Fifteen years have passed since the days of Mehrunes Dagon's Asension to power due to Mankar Camoran's meddling with the Imperial order. In those fifteen years, the Hero of Kvatch, or the Champion of Cyrodiil as others knew him as, has lived past this exploits and gone onto bigger and better things far away from the capital of Tamriel.

In that time, the land has returned to normal, Kvatch was rebuilt, the Imperial City has been repaired from the final battle with the Daedra and a new King was found for the land, and the Blades, now even stronger and more prepared than ever for their new king, Maximus Rockfowl.

But not all is well...Ignoring the typical thievery, murders, bandits and marauders, the wheels of a sinister evil were turning...

Molag Bal has become bored with his plain of Oblivion, and has set his sights on Tamriel for his amusement...

Is the land doomed after only fifteen years of peace..? Or will it be saved once again...?

Cyrodiil

User Image

The land of the Imperials has not changed in fifteen years. Sure, small settlements and Imperial Legion outposts have sprouted up for expansion and heightened security, but all are along the roads near town, making their identification irrelevant.

The People.

The people of Cyrodiil are as unique as they are numerous.

Imperials: Known as Cyrodils, or Cyro-Nordics, before the time of Talos, the well-educated and well-spoken Imperials are the natives of the civilized, cosmopolitan province of Cyrodiil. Imperials are also known for the discipline and training of their citizen armies. Though physically less imposing than the other races, the Imperials have proved to be shrewd diplomats and traders, and these traits, along with their remarkable skill and training as light infantry, have enabled them to subdue all the other nations and races, and to have erected the monument to peace and prosperity that comprises the Glorious Empire. Their hegemony has waxed and waned throughout the eras, and most historians refer to three distinct Empires. The repeated rise and fall of Cyrodiil has never failed to reorder the continent, and each Empire has marked a new epoch in Tamrielic history.
Common Cyrodilic names, certain aspects of Nibenean architecture and Colovian martial tradition (military organization and equipment) should seem familiar, as they are inspired by the real world Roman Empire. In Tamriel, many of these parallels are in fact the result of Akaviri influence, dating back to the First Era cooperation between Reman I and the defeated invaders.

Bretons: Bretons are the human descendants of the Aldmeri-Nedic Manmer of the Merethic Era and are now the inhabitants of the province of High Rock. They are united in culture and language even though they are divided politically, for High Rock is a factious region. Bretons make up the peasantry, soldiery, and magical elite of the feudal kingdoms that compete for power. Many are capable mages with innate resistance to magicka. They are known for a proficiency in abstract thinking and flamboyant customs.
The Bretons' origin can be traced to the First Era of Tamriel's history, when the Aldmer intermingled extensively with Nedic peoples. This occurred both through war and long periods of coexistence in a multiracial society. While the Aldmer maintained control of Tamriel, the Manmer lived as lower-class citizens, supporting their meric brethren. After the Aldmer lost their foothold, the remaining Manmer interbred with the controlling human races. The Bretons of modern-day Tamriel have a much-diluted meric ancestry, seen in their higher magical affinity.
Breton culture operates under the Feudal System, and their society is agrarian and hierarchical. Monarchs rule over castles and villages of half-timber houses. The cities are sprawling trade hubs.

Dunmers: Dunmer, also known as Dark Elves, or Moriche in the Ayleid Language, are the dark-skinned Elven peoples of the Eastern Empire. "Dark" is variously understood to mean "dark-skinned," "gloomy," and "ill-favored by fate." The Dunmer and their national character embrace these various connotations with enthusiasm. In the Empire, "Dark Elves" is the common usage, but in their Morrowind homeland, and among their Aldmeri brethren, they call themselves the "Dunmer". The dark-skinned, red-eyed Dunmer combine powerful intellect with strong and agile physiques, producing superior warriors and sorcerers. On the battlefield, Dunmer are noted for their skilled and balanced integration of the sword, the bow and destruction magic. In character, they are grim, aloof, and reserved, distrusting and disdainful of other races.
Dunmer distrust and are treated distrustfully by other races. They are often proud, ruthless, and cruel, and young female Dark Elves are well known for their promiscuity. Despite their powerful skills and strengths, the Dunmer's vengeful nature, age-old conflicts, betrayals, and ill reputation prevent them from gaining more influence. Dunmer born outside of Morrowind, or who grew up in the Imperial tradition are however usually much friendlier than their native-born counterparts.

