PRIVATE ROLE PLAY

You read the big red letters right people. This is going to be a private role play.
To put it all in short, I'm reopening a role play which was never given a chance to even get close to ending. Being the nit-picky weirdo I am, I only want original players and original characters (though I won't mind new ones too). My reasons why are complicated. To be in basic terms, I'm restarting this deal from when it began. Which means you newer members weren't around, which means you're not allowed. Think of this as a portal back in time for myself and the other players who arise to play. This is to go back to fun times, where I came into the picture and made good, strong, loving, and unforgetable friendships.
However, this is not a completely closed role play either. I will allow a few exceptions of members who weren't originally apart of this role play if I feel they can do a decent job of role playing (that means good literacy and role playing skills), and are on my good side. If you did not get an invite from me, but you are interested in this role play, please do not hesitate to ask.

The Story

Ever since the September 11th attack (infamously known as 9-11), the USA has gone to drastic measures to take out their new enemy the terrorists. They've gone to war, bumped up security to beyond an annoyance for the everyday public, tapped in to everything that can be tapped into, all to hunt, track, and ultimately destroy terrorism.
Behind closed doors, the USA government even began to experiment on people in order to create better soldiers to fight against the enemy. Not wanting to get their own hands dirty though, the US government secretly opened up a project called Omega. Omega was placed in charge to find suitable candidates by any means necessary, and begin experimenting and splicing DNA to make the 'perfect' soldier. With it's new granted power, Omega started with children in orphanages, as they were a low key target that no one would question (and if papers were properly filed out, money could be granted to the 'parents' of the children, further funding their dark experiments).
Little by little, the Omega children numbers grew. Not one who stepped in would ever walk out the same. Omega had changed them, by splicing their DNA with animal DNA. In Omega's eye, this is what a perfect soldier was. They had all the human insight and intelligence, with the instinct and abilities of an animal. They were truly the definition of the word perfect.
Something suddenly happened though. Without warning nor reason, the US government shut down Omega. The laboratories, bases, factories... Everything. After ten years of painfully altering children, all of Omega's buildings were abandoned, the surviving children were set free, and the doctors fell off the radar...
...Five years later though, Omega returned. And this time, they were publicly known. And loved. The people actually wanted Omega, begged for Omega to help them, to protect them, to save them. Omega's leading doctors and scientists were only too happy to oblige to these demands.
The original experimented children, code named 'the Alphas' by Omega, were not as happy as the public, or Omega, to hear of their return. While Omega painted itself a warm, loving, and gentle face, they knew the truth. They knew Omega was nothing more but a Hell hole for anyone who was trapped in their greedy hands. And they were not going to stand for this injustice, even if meant giving up their lives.

There will be blood.

RULES

Here they are, folks! The one post you love to hate: The Rules post!

I hold the power to remove or add rules when necessary.
I hold the power to enforce my rules when they are disobeyed or ignored.

1.) Good spelling, good punctuation, good grammar. I am getting tired of reading third grade mistakes. Either get your act together, or get away from my role play. No exceptions.

2.) There will no be killing of another person's character without their full permission. No exceptions.

3.) Absolutely no God modding. The only exception is when you are setting up a scene.

4.) Control the smut (vulgar/sexually graphic/perverted scenes). I do not mind the occasional perverted conversation or joke (in fact, I slightly encourage it). I do mind, however, sex. Don't write it out. If your character must have sex with another, do a time skip. No exceptions.

5.) Please do not make random and worthless posts. Random and worthless posts are posts made to respond to someone you're in a conversation with outside of the role play without doing anything with your characters, or making a post in which your characters act, but it does absolutely nothing to the storyline or anyone else's characters. If you're going to post, please do so in a manner that does affect the story and/or other characters. If you must speak to someone, take it to the OCC thread or send them a private message. No exceptions.

6.) Control your language. I don't mind cussing, and do not require censorship, but this does not make it okay for you to use curses in every post, and to get extremely rude and out of hand with them when speaking to another person, both inside and outside of the role play. No exceptions.

