Below will be some of the animal spirits that you can choose from for your character. Remember if you have an animal that you wish to have added to the list, message me the animal and I'll see if it's in the book. You'd be surprised what's all in the book. So, I hope you have fun reading some of these, and you never know, you might find your own animal spirit (if you believe in that, if you don't you can just look for the fun of it. =] } Also the ones with the strikes through them have already been taken.

A Aardvark: You're a night person. A solitary individual, only seeking the company of others on occasion. You enjoy delving into any subject that attracts your interest and will explore it in depth. When you meet people for the first time, you're very cautious and timid, yet once you feel comfortable, you open up to them. You don't settle for long in any one place, instead preferring to move about regularly.
Alligator (Crocodile): You may seem a bit cold to others upon a first meeting, yet given enough time, you can warm up to them. You keep to yourself most of the time, but when you do reveal yourself, others feel your strong presence. You move rather slowly and deliberately until someone invades your personal space. You're quite shy and a bit of a loner, and when you're in social situations you tend to go unnoticed. You take your time assessing any troubling situation, taking action only once you're satisfied that you have all the necessary information, but when you do act, you do so swiftly and without hesitation or equivocation.
Antelope (Pronghorn): You're quick-witted and can think on your feet, enabling you to deal effectively with any situation you find yourself in. You're innately psychic and highly intuitive, having been born with the gift of clairvoyance and clairsentience. You're highly adaptable, at ease, and able to survive in any environment you're in. Barn Owl: Clever and skillful about getting whatever you set your mind on. Gift of clairaudience. Your hearing is very keen. Able to easily tune in to ancestral spirits, especially through your hearing. You're excellent at finding resources to sustain you, even in situations where scarcity seems to prevail.
Bat: Thrive on being in the company of others and prefer groups of people to being alone. Able to see in others what they keep hidden, and hear what they say. You've earned your gifts of visionary and shaman through a series of difficult initiations that have been a significant part of your soul's past. You're able to look beyond immediate circumstances and perceived limitations to see the bigger picture.

A very effective communicator, because you listen so well. You strike an easy balance between spirituality and the fact of living in the material world. I Iguana: Able to find useful treasure in what others view as junk or throwaways. When you're upset with others, you may snap at them, but you'd never hurt anyone. Able to look back on any mistakes in judgment or choices you've made and learn from them in order to plan for the future. The ability to break down complex questions and idea into their simplest components to make them more easily understood. You prefer to live alone, but enjoy getting together with friends from time to time. J Jaguar: Very clear and straightforward in your communications, sometimes to the point of bluntness. Strong and natural leader with a great deal of charisma coupled with humility, and you carry yourself with relaxed authority. Your presence tend to dominate the room, even if you're not the center of attention at any given moment. Have a great deal of respect for Mother Earth and always try to step softly on her 'belly'. Sometimes you have to work to contain your temper or you may unintentionally wound others.