Bosmers: The Bosmer are the various barbarian Elven clan-folk of Valenwood, a forested province in southwestern Tamriel. In the Empire, they are often collectively referred to as Wood Elves, but "Bosmer", or "the Tree-Sap People", is what they call themselves. "Tree-Sap" suggests the wild vitality and youthful energy of Wood Elves, in contrast with their more dour cousins, the Altmer and Dunmer. Bosmer reject the stiff, formal traditions of Aldmeri high culture, preferring a romantic, simple existence in harmony with the land, its wild beauty and wild creatures. These country cousins of the High Elves and Dark Elves are nimble and quick in body and wit, and because of their curious natures and natural agility, Bosmer are especially suitable as scouts, and thieves. But most of all, the Bosmer are known for their skills with bows; there are no finer archers in all of Tamriel. Their ability to command simple-minded creatures is also well known. As part of their Green Pact, they are religiously carnivorous and cannibalistic, but do not destroy trees or plant life, though they are not averse to using wooden or plant-derived products created by others.
The elves of Valenwood have always been involved in political arguments between the other races of Tamriel, but have never waged war with other nations, only defended their lands countless times, from the Khajiits of Elsweyr and the High Elves of the Summerset Isle. One of these skirmishes with the Khajiits formed the basis of the book Mixed Unit Tactics.
They have never been truly allied with other nations. Mistrust has been engendered by the ritual cannibalism that they practice in accord with their Green Pact. The specifics of other Bosmeri beliefs and traditions makes them uncomfortable with the "dour" city life lived by other races. In addition, the many invasions of Valenwood have probably not helped, nor the depredations of the Camoran Usurper in the Colovian Highlands and other provinces.

Altmers: In the Imperial tongue, the haughty, tall, golden-skinned peoples of Summerset Isle are called High Elves, the Ayleid referred to them as Salache, but they call themselves Altmer, or the "Cultured People." In the Empire, "High" is often understood to mean "proud" or "snobbish," and as the Altmer generally personify these characteristics, the "lesser races" harbor little warmth for them. Altmer confidently consider themselves, with some justice, as the most civilized culture of Tamriel; the common tongue of the Empire, Tamrielic, is based on Altmer speech and writing, and most of the Empire's arts, crafts, and sciences are derived from Altmer traditions. However, the Altmer's smug self-assurance of superiority can be hard to bear. Deft, intelligent, and strong-willed, Altmer are the most strongly gifted in the arcane arts of all the races, and Altmer boast that their sublime physical natures make them far more resistant to disease than the "lesser races." However, they are also somewhat vulnerable to fire, frost, and shock.
The High Elves are among the longest living and most intelligent races of Tamriel. Because of this they often become powerful magic users having centuries in which to practice their art. Due to their incredibly strong minds, some Altmer are naturally immune to paralysis, both natural and magical.
The first edition of 'A Pocket Guide to the Empire and its environs' (aka PGE), published in 2E 864, contains a passage from an earlier date (1E 2820) suggesting that the Altmer practice eugenic infanticide, putting to death nine in ten of their newborns for being of impure bloodline. It also suggests that Altmeri names are simply combinations of numbers in their own language, and that their culture revolves almost entirely around displaying social status. How reliable and unbiased this account is is a matter of some doubt, as the document itself is written from a highly pro-Imperial - and thus anti Altmeri Dominium - point of view, and contains numerous objections written in the margins by an anonymous elf.
The third edition of the PGE, published much later in 3E 432, contains no mention of any of these practices - whether this is because they don't exist any more, or never existed, or do exist but simply go unmentioned, is not known.