7.) Control not only your characters, but yourself. I know we all get testy and on each other's nerves, but mind the rules of this role play, of this guild, and of Gaia. No exceptions.

8.) Try to enjoy yourself. We do this to have fun, so let's make it fun.

The Alphas

Animal Gifts: Claws, Fangs, Enhanced Hearing
Combat: Failed combat training, but managed to stow away a katana and a pistol.
History: A failure of Omega. That's what all her records say. Just another kid who couldn't get it. Gabriel kept trying though, refusing to give up, and mostly because her only friend during the days of Omega, Camael, refused to let her give up. And by a stroke of luck, Gabriel and Camael were set free from Omega. The sweet joys of freedom did not last long for the two though. On their way to their stowaway home, the two were mugged. When cops showed up at the scene, the mugger was startled, and his gun went off. Before she could react, Camael had shoved Gabriel aside, taking the bullet for her at the cost of her life. After her death, Gabriel began to wander alone, trying to just erase everything of her past. Unfortunately, the past came to her, but in a joyful figure of an old friend, another Omega experiment - and fellow orphan - named Abbaddon. Not all was sweet in their reunion though. Abbaddon brought the bad news of 'new' Omega to Gabriel, and in light of the news, she wanted to fight. The two were quickly put to an end though by one of Omega's agents. Thanks to black out memories, Gabriel is left wondering as to how Abbaddon ended up with his torso cut to ribbons and his entrails left on a bloody street...Left wondering, and hungry for answers and vengeance.
Personality Traits Easily angered (hot headed), prone to violence, innocent in many basic aspects, protective, easily scared, depressing (though she tries to be up beat when she can)
Extras: Gabriel is severely haunted by her past, so much to the point she refuses to let herself get close with anyone. While she has no problem exchanging a conversation or two, she's not one to easily open up.
She also has a odd habit to mutter to herself during uncomfortable situations..

Animal Half: Chameleon
Animal Gifts: Oddly enough, Raphael does not blend into his environment like a true chameleon. Instead, he turns invisible, and can turn anything he touches invisible as well. However, the more he has to cloak, the harder it is on him and more difficult it is to hold the cloak.
Combat: Shotgun. All the training he was needed was aiming, and shooting.
History: While he did not make one of the best soldiers, Raphael was a cherished experiment for his powers. His only flaw in his ability was body heat, something that could not be covered up, which was a minor fluke in the eyes of Omega's leaders. Thanks to his 'popularity' with the leaders, Raphael was allowed to get away with more than most other kids. Mostly, lady hunting. There was one woman he refused to touch though, and that was Gabriel. Some say the day he saw her, he s**t bricks because he was convinced he had found his long lost sister. Since he saw her, he didn't care about anything. Even when Omega returned, his only goal was to find Gabriel, and stuff her in some closet so no one would get her..
Personality Traits Whorish, Lazy, Hot Headed, Protective, Obsessive, Perverted
Extras: Raphael is opposed to killing. That was the one thing that kept him from being with the 'big dogs' of Omega. While he doesn't mind if someone else kills, he himself will not spill blood if it means the person will die.

Combat: Stealth; Weapons of choice are any sharp object that can be thrown, and an automatic rifle for when stealth is not an option.
History: Zola was always a bit of an odd child. She views Omega as her adoptive parents. Abusive, cold, and mean adoptive parents. All the other experiments were brothers, sisters, seventh cousins six times removed. Admittedly, when the factories and warehouses shut down, she was sad being separated from 'the family', but deep down inside she was relieved. When news reached her though of Omega's second arrival, she didn't know what to feel. Unable to decide, she's looking around for anyone to give her an opinion to feel.
Personality Traits Perky, Childish, EXTREMELY Obsessive, Odd, Violent, Stalkerish
Extras: Zola is... easily distracted. By almost anything.

Character Name: Zahzi.

