If you are like me where you play games most of the day, lay off!

I just contracted Carpal Tunnel Syndrome from playing way too much, and it can happen to you too!

I had that from PC games back in the day.

Play guitar. It makes you nearly immune to carpel tunnel.

wat does it do?

It's a type of Repetitive Strain Injury.

It happens when you keep you hand/wrist in a fix position for long intervals.

Weird, to avoid this can't you just simply move your wrists and fingers around a bit then get back on the xbox-360?? or is it a bit more complex??

I've never had this before and never heard about it. hmm I think I gotta get out the house more often.. Lol 3nodding

Word. I get it rudimental snare drumming. It's more common than people think. You're not gonna die from it or anything and the pain goes away after awhile.

Pretty much if your hands or wrists hurt, stop? Or stretch like Treythebest said. And if you haven't heard of it, that's probably because mostly when people get it, there's no cause so they just wait till it stops. One of those "holy s**t, my hand hurts and I don't know why. I should lay off it I think.." kinda things. First human instinct is to flex the muscles a few times and lay off it.

Way to freak EVERYONE OUT MoHiaz xd People thought they were going to contract some kind of malicious cancer or something... Lol