Nords: The Nords are a race of tall and fair-haired humans from Skyrim who are known for their incredible resistance to cold and even magical frost. They are enthusiastic warriors, and act as soldiers and mercenaries all over Tamriel. Eager to augment their martial skills beyond the traditional methods of Skyrim, they excel in all manner of warfare. They thrive in the cold, reminiscent of their native Atmora, and are known as a militant people by their neighbors. Nords are also natural seamen, and have benefited from nautical trade since their first migrations across the sea from Atmora. They captain and crew the merchant fleets of many regions, and may be found all along Tamriel's coasts.

Orcs: Orcs, also called Orsimer, "Corrupt Elves," or "Pariah Folk" in ancient times, are sophisticated barbarian beast peoples of the Wrothgarian Mountains, Dragontail Mountains, and Orsinium, also known as the "City of the Pariah." They are noted for their unshakable courage in war and their unflinching endurance of hardships. In the past, Orcs have been widely feared and hated by the other nations and races of Tamriel, but they have slowly won acceptance in the Empire, in particular for their distinguished service in the Emperor's Legions. Orc armorers are prized for their craftsmanship, and Orc warriors in heavy armor are among the finest front-line troops in the Empire, and are fearsome when using their berserker rage. Most Imperial citizens regard the Orc society as rough and cruel, but there is much to admire in their fierce tribal loyalties and generous equality of rank and respect among the sexes.
The Hero of Daggerfall reported Gortwog gro-Nagorm united his people by establishing an autonomous enclave, and forced the Emperor Uriel Septim VII to recognize Orsinium as an equal of the other lesser kingdoms (such as Daggerfall or Sentinel).
Their religion centers around the worship of the Daedric Prince who governs outcasts, Malacath. The Orcs were supposedly created when the Daedric Prince Boethiah destroyed the Aldmeri God Trinimac, transforming him into Malacath and his faithful, the Orsimer, into Orcs. The stories recount that Boethiah "ate" Trinimac.

Redguards: The most naturally talented warriors in Tamriel, the dark-skinned, wiry-haired Redguards of Hammerfell seem born to battle, though their pride and fierce independence of spirit makes them more suitable as scouts or skirmishers, or as free-ranging heroes and adventurers, than as rank-and-file soldiers. In addition to their cultural affinities for many weapon and armor styles, Redguards are also physically blessed with hardy constitutions, resistance to poison, and quickness of foot. Redguards do not share the same blood as the other human races, and they have no connection with the ancestral human homeland of Atmora.

Argonians: Argonians are the reptilian denizens of Black Marsh. Little is known and less is understood about them. Years of defending their borders have made the Argonians experts in guerrilla warfare, and their natural abilities make them equally at home in water and on land. They are well-suited for the treacherous swamps of their homeland, and have developed natural immunities to the diseases and poisons that have doomed many would-be explorers into the region. Their seemingly expressionless faces belie a calm intelligence, and many Argonians are well-versed in the magical arts. Others rely on stealth or steel to survive, and their natural agility makes them adept at either. They are, in general, a reserved people, slow to trust and hard to know. Yet they are fiercely loyal, and will fight to the death for those they have named as friends.
While Argonians appear reptilian in nature at first glance, they also exhibit fish- and amphibian-like qualities, such as being able to breathe underwater, having small gills behind their ears, and swim using the same body mechanism as that of a tadpole or eel, waving its tail side-to-side to propel itself through the water. Unfortunately for the Argonians, the very traits that enabled them to survive so well in the swamps of their homelands also made them ideal slaves for hard labour in regions of Morrowind that would prove uninhabitable to the other races. They are commonly enslaved along with the Khajiit in Morrowind. Though slavery is illegal in the rest of the Empire, the Dunmer of Morrowind were allowed to own slaves for quite some time. This was due to the conditions of the treaty under which Morrowind joined the Empire, which allowed the Dunmer to follow their ancient traditions concerning the ownership of slaves. King Helseth has recently abolished slavery from Morrowind due to political and moral reasons.

