His hair is a little more messy sticking-out-everywhere than that but, general idea for you.
Since the side that is facing the screen on the anthro male is not the side with the hella complicated Celtic knotwork dragon tattoo, and it's not going to be necessary to actually do the custom, I'm going to leave it off of here.
However, this is pretty much exactly the pair of dice I have in mind for the tattoo on the back of his visible hand. smile

Eyes: Green
Base: Like a bronze god baby. :V His hair is white... he started going gray in his last year of highschool. XD
Markings: Celtic knotwork dragon on his right side, head is on his cheek under his eye, it covers the side of his neck, his right shoulder, and his right arm... but that doesn't really even show on the male Anthro art, especially under his shirt, so. XD; He does have a stencil tattoo of a pair of six sided dice on the back of his left hand though.
Markings Style: The tattoos are just black stencil types.
Any other specifics?: His hair is kind of shaggy and sticks out just about everywhere, the length is just below ear length. He tends to wear loose button up shirts (rarely buttoned) and jeans when he's not on a bounty job.