Appearance: Zahzi.
Animal Half: Hawk.
Animal Gifts: Flight; Sight of a Hawk.
Combat: Zahzi is a master of explosives, ranging from grenades, to bombs, to missiles. But, even he knows that explosives won't solve EVERY problem.......And to that regard, he carries one G-18 Machine-Pistol, which can either fire one bullet at a time, or act as an automatic rifle the size of a handgun. This pistol has been heavily modified to the state of pinpoint accuracy, even from five-hundred meters away...
History: Zahzi was one of Omega's most brilliant soldiers, and one of their most proudest achievements...
But even he loathed his employers...And when he found out that Omega had returned, he wanted to make sure that when its head popped up, he'd bring a righteous ******** hammer on its head.
Personality Traits For the most part, calm and collected...Unless busy with his experiments...THEN, he becomes fanatical with finishing his work...
Extras: There have been reports on Zahzi's past with psychological testing known as the 'Cerberus Project'. Most details on it were classified, but what is known is an addition to 'Persona'...

Animal Half: Bull Shark
Animal Gifts: Gills (located inside the nose and along side his mouth), Heightened Smell, Swimming Agility, Shark Teeth, Webbed Feet, Enlarged Mouth, Red Eyes (reason remains unknown)
Combat: Stealth; When in water, he uses his 'natural' abilities to rip apart the flesh of any enemy who even dares getting knee deep in water. On shore though, he's nearly defenseless, and left with no choice but to steal weapons from someone else.
History: Jack was a prized experiment to Omega. While his uses were rare, when his time came he always came out as the shining star, the hero of the mission. While he publicly basked in the glory, inside he hated himself, and he hated Omega. Even if his targets were the 'enemy', their screams always haunted him while he ripped their flesh apart, and he despised the monster he became when he smelt the blood, instinctively making him only rip the enemy more until they're nothing but bite sized pieces drifting in the water.
Personality Traits Violent, Aggressive, Arrogant, Perverted, Jokester
Extras: Because of his gills, Jack has to wear a special water filled mask at all times when he is out of the water and in the open air. To remove the mask causes Jack to 'drown'. Just like when an ordinary being has their head shoved in a pool of water, Jack can't breathe when his mouth and nose are exposed to open air. Because of this disability, he is practically useless on land.
The mask is a gift straight from Omega upon Jack's creation. Not only does it lock onto his face, sealing the water so there are no leaks, but it filters the water. Just like normal human lungs, the mask filters in fresh oxygen constantly for Jack to breathe. The mask also has a small hatch at the top of it for food (and possibly medicine) to be dropped inside to the mask for consumption. Lastly, due to the size of the mask, Omega had it built from a clear, thick, and strong plastic to allow people to see all of Jack's face, hoping to remove most of the fear from his mask as it covers the entire lower half of his face.

Username: Zahzi
Character Name: Brad.
Age: 21.
Gender: Male.
Appearance: Brad.
Animal Half: Carcharodon Megalodon.
Animal Gifts: Gargantuan size, Razor-sharp teeth, the ability to breath water, yet not sacrifice his ability to breathe air, Monstrous strength. Nearly-Impenetrable skin. Fast recovery rate.
Combat: Bare Hands and teeth.
History: Like Jack, he too was a prized soldier who did his job without question.
Unlike his counterpart, he found ways to do his duty, but find ways to get back at the organization in a way he would not be noticed...This usually meant killing one person, but helping others escape unnoticed.
Personality Traits Calm. Relaxed. Acts like a big brother to everyone he considers a friend.
Extras: The splicing left him a complete carnivore. He loathes greens and vegans with a passion...

Combat: Ranch is trained in the art of using a Kodachi
History: Ranch was the first experiment, and since day one, he despised Omega. Ranch knew his father unlike most of the other orphans, and he also knew that his father didn't go through the adoption process, he just handed him over to Omega, hoping that Ranch would grow up with a better life being a 'super-solider.' When Omega failed, Ranch went searching for his parents. Because Ranch, isn't Ranch's real name, finding his parents was essentially impossible, however he did discover what happened to them; they had been killed by a mafia gang for money they had owed them. When Omega re-opened, he knew he had to stop them. He thanked his father for letting him live so that he could have been better, but he hated Omega for doing this to his body. The mix of thankfulness and hatred towards them makes his blood boil.
Personality Traits Ranch, is lonely. He keeps to himself most of the time. Because of this he usually is looked at as the leader, but really he is a lone wolf, that has people that follow him. He usually lashes out at people, quite a lot, but he really means no harm. He just doesn't know how to act around people.
Extras: His favorite thing is his leather jacket.