Khajiits: The Khajiit are a race of feline creatures hailing from the province of Elsweyr, well-known for their keen Intelligence and Agility. While these traits make them superb thieves, Khajiit are also fearsome warriors, although seldom gifted with the skill to harness magical forces. This is not to say that Khajiit do not possess the ability, merely that strenuous training must be undertaken to make wielding magic a serious option, either in passive or aggressive actions.
Physiologically, Khajiit differ greatly from both the varied races of man and mer, not only in their skeletal structure (possessing a tail and digitigrade -toe walking- stance) and dermal makeup (the "fur" that covers their bodies) but in their digestion and metabolism as well. The Khajiit, along with the Argonians, make up the so called 'beast races' of the Empire, due to their therianthropic qualities.
It is currently unclear whether a successful union between Khajiit and other races may occur, for, while reports of children born of such unions have been noted in the past, no well-documented cases exist.

Tamriellic Religion

The lands are constantly divided on one subject: Idols of worship.
The first group of their polytheistic views are the Nine. The second, the Daedric Princes.

The Nine: The nine great faiths and gods of Tamriel. They are the Aedra Akatosh, Dibella, Zenithar, Mara, Stendarr, Kynareth, Julianos, and the once mortal gods Talos and Arkay. The Eight Divines preceded the Nine Divines, and includes the same gods except for Talos.

Daedric Princes: Daedric Princes (sometimes referred to as Daedra Lords) are the most powerful of the Daedra, and thus most commonly worshipped as gods. Each has a particular sphere, which it is said to govern. Although Daedric Princes may assume the form of a female, they have no inherent gender, and are all referred to as Princes. In all, there are 16 known Princes, including one which assumes the role of two. According to Mankar Camoran, Lorkhan is also a Daedric Prince, although this has never been confirmed.
Daedric Princes find entertainment and humor in interfering with the affairs of mortals, but do not know the mortal sense of "good" and "evil". Daedra usually have extremist tendencies, which is why Men and Mer fear them greatly. However, several princes do seem to take genuine pleasure in tremendous acts of devastation, in particular Boethiah, Molag Bal, Vaermina, Mehrunes Dagon and Peryite.

Characters

Username: Zahzi.
Name: Ramsus Barker (Last name inherited by the Imperial mother as Nords usually go without last names.)
Race: Nordic-Imperial Offspring. As tall as the Nordic people, yet with the speaking accent of an Imperial.
Appearance: Ramsus
Equipment: Normal clothing acceptable in almost any social status. The only things of interest he wears are two rings and an amulet, which their purposes are unknown.
History: While known as a social Darwin to many who know him...Of course, those who know him are rare to come by unless you count the hundreds of guards who have attempted to kill him and the thousands of women he's deflowered over the years...
He has a streak of perversion and drunkenness that makes a fissure look like a cut in the sand....
Unfortunately, that is ALL that can be said about Ramsus, as no one knows anything else...
Extra: While not master of magical powers, he seems to be a genius of Illusion and Restoration, oddly enough.
Quote: "You're acting like things trying to take over or destroy the world are all new....Ehh...I need a drink anyway...Cheers to...Whatever..."
Theme: The Good Life

