Can you be a Warlock in the sims 2?

So i'm watching this Lets Play and one of their sims just turned into a warlock. [without cheats] I'm just wondering why how I turn my sim into one? And what sims 2 game do you use to turn into one ? Im very curious.

To become a witch (female) or warlock (male) in TS2 it requires the Apartment Life expansion pack. Once you get it you have to go to the community lots and look for the Head Good Witch or the Head Bad Witch. Once you find them, become good friends with them, then you should see an option that says Teach me the way of the light or something like that, then she'll wave her wand and you'll become a witch. In your inventory you'll find your own spell book and a cauldron, used to make potions and ingredients for spells. Hope I helped.

Also if you don't feel like hunting around for a witch, there are various cc like potions and sim transformers which work like a charm.
