Zhi Gundong (Translation: Chi Scroll), it's the book once lost but now found to be in the Wan Shi Tong library deep within the extremely arid and hot Si Wong Desert.

Or Kogai can obtain the knowledge from Ryuko "Zero" Typhoon, discoverer of the original book and teacher of the modern style of Chibending. He makes copies that gives to those worthy. (Worthy being those with at least half a true heart and true mind. Since Energybending requires someone with a true heart and true mind to be taught it.)

Currently Zero is trapped between two different times: One where he is dead and another where he has just found the Zhi Gundong, or Chi Scroll and made a copy of it that has been passed down to his student Lu "Xian" Shang.

In the Great Divide, Zero is dead and Xian just met Kogai. So your best chance is to either go to the library and translate the book into your own copy or have Lu Shang give you his copy.