Username: Randomly Gone Insane
Name: Unessa Aslan and Xenil Samot
Race: Wood Elf and Dark Elf
Appearance: Unessa and Xenil
Equipment: Unique and traditional clothing in the older cultures of elves; Xenil always wears an amulet passed along his family for generations, nicknamed The Dragon's Heart as the gem of the amulet sits over the wearer's heart, and holds a magical attribute to not only enhance it's wearer's abilities but to ward off anyone who does not share the same blood of the Samot family if they try to touch the necklace when it's off the body of a Samot. At his side, he wields a silver long sword. Plain and simple. And while Unessa does not possess something like The Dragon's Heart, she does carry a bow (also passed down throughout her family) known as The Dragon's Inferno, because not only do arrows magically lite up in a blaze once they are released from the bow, but the arrows also engulf the target in a hot and very painful flame for only a few seconds. For close encounters though, she carries a small but poisonous dagger at her hilt.
History: Unessa and Xenil are childhood friends, both coming from wealthy, old, and traditional families. Of the two though, Unessa's family was always the richest (their wealth was within horse training and breeding, a practice that has gone on since the beginning of the family) and it was not uncommon for Samots to work for Aslans. So it was nothing unusual for Xenil to be a stable boy, and Unessa to be his boss' daughter who befriended him as she was looking from an escape from her parents which she did not secretly despise, for reasons she did not like to discuss.
In one night though, the Aslans wealth increased, and all with one simple horse. Years of labor and breeding had finally gotten Unessa's parents the one thing her family dreamed of for years - a Black Arabian. Two years later, the young colt grew into a stallion, power and money only increasing more under the Aslan name. But happy times would not forever as blood was spilled. Unessa's parents were murdered, in the most bloody fashion. With no way to tell who was behind the crime, many eyes turned upon Unessa due to her known hatred. Unessa was left with little choice. Be trialed, and die. Or flee. Unessa chose to stay, to attempt to prove her innocence, but Xenil would not allow it. He convinced her the only way she'd live to see another day was to flee, because it was. And so in the middle of the night, the two grabbed their equipment, as much supplies as they could carry, and two horses (Unessa grabbed the Arabian for her parent's sake, not wanting thieves to make off with their hard work).
Since then, they have traveled far from their homelands, far from the counties, and now travel the wildness, looking for...anything.
Extra: It is known Unessa and Xenil hold a close relationship. While it is nothing romantic, it is a deep friendship. A friendship that goes deeper than some romances in some aspects. Hurting one almost literally hurts the other.
The two also seem to have a personality balance amongst each other, and are incredibly unbalanced alone. Xenil will never turn down a party or good time, but is known to quickly shape up and become serious and upstanding when the time calls. Unessa is often described as uptight when it comes to having fun, yet is somewhat known as a pick pocket and to be dishonest with authority.
Quote: "Greed is what makes the world go. Without it, everything comes to a stand still. It's disgusting." "All work and no play will drive a man mad. All play and no work makes him fat, and die early. And while it's nice to be fat, you gotta get up off your a** some time..."
Theme: Unessa: Ain't No Rest For the Wicked - Cage the Elephant

Username: Randomly Gone Insane
Name: Mayyadah (No last name given)
Race: Argonian
Appearance: Mayyadah (skin color actually black)
Equipment: Bow and Arrows; Clothing shown in picture, but colored black
History: Very little is known of Mayyadah. No direct records exist of her anywhere, in any province. Very few people know her, making her even more mysterious.
Extra: There are rumors throughout the land, stories and cases of grand theft and bloody murders. All witnesses recall a strange Argonian always being around at the time of the crimes...
Quote: "Remember kiddies... Never go out in the dark."
Theme: The String Tribute to Tool - Schism

Username: Zahzi.
Name: Trelor Bemot.
Race: Imperial- Vampire.
Appearance: Trelor
Equipment: Basic, dark clothing and hood for obvious purposes; A razor-sharp shortsword for close-quarters encounters.
History: As most Vampires, his age far exceeds that of an average human...For how old he is, no one can say for certain. What IS known is that he works in two separate fashions- Assassination and Theft.
Extra: Due to his time on this world, the magics of Alteration and Mysticism rival that of any normal master..
Quote: "While most people see Vampires as defiling, uncouth bastards, I must say I enjoy this existence more than my previous one...b*****d and all..."
Theme: Smooth Criminal Violin Version

Username: SoujiAtsumi
Name: Victoria Silvertail
Race: Khajiit
Appearance: Tori
Equipment: Simple clothing that's easy to move around in (except skirts, dresses, and shoes), usually colored gray or black. Doesn't really wear anything of interest. Carries two daggers but usually fight's hand to hand.
History: Ever since she was little Victoria has always been curious. Growing up she always wanted to know more about things, making her the perfect student. When she was finally old enough she left her village to see and learn more of the world. Even though she has several maps she wonders around aimlessly from town to town.
Extra: Despite how intelligent she really is Tori rarely acts the part, most call her ditzy.
Quote: "Nyu? Ooooh something shiny! I wonder what it is!?"
Theme: Closer