Character Name: Tek (Alviss)
Age: 18
Gender: Male
Appearance: Tek
Animal Half: Cat
Animal Gifts: Extremely flexibility, extremely twitchy, super smell and hearing, night vision
Combat: Tek failed out of combat practice. He uses a pure violence fighting style, and his intelligence thusly where he gets the nickname, Tek.
History: Tek, was born super smart. With a IQ surpassing 250, but the people at the orphanage didn't recognize that, they looked at his as an unorthodox child. When Tek was placed in Omega, they realized his intelligence and began to put him in special military tactical training. He was lonely because of his special classes, but soon made friends with the only child that strayed away from the group, Ranch. They were best friends until Omega was shut down; having an argument moments before being released onto the streets. When it was shut down, Tek went searching for his parents. Low, and behold his parents were wealthy millionaires. He was a million dollar baby, that they gave up for adoption because they had twins, when they only wanted one child. Tek never got over that discovery. When Omega was re-opened, Tek cursed them. He hated them. Maybe he could have had a great life if they didn't take his childhood away from him.
Personality Traits Tek may have a dark past, but he loves to smile and he friendly, though, because of his vast intelligence, he always seems to annoy people. However, that never discourages his mood. He loves to be happy and play around, until a battle starts.
Extras: Loves the color green.

Character Name: Suzuki
Age: 19
Gender: Female
Appearance: Suzuki
Animal Half: Ancient Reptile DNA, successfully making her a Dragon.
Animal Gifts: She has the ability to grow razor sharp claws and teeth. She can also grow bat like green wings from he back, and finally, the ability to breathe fire. However, if she uses any of her powers, her body explodes in a fit of pain.
Combat: Close hand-to-hand combat. If anything goes awry, she usually summons her animal gifts.
History: Asian, female, what more is to be said? She was hated by her family because of the gender she was born, so she was sent to the Orphanage, then picked up by Omega. Since Suzuki was so proud, and always a fighter, Omega took a special liking to her, wanting to try something. Giving her the most cruel and painful experimentation, she was turned into a dragon. However, the results of the experiment on her body destroyed her insides, causing her to cough up blood often. When Omega failed, her and Ranch searched the world for his and her parents. Unable to find either of them, she turned more bitter towards Omega. Wanting to destroy them all for the pain they caused her that will never go away.
Personality Traits She is a very violent girl. She loved combat practice and hurting people. She is very proud, too proud to admit that she is hurt, or need help. "She acts more like a boy, that Tek" (Quoted from Ranch)
Extras: Is very close to death

Character Name: Annabelle “Bi-Bi” Westfield
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Appearance: Bi-Bi
Animal Half: A white Persian feline
Animal Gifts: Bi-Bi had always been known for her immense curiosity, though she became more susceptible to sounds with the help of a new set of ears, and improved on her reflexes and general balance, partly due to her new tail.
Combat: Bi-Bi was never a fan on weapons or fighting in general, but she could understand the need to defend herself. She carries around a large packet of exploding stickers.
History: Bi-Bi was known in the factory as a bit of a selective clinger. If she liked someone enough, she would label them as one of her “Favorites” and do everything in her power to please and protect them….whether they wanted her to or not. When the Alphas shut down, Bi-Bi made a living out of odd jobs such as maid-cafes, cleaning services, gas station attendees, washing cars etc. At the rumor of the factory being brought back to life, something snapped a little and she made it her mission to hunt the creators down by any means necessary.
Personality Traits: Bi-Bi was never a big fan of hearing the word “no” and things of the like, so she chooses to ignore them or throw a complete hissy fit. She’s a pure-bred Lolita, her wardrobe overflowing with frills and the color pink, though her hygiene is questionable. Usually a cheery, positive girl, she’s easy to get along with and even easier to adore. However, she has a hard time shifting from happy to other emotions, partly because she doesn’t want to. She’d hug a person, then an hour later, blow them to pieces, all with a smile pasted onto her face, exclaiming, “Yay! I won!”
Extras: Bi-Bi’s biggest fear is to be unwanted, or hated. When she feels that she’s been abandoned, an overwhelming fear of being alone sets her into a berserk mode. Her Motto: “If I can’t be near anyone, then no one else should exist.”

