using a Katana covered in water,The user can send a line of water at the opponent that can cut through metal.
Water Drill: high-pressure, rotating column of water. Capable of exerting a significant amount of pressure upon a solid surface, that allows the action of a drill
Water Spout: high-level technique involves controlling a whirlpool-like pillar of water as a weapon, rotating it and directing its movements at the same time
Ice Prison: Freezes water that surrounds the opponent creating a prison around them
Mass Freeze:Freezes multiple people at once,slowing them down or surrounding them with ice
Razer Ring:Creates rings of water capable of cutting