Username: SoujiAtsumi
Name: Farrel Larkspur
Race: Bosmer
Appearance: Farrel
Equipment: Clothing and bow in the picture, carries a short sword just in case. Wears a gray hooded cloak when he goes into cities. The only thing of value to him is a silver flute, though he usually carries gems to sell or trade.
History: Farrel was raised to be a scout, like his father, so growing up he never stayed in one place for long. Thanks to his father's training he never misses a target, though he doesn't know how to use a sword well. When his father died he continued to travel around by himself.
Extra: Knows some Mysticism. He's usually followed by an eagle called Sage.
Quote: "You know from what I've seen the only places that are truly peaceful are the places without cities..."
Theme: Break

Username: Zahzi.
Name: Unknown. People call him the 'Black Demon' instead of an actual name.
Race: Unknown.
Appearance: The Black Demon.
Equipment: Black Daedric Armor and shield with a variety of weapons.
History: Almost everyone has heard the story of the Black demon once in their life...Of the creature that will find his target without complications and kill them slowly and painfully and bathe in their blood...His story has been around for hundreds of years, leading people to believe it is not a person inside the armor, but a demon.
Extra: The Black Demon seems to only strike in the dark, mostly at night. Most who see the Black Demon rarely live to see the sun rise...
Quote: (From a mother to her child) "Remember, be good or the Black Demon will get you..."
Theme: Scream

Username: Lady Kyoushu
Name: Kiki
Race: Khajiit
Appearance: User Image
Kiki has cheetah like markings on her face and tail and is rarely caught from being outsped. Outsmarted, yes, outsped, not so much.
Equipment: Two large bags filled with goodies and random useful trinkets. Has a short sword and daggers, might have a bow and arrow somewhere but probably wont have the patience to use it.
History: Kiki was sold young to be a servant but heard of some very uninviting types of service the men wanted her to provide so she ran away the evening she was to be delivered. She travelled foraging for food and eventually stealing here and there. She once tried to steal from Misha and Khaiyah thinking that if she was caught, their motherly instinct would kick in. She was very ... VERY wrong. But they let her tag along so perhaps she has found a soft spot in them?
Extra: Kiki is often very oblivious, particularly when candy and toys are involved.
Quote: "You couldn't hurt me, I'm too adorable.... right?"
Theme: The Assumption song

Username: Lady Kyoushu
Name: Misha
Race: Imperial
Appearance: User Image
She Is currently not wearing her armor but has it stowed on her black stallion.
Equipment: Whip, sword, bow and arrow, daggers, other small trinkets
History: She doesn't talk much of her past except to her very close companions. She lost her family and now extremely values her friends. She is known to be playful and sometimes a tad annoying. She can also be very menacing. Those who oppose her have often said she was half demon due to her skills in battle.
Extra: Misha can be quick tempered but very loyal.
Quote: "Live a little..." of course, followed by a smirk
Theme: The Good Life

Username: Lady Kyoushu
Name: Khaiyah
Race: Wood Elf
Appearance: User Image
Equipment: Small staff that comes apart into two short swords, bow and arrow, very thin daggers
History: Khaiyah met Misha two years ago. Though they fought arrogantly back then, they found that they were a match and becoome allies and friends in time. Khaiyah was left as a child to fend for herself and as such Misha is all she has, unless the brat feline is around.
Extra: Khaiyah is usually the patient one.
Quote: "In time..."
Theme: Moonlit Sonata

Username: cptflint
Name: Sten
Race: Orc
Appearance:
Sten
7'6" 240lbs of muscle.
Equipment: Orcish armor with shield, War hammer, War axe, basic camping supplies (bed roles, tents, flint, hatchet, ect.), armorer equipment.
History: Sten is known for being one of the biggest, strongest orc alive today. For most of his younger life he lived as a bandit, praying on others along the many roads in Cyrodiil and moving elsewhere when he was starting to get noticed. His skill and might with a hammer is hard to match and his rage is something feared by even the most hardened soldiers. His speech lacks grace and the sound of intellect but he has grown wise over the years. After raiding a rich looking caravan and killing most of the occupants, he and his followers found a small child, and Sten couldn't bring himself to kill her. For what ever reason he just couldn't do it anymore. His followers were about to do the job for him so Sten killed them all and devoted his life to raising the girl who's life he had destroyed. Malice (the girl) is now 19, and they spend their time traveling all around the world together.
Extra: Sten usually lets Malice do the talking when in society.
Quote: "Hurting people is all I know... so why I'm I taking care of this child?"
Theme: the thing that should not be