Character Name: Kio Westfield
Age: 20
Gender: Male
Appearance: Kio
Animal Half: Red Fox
Animal Gifts: Thankfully, Kio did not inherit many, if any animalistic body parts; bright yellow eyes, bright red hair, and a diamond patch of scarlet fur where a tail would have sprouted. However, that also gave him a bigger disadvantage than most other Alphas. So far, Kio only possesses night-vision, extrasensory perception of smell, and an irresistible instinct to chase, kill, and eat rats.
Combat: Kio has always been obsessed with fire, diagnosed as a pyromaniac as a child in Omega. He totes around a special gun he designed himself that acts as both a flamethrower and a .45 caliber gun.
History: Ever since being thrown into Omega, Kio was thoroughly fixated on Bi-Bi’s happiness and fought rather violently for her attention. Unable to realize Bi-Bi’s dislike for conflict, Kio was more or less shunned, having to sit back and watch her fawn over her precious ‘favorites’. Still, he refused to give up. His passion for her affection went on for three years until a dark moment on a cold metal table changed his personality drastically. Becoming distant from everyone else, Kio built a special kind of hatred purely for Bi-Bi. He’s attempted to kill her more than a few times while in Omega, though he couldn’t seem to pull the trigger on her life. After leaving Omega, Kio went into the medical research career, skipping a few grades to become a rather successful student. He’s managed to live on his own and make it by working at nearby clinics as an errand boy, though at the sound of Omega starting back up, he abandoned his studies temporarily for revenge.
Personality Traits Kio’s rather quiet, but can be extremely blunt when he does speak. He’s been known my his classmates for being too serious, and unable to take any kind of sarcasm or joke. He managed to bury his hate deep inside of his core, but he doesn’t hesitate to show Bi-Bi just how far down it goes. Being a medical prodigy, Kio is very useful as a healer. However, he will apply help when it’s asked. If someone’s guts are spilled open in plain view, Kio will only assist them if they call out to him. Otherwise, he will simply walk by it without so much as a blink. And if that person is unconscious, they’re pretty much screwed.
Extras: Kio has never once left his gun more than three feet out of his reach, even when at school. He rarely activates it into use, though when he does, he shoots to kill. Bluffing isn’t his thing.
Theme: Thank You for the Venom - My Chemical Romance

Gender: Female
Appearance: Rose
Animal Half: Gray Wolf
Animal Gifts: Sensitive Smell and Hearing, Enhanced Night Vision, Fangs, Agility (fast speed, and endurance to run for miles at a time), Wolf Ears and Tail
Combat: Hand to Hand; Duel Pistols
History: While the dark days of Omega left Rose tortured and scarred, somehow, she still plasters on a pretty smile and happy out going attitude for everyone. It was this attitude that partly kept her alive during the days of the factories, training, experimenting, and torturing. All the while she played a happy little pup, her anger, frustration, sadness, and trauma built up inside of her. All of it seemed to vanish into thin air though when Omega shut down. Finally, freedom came and the tormentors were gone. Like many Alphas, Rose sought to live a semi-normal civilian life, getting typical female civilian jobs. While working at a part time waitress job though, she heard two older men discussing Omega, and it's return. After dropping and breaking several heavy plates, Rose began to scream and curse for so long, and so loudly, she lost her job immediately, and the entire city refused to let her take any job. At that point though, she wasn't interested in working...
Personality Traits Bubbly, Sweet, Loving, Protective, Optimistic
Extras: While Rose constantly plays as the optimistic and happy person, she does have her 'rock bottom' moments. And when they hit, they hit hard.
It's also impossible for her to hate anyone, except Omega. You can spit, curse, beat and even lite her on fire, but she'll still smile and say, "Silly. Try not to hit me. I'm your friend, remember?"
When she gets excited (for any reason or emotion), she tends to literally howl her words, if the words themselves sound close enough to an actual wolf howl.
Rumors also circulate around Rose that she's a werewolf, or at the very least, part werewolf. The rumors remain unconfirmed, but it's said that during the full moon, Rose will change, and it's why so many people can't find her outside during the night.
Theme: All I Ever Wanted, Bad Boy

