The egg, which was born from chaos, and which hatched everything else. I've got Chinese mythology to back me up.
"The Chinese creation story comes from the end of the 3 Kingdoms period. Heaven and Earth were in a state of chaos or cosmic egg for 18,000 years. When it broke apart, the high and clear formed Heaven, the dark formed Earth, and P'an-ku ("coiled-up antiquity") stood in the middle supporting and stablilizing. P'an-ku kept growing for another 18,000 years during which time Heaven also grew. Another version of the P'an-ku (the first-born) story tells of his becoming earth, sky, stars, moon, mountains, rivers, soil, etc. Parasites feeding on his body, impregnated by wind, became human beings."

The chicken, because God created animals, not eggs. Everything was full grown at first, so it could mate and make more. >>; The egg came second, after ...you know...the mating. xD
...pleasedon'thateonmyanswer... it just comes naturally to me...I'm not Christian.

The chicken... because, logically speaking, the egg would not have been able to survive without its mother.

idk why im back in here.
but acey your answer makes me lol.
&& anyway.
after thinking for sometime..
I've come to my interpretation of this...
I think the egg came first >w>
maybe at some point in the past there was a tiny little bacteria.. cell.. thing.. that evolved over time.. and.. lived inside its self.. until something happened.. and it decided to come out of it's shell.. and..
omg!! what if chickens and turtles are related!!
but like.. turtles didnt evolve enough to where it came out of its shell completely.. but chickens did.. cause... the cell-things were separatedd.. and the chicken cells went to africa or something. and the turtle shells like stayed under water or something cool
We've just figured out blues clues.
*does the blue dance*

they are >>; Birds evolved from dinosaurs(reptiles)...so technically...birds and turtles are probably very closely related...ish.

Totally the chicken, just because they evolved. Or mutated. Idk which one quite yet.

It has to be the chicken. Wanna know why? An egg wouldn't hatch if it's mother wasn't there. >:3 Hook, Line, Sinker

Whoever or whatever created the particles of an egg or chicken first.

egg, even dinosaurs laid them. Plus the thing that evolved into a chicken had to be born from an egg didn't it