Username: cptflint
Name: Malice
Race: Breton / Imperial
Appearance: Malice
Equipment: Longsword, bow,
History: Despite being raised by a quite, socially awkward Orc, Malice is very charismatic. Most people like her until they see the huge Orc behind her. She was taught how to fight by Sten and is pretty good at it despite her size and not having any natural talent at all. Sten has been the only father figure in her life and is usually given strange looks when she addresses him as such in public.
Extra: Malice has taught herself some magic through books she'd found, but having no formal training, she isn't very good.
Quote: "Don't scare them too much dad..."
Theme: the darkest nights

The Imperial City.

The bustling compilation of all races, cultures, and religions all in one and in nearly perfect harmony. Many consider this city to be a sign of prosperity and integrity of the province of Cyrodiil....

"FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUCK!" A man yelled, running as fast as he could away from a dozen armed guards, all ready and willing to cut him down to pieces.

"LOOK YOU ASSHOLES! I DIDN'T KNOW SHE WAS THE CAPTAIN'S DAUGHTER! I WAS ONLY HELPING HER LEARN A NEW...SKILL! NO NEED TO GET VIOLENT!" he barked, jumping through stalls in the Market District and tripping barrels in hopes of losing the guards.

The guards gave no clear response, a few actually taking pot shots at him with bows and arrows....

They continued to run through the city, cutting through the Arboretum and ruining more than a few picnics...

After awhile, they came into the Temple District, where they began circling the temple over and over again...On the third revolution, the man suddenly disappeared, causing the guards to look around franticly, and assume he went into the Talos District.

After a few minutes, the man reappeared in a Tavern on the waterfront which was located on a ship. He had also reappeared in a seat next to a woman.
"So..." he said as the woman looked over at him.
"How you doin'?" he asked with a smirk...

Five minutes later, he stumbled out of the ship with a red mark on his left cheek, letting out a groan.
"Well...Today's been fun..." he sighed, rubbing his cheek.

The sound of someone roaring with laughter could be heard.

"Brilliant!" The voice laughed, as an applause could be heard as well.
"Truly brilliant!" A Dunmer, the owner of the laughter and clapping, sitting on the edge of a stone wall separating the streets from the water, to prevent stumbling drunks drowning. Sometimes.

"Ya know... I bet I could whip up a potion that'll have the girl all over you if you want~" He grinned at the man. "Whaddya say?"

"Just someone waiting." He sighed, leaning back against the wall.

"Riiiight..." The man said, walking off, making his way towards the Temple District once again.

Something then began to follow the man, stalking his every movement as nimble fingers slipped into his pocket, snatching his wallet.

"...Idiot." A Bosmer chuckled, already on the other side of the district as she looked through the coin bag. Only fools flash off money in the Waterfront. She thought. Fools who find themselves penniless.

Inside the bag, there was only one slip of paper, the words 'Try Again, Idiot...'

There seemed to be a shadow directly behind the Bosmer now...

Shhhhhhhhhiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii...
The Bosmer just stared calmly ahead of herself, trying not to throw a rage fit over the empty wallet she stole. Plus, the shadow was undoubtedly a Guard, or maybe the owner, looking for the fake wallet and-or a set of chains to throw around her wrists.
"...IT WASN'T ME!!" She yelled, throwing the wallet into the air as she bursted off into a sprint, almost literally gone from the area in a flash.

The man rolled his eyes as he caught the bag before chasing after her. Unsurprisingly, after his episode with the guards, he was more than able to keep up with her.

I need to get outside the city. The Bosmer thought with a growl, as she also half circled the Temple, heading for the Talos District - The exit out of this city (ignoring nasty and cramped sewers which were not flighty Bosmer friendly). If I just get out, I'll get this guy off my back.

The man was actually catching up to her...
"Oh like HELL you're getting away!" The man said, his eye twitching.