Character Name: Eva Scott
Age: 18
Gender: Female
Appearance: Eva
Animal Half: Aurochs Cow
Animal Gifts: Thankfully, Eva’s horns did not develop fully, leaving them small enough to cover with a hat or hood, though they were sharp enough to cut through thin metal. She also inherited a tail, tremendous strength, a taste for leafy greens, and a very scary rage, especially with the presence of red colors.
Combat: Eva shares Bi-Bi’s ideas on peace, though she will admit that watching an evil person get slaughtered makes her a little happy on the inside. Her weapon(s) of choice are electric bubbles. In short, Eva has special gum with certain chemicals that reacts with her saliva. This causes an electrical current inside of the gum bubble, and will electrocute anyone near it when it pops, save for Eva herself because it is connected with her bodily chemicals. Instead, she will suffer the fate of being drenched in her own drool. As a last resort, Eva also carries around a steel axe, in case chewing the gum takes too much time.
History: Once placed in Omega, Eva was overcome with a depression that comes with being used as an experiment in a cruel facility. She refused to eat or participate in any activities Omega had to deal with. After three weeks of this attitude, Eva sat on the verge of death from starvation as well as euthanization by the scientists who’d grown fed up with her. As a last resort, they threw her into a room with other experiments, hoping they’d either attack her and/or eat her. Conversely, they got the exact opposite; Eva became friends with a neko named Bi-Bi. Talking with the feline for approximately fifteen minutes resulted in a complete change in Eva’s attitude. Within a week, she was fully recovered, and more active than most other experiments, where she met a shark experiment named Jack. Almost immediately, she found herself hooked (no pun intended) on his struggle to make everyone love him. Unfortunately, she never got the courage to talk to him, and Omega was shut down only six days after her willingness to cooperate. Oddly enough, she found a steady job at a boxing ring a couple of states over. She remained there, content, until she heard of Omega's start up. As much as she wished to destroy the facility for good, Eva was eager to hopefully kindle the relationships she'd ignored while in Omega.
Personality Traits: Eva is extremely generous, and a bit of a people pleaser. She’ll do anything in her power to make someone else happy, as long as they show her gratitude. She has the tendency to be extremely shy with people she has especially deep feelings for.
On the flip side, she is NOT a good enemy to make. With the rage and strength of a bull added to the hormones of a female, if you get on her bad side, you might as well just off yourself. She’ll chop your head off as much as look at you.
Extras:In return for more or less saving her life, Eva is eternally devoted to Bi-Bi and makes it a goal to take care of every problem the younger girl has.

History: In the waning years of the original Omega, a second side project was made next to the Cerberus Project. The 'Thompson' Project was created to produce three soldiers what amounted to an entire army on their own. As it could be seen, they succeeded. But forgot one aspect that makes a perfect soldier 'perfect'. Omega neglected to find a way to make the three work only for them, or to keep them from turning.
Almost immediately on their first mission, they went MIA, and returned only when Omega came back years later, backed by the Barons of Civility, working under the Red Baron Army.

Johnny- While not as outgoing or strategic as his brothers, Johnny is known more for being rather more blunt then the others....
Preston- Calm and calculating, but friendly to those he knows are his comrades.
Extras: Part of the Thompson project was that all three brothers have a Mental-based communication with one another, to keep them all updated on the others without the need of radios.
