Most Potential-
If they trained all their lives, they would be the strongest.

Winner: Vincent Valentine
Mostly because being immortal, he can train forever.

Runner-Up: Rinoa Heartily
I dunno, maybe its the whole 'Sorceress' thing.

Honorable Mentions:

Red XIII
Long life span gives plenty of time to train.

Most Talented
These characters have the most natural potential.

1st: Relm Arrowny
She's a little girl with no real training. And still, her magic ability is stronger than her adoptive grandfather, the human form of a human-esper hybrid, and a genetically engineered military general. Talk about talent!

2nd: Eiko Carol
Similar to Relm, she's a kid who's battle potential matches that of her better-trained peers. She rivals trained knights and dragons many times older than her. Relm beats her out only because Eiko has had to fend for herself much of her life.

Honrable Mentions: Palom, Porom, and Rydia
Again, little children who can go toe to toe with adults. They lost to Relm and Eiko because they actually had training, although we have to assume that Rydia did.

Strongest End-Boss

Zeromus
Most end-bosses have to deal with a party 3, maybe 4. Zeromus had to go against 5.

Least Potential

Winner (or should we say, loser): FuSoYa
Watched humanity evolve, yet is only as strong as one it's best-trained members (Cecil, Rydia, ect).

Most Successful Villian

Winner: Kefka

Unlike a certain one-winged angel, Kefka got his godhood. Sure, Celes and Company (you know, since technically you don't have to recruit Terra back in, and I'd be willing to argue that Celes resembles the classic FF lead more than Terra, even though Terra technically is the main character) beat him, but he still got farther than any other villian.

Brainiest Villian

Winner: Ultimecia
Sephiroth's plan involved shoving a meteor into the earth. Kuja and Garland wanted to kill everyone plain and simple so Garland's people could return. Ultimecia's plan involved time space manipulation.

Least Evil Villian

Winner: FF9's Garland
He might have been willing to take out a planet's whole population to do it, but what he want was to restore his people.

I recognize how successfull Mr. Pallazzo was, and his Godly form isn't half bad either.

Sadly Vincent's award has an IF!
He rather sit in a coffin for years and years than train some more (which is what he should do instead of laying in a coffin and eating chips.)
And indeed Kefka deserves that reward by all means.
Unlike Sephiroth who FAILED to destroy the world, Kefka got as close as to being a real god. He has earned it.

And Ultimecia....Ultimecia intended to compress time into one single moment with a form of magic known as Time Compression.

From the wiki.

Now we need a reward for "Weakest Character/Class"
