I found this on youtube. I was sad when Benett stopped ELA at episode 10, and never finished it, but I found these guys just recently, and it appears as though they intend to finish the series! They are also affiliated with Elfen Lied Fansite, (like the ONLY fansite left for the series), and they are currently working on episode 4. They fully support the revival of the series, and I felt it relevant to post here.