K Kangaroo: You start off slowly, but once you get moving, nothing can stop you. You have little or no attachment to the past, and instead focus on the present and future. You live in a continual state of abundance and find that what you need typically shows up for you readily. Very caring, sociable individual, especially with your family and friends, and you balance this with solitude. You willingly put your desires on hold when you see that others have more pressing needs to be fulfilled.
Kinkajou: Keen ability to comprehend fairly complex ideas and concepts. A great deal of curiosity and you love to explore things. Rather shy, yet do enjoy the company of your family or close friends. You have to retreat to a space in nature regularly to maintain your health and sanity. A strong connection to the plant kingdom and to the nature spirits.
Koala: Very solitary individual, and even in the company of others you tend to be rather detached. You do whatever you can to care for and clean up the waters. M Macaw: Alert and perceptive you don't miss a thing that's going on around you. Very sensitive, emotional individual, you express your feelings freely and openly. Others tend to seek you out for advice and counsel as you're very insightful, compassionate, and understanding. Loyal and faithful mate or partner, you enjoy socializing with your partner by your side. A talented voice mimic, able to duplicate just about anyone's inflections and intonations.
Monkey: Able to move through life with grace and fluidity, rarely getting stuck in old habits and routines. Intelligent, clever, and adaptable, you use these skills for creative problem solving. An excellent communicator, straightforward and concise in words and deed. Very sociable and you get recharged when you have a chance to be around others. Very curious and inquisitive, eager to learn more about anything that crosses your path.
Mouse: Very detail oriented, so much so that you sometimes lose track of the big picture. Very organized, always putting things in their proper place and able to keep trac of things easily. O Octopus: You're very comfortable with the life/death cycle,perhaps even working in a hospice or as a therapist dealing with death and dying. Very flexible and agile in body, mind, and spirit. Quite adept at moving with the currents of life, rarely getting upset about things and continually adjusting and adapting as needed to make life easier. Expert at camouflage, so as you seem invisible in the middle of a crowd. Natural clairvoyant, especially when you don't try so hard and instead simply relax and allow the visions to show up. You're nocturnal, having a lot more energy and getting a lot more done during the night.
Otter: A knack for fun, possess a great sense of humor and you approach almost everything you do with an attitude of playfulness and joy. When you have a task to complete, you go at it with determination and steadfastness until it's done. Very friendly, have a great deal of curiosity, and love being around other people. Very easy to get along with, never seeking disagreements or disputes, but if you're confronted with anyone challenging you, you're very willing to take them on. Very energetic, active and adventurous, finding it hard to sit still for very long. P Panda: A solitary individual, so if you live with a partner, you'll have to create some private and sacred space just for yourself. Very sensitive digestive system, so be attentive and careful about what you eat. Modest and unassuming, yet at the same time very strong. Like to do things in sequence, completing one thing and enjoying the satisfaction of a job well done before taking on another job.
Penguin: A remarkable capacity to endure even the harshest of conditions. Very caring, protective, and patient parent with your own children or with those who are in some manner in your care. No matter the challenges you go through, you always end up landing on your feet. Well-balanced individual, comfortable with your inner masculine and inner feminine aspects, whether you are male or female. You have a gift of being able to feel comfortable and function effectively in different states of consciousness.
Polar Bear: A skilled survivor, highly adaptable, and incredibly strong, physically and emotionally. Confident yet cautious when approaching novel situations, but when you determine that the time is right to do so, you're willing to move forward to investigate. Very pure and you know who you are. Unquestioning faith in the power that governs all, which is expressing itself as you and through you. A powerful individual and readily command respect wherever you go and from whomever you meet.

R Rabbit: Your intelligence, common sense, and with serve you well, especially by helping you out of scrapes and uncomfortable situations. A great strategist, always ready with a back-up plan and are quite agile and adept at shift in plans as the need demands particularly in stressful situations. Eternal optimist, generally positive that you find it hard to tolerate gloominess and pessimism. In both personal and professional live you cycle through period of relative calm and inactivity followed by phases of tremendous activity and busy-ness. Very sensitive, articulate, and artistic, with a depth of wisdom that often surprises others.
Raccoon: Gifted with an intuitive mechanical ability. Express your creativity with your hands, whether through sculpting, painting, writing, or some other endeavor. Remarkably resourceful at finding whatever you need at any given moment. Quite adaptable and flexible, feeling at home just about anywhere you happen to be. Have a number of different persona's and are capable of presenting just the right one that is appropriate for the circumstance.
Rat: Tend to hoard your belongings because they help you feel more secure. Adapt very well to your surroundings and your environment and can live on whatever is available to you. S Seagull: Very gifted communicator, both articulate and a good listener. You maintain a comfortable balance between your emotions and your rational side. Quite attentive to the decorum that's necessary in any social situation, and you're well mannered and courteous to all. Committed to doing things that help the environment, such as picking up trash and recycling whatever can be recycled. Casual about most things in life and don't get alarmed about much.
Seal: A creative and imaginative individual who can express these gifts through different channels, you'll be happiest in a position where you can employ these talents. Can live just about anywhere as long as it's close to a body of water. Very outgoing and easy to talk with. Tend to brighten up any social gathering. U V W Wolf: You have a strong sense of family and community, an intuitive sense of social order, and are very affectionate with your friends and family. You would much rather avoid confrontations, but will fiercely defend yourself and your loved ones whenever necessary. Very expressive verbally and non-verbally and can tell a story with a great deal of passion, sincerity, and animation. A natural-born teacher, imparting knowledge based on experience more than from formal education.
